I lived there 2 years, I was sad when I had to move. I want to comment on some of the negative reviews. Tonya was on top of everything. As long as you fallow the rules on the lease she was great. The grounds. Were cleaned everyday, parking lots walk ways always clean. When I would put in a work order it was fixed the next day. Toyna also handled the COVID issue perfectly. Never a bug in my apt. Management would always text everyone to see who wanted the bug man to spray there apt. If someone had bugs they didnt respond to text. Every month.apt. Alot of bugs outside

Not a place to live if you don’t like to deal with the front desk lady… she acts like she owns the property and thinks she can control the tenants by using methods that no one else uses to get you to pay your rent or even get things done.. I’ve known here in two other places and she is always with an attitude and a horrible personality..

This is a great place to call home. Friendly staff and quick maintenance. Quiet and quaint. You wont find anywhere that can compare!

Wasnt too happy At that apartment the water is terrible you cannot drink it or cook with it old rusty pipes the water to take a shower is always cold. When you need the air conditioner it takes then forever for them to turn it on or the heater. And theres roaches very bad there and bed bugs

I just recently moved in and I have had great service by the Manager and The Maintenance Guys. If I needed anything done they all were right on top of it. I feel safe and I am happy to call this place home...

This place is full of roaches. And when I moved out, they charged me an enormous fee and sent it to collections. They were not willing to work out a payment plan or talk to me. Do not rent here. Ever. Unless you like roaches.

Moved in three months ago and the staff has been awesome. ..every one from Audrey in the leasing office to Jose in maintenance have responded with a can do attitude. ..keep up the good work Elevate!

Office staff are not that great.I had a scheduled showing for 2:30pm today and no one was there. I was unable to get into the gate. I kept calling for 30 minutes straight with no answer. Shouldn’t schedule anything if they’re not going to make sure someone’s there for the scheduled times.

New management has made great strides in taking care of resident service requests and trying to create a sense of community. Location is superb and the floor plans and rental rates surpass other properties in the area.

The main building by the leasing office has a roach infestation. I was catching dozens a day coming out of my vents and there is phorid gnats coming out of ALL of the pipes of Apartment 5. I had to break the lease unfortunately because it was disgusting to live there. Management wouldnt help me and I even had to bug bomb my own rental five times to no avail!The pipes below my neighbors apartment broke and I had pressurized water going through the pipes above me for nearly a month before it was fixed. That is a constant, loud noise of high pressured water with no end.The opposite building across the street owned by Elevate had a huge bed bug outbreak as well, beware of this place!

The new apartment manager at ABQ Elevate, Audrey, is great. She has been cleaning up this place and getting rid of the rift raft. Any time I have a problem, it is taken care of right away. And she does it with a positive attitude. The community is gated, and there is security. My studio is super cute, and the grounds are always kept clean.

Ive lived at ABQ Elevate for 7 years and maintenance is great and management is great! I have recommended and will continue to repeat how living here is great!

I love that it is more secure than years gone by. It is quieter than most other places, people wise. We have a fantasticly wonderful great, hard working apt mnger named Danielle.

Horrible apartments. The management is rude all the time. There is constantly someone getting arrested in the complex. Plus when I moved out into my new apartment all my items smelt like smoke even though I am not a smoker because the whole complex smells like smoke. Homeless people will take a bath in the pool and management does not care. Do yourselves a favor and don’t live here.

The staff at Elevate has been great. I would definitely recommend living here!

The unpgrade apartments are actually very nice. New appliances are a nice touch. And hardwood floores make it easy to clean.

Terrible exterior color, crummy drafty windows. Concrete construction is cold and neighborhood has lots of theft.
