These guys are exactly what we need for installation and repair of the cooler. They answered the phone, came out asap, and gave me a written estimate. The shop guy called me, the estimator called me, and they coordinated with the roofer I needed to use. Then they finished early. It was completely right without me having to check up on them. Hands down, the best experience I have had in dealing with a company since moving to NM. We installed a new combo unit on our roof, along with new thermostat and duckwork. Juan was top of the line amazing! He climbed on my roof to see what the problem was and found that the unit had tipped over. Instead of just picking it back up, he spent a long time securing it and using supplies to bind it down so no future problems will arise. He was friendly, personable, helpful and professional. I called Anderson Air Corp to service an aging wall heater that had suddenly stopped working. I feared the diagnosis would be to replace it. Instead, within the hour the service man had it working again. I was exceedingly grateful for their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend.

Our AC went out on Friday night, and I called them Monday. Although they scheduled me for Tuesday, they were able to get a tech out on Monday. He repaired the fan in about an hour, but discovered another issue that he had no handled previously. Tuesday morning an extremely experienced tech came and completed the additional maintenance. The costs were reasonable and they have some expert AC technicians.

Showing up after hours within an hour would get them 5 Stars, but the surly tech attitude and paying $400 for a new thermostat that doesnt work when the surly tech says it does (even though its still 84* inside) gets them 3 Stars.

Scott was so kind and professional! He went above and beyond by dusting the vent when he changed the filter. He explained why the AC wasn’t working and what needed to be done for it to cool the house well. It’s working great now!

I work for a company that has contracted Anderson Air for many years. We weren’t receiving cool air through our system so called it in for repair. We were given a day they would come out, so all was well. The day came and we just wanted an ETA so I called the main number and reached the secretary I’m assuming. Her name was Carmelita and she was very rude. The two stars comes from our experience with her. The techs are always friendly and do good work. She, on the other hand was not friendly, and didn’t seem all that concerned that we wanted an ETA because our facility was too hot to stand. I’ve never dealt with her before, but next time I will just ask to speak to someone else who I know will be far more friendly and helpful. She should not be taking calls if she is not interested in supporting her company and it’s customers.

Had been having trouble with my furnace on and off for 3 to 4 weeks, getting very frustrated with being cold. They were able to come in and troubleshoot and within the week and figured out the problem and had it fixed and I was back to running normal. So appreciative of everything.

Anderson AC recently serviced my A/C system which was intermittently malfunctioning. This situation is possibly the worst news for a serviceman because not only was it not their own installation, but the symptom was elusive and unpredictable.Technician Scott Osborne came out the next day and spent considerable time chasing the problem. I am an engineer and easily followed his diagnostic methods. He is knowledgeable, logical and thorough ; because of the intermittency of the problem, it required 3 trips, each of which was done on short notice without complaint. Since this was not their original work, manager Michael Huffstutler could have justifiably walked away from the job, but instead supported Scotts repeated trips to our house.It was eventually fixed properly, and I have nothing but praise for Scott and Anderson Air Corps.

The tech was very polite and explained exactly what he did for maintenance on my refrigerated AC unit. Quick and on time, I appreciated that. I’m confident that it’ll keep working well.

While I didnt get any repairs done by this company, I called to ask about getting a roof jack replaced for my Swamp Cooler. The service department said it was $75 just for the tech to come out. I asked if the $75 would be credited towards the repair if I went with them, and she said no... its just $75 to show up.So what if he couldnt do the repair... I still owe this guy $75 for his waste of my time? What if the repair estimate was WAY overpriced... I still owe this guy $75? What if I do end up going with you... you wont even credit the $75 to my bill like basically every other business out there? Hard pass.

The service provider who came to our house was very courteous and knowledgeable about how to make our house more dust free. He advised me to get better filters for our heating unit. He educated me on what a MERV was and stated we should use a filter with a MERV rating of 11 or better. He was the kind of service person I wanted to visit my house.

My experience with the company and their technicians has been excellent since I had them do an installation last year. Most recently they did an annual check up of my systems and continued their fine work.

I had called to try to get information on a new installation. The person who answered said her name was Carmelita. Let me just say I’ve never received such poor customer service. This young woman sounded like she could care less about my inquiry. After being left on hold for more than 5 minutes, she came back to say I would be charged for a consultation visit and told me “I don’t have to accept any service if I don’t want it” and proceeded to hang up. This young woman could not answer my questions respectfully, timely, and was quite frankly rude. My son went to school with this young lady and says she’s always posting Tik Tom videos of herself at work, which clearly shows why my inquiry was not of importance. Don’t waste your time with a business who’s employees do not care to help you with valid questions/possible business.

The tech did an absolutely fantastic job! He arrived on time and was able to fix our swamp cooler. He made sure everything was working perfectly. I really appreciate the awesome job!

I am very happy and glad to post this review on the last service call and want to let management know that this customer is very satisfied with the excellent service provided. I had a problem with one of the metal panels on the metal box covering my swamp cooler --- it had blown loose,exposing the mechanism inside. I called your office to see what could/should be done about it. When I was told it would cost me a service charge of $75(?), I was not a happy camper. A technician was dispatched a short time later (sorry, Ive forgotten his name). I dont think it took him more than 5 minutes to screw the loose panel back in place. And he told me that there would be no charge, that it was all part of the service package I have with you. Weve used Anderson Air Corps for many years and have never been disappointed. When they recently replaced our heating and cooling system there were problems primarily because of our existing ducts. They engaged multiple levels of support and provided additional equipment at no additional cost to ensure we were completely satisfied. We are very satisfied and will continue to use Anderson Air Corps to maintain and install our heating and cooling systems. Michael and Randy have been especially helpful.

I have a home HVAC maintenance contract with Anderson air. On the last visit to inspect my furnace for the winter the service man identified a hazardous condition with the venting for my furnace and recommended replacement and bringing it up to code. I had them do the work and I was shocked at the deteriorated condition of the old venting. But it was 30 years old. It looks to me like they did excellent work with good quality materials. Im very happy I was able to take care of it before it became a problem.

Pandemic or no, this was a HORRIBLE customer service experience from start to finish! The only positive aspect was the actual work performed by technicians, Randy and Juan: stellar. After two weeks of attempting to receive a quote for a job, it took intervention by Kyle Redford, COO, to actually obtain one. Then it was another hurdle to get someone to respond to my multiple requests to get an appointment scheduled. Appropriate, timely communication was provided to Michael prior to the job on what would be required. This was apparently not taken into consideration since the final invoice was more than double the amount of the quote! I could go on and on about SO many missteps along the way, but I’m sure it would serve no purpose anyway.

Last weekend I needed some help quickly for an elderly, disabled neighbor whose air conditioner had gone out. I had called on Anderson Air before for my workplace and they did a great job. So I tried them for a weekend service call. First, the response time was unbelievable. Their tech Benjamin, was here within minutes...literally...20 minutes from the time I hung up the phone. He was so polite and professional. He was thorough and explained everything. He rebuilt and replaced the broken part and helped us with some general maintenance. He had the unit fixed and cooling down her home again by 11:00 a.m. Within 2 hours of my initial phone call we were up and running again on a Saturday morning! Amazing!!! The weekend service call rate was reasonable and the service was exceptional!!!! THANKS BENJAMIN AND ANDERSON AIR CORPS!!! You made a hot and difficult situation calm and cool in no time! Replaced my furnace, sealed and insulated my ducts.The sales representative did a very good job at evaluating my site and providing me with information regarding furnace otpions.Crew started work o scheduled date. The crew did an excellent job and were very detail oriented. They were excellent craftsmen, courteous and responsive to any concerns and questions I had. After they finished I noticed there were two small tasks that were not attended to. after a well received phone call these were completely corrected. Passed building inspection with no difficulties.After county building inspection a serviceman came and took measurements confirming the duct pressures were in accordance with furnace specifications and tuned the furnace to efficiency better than the furnace rating.The furnace has been in use for one season and performed excellently.We are very pleased and have referred another customer who is also very pleased with installation of a new evaporative cooler. also done at a very competitive price .

Anderson Air Corps technician, John Lewis came to retrieve the filter rod that fell into the furnace while I was changing the filter. I tried, but could not locate the rod to retrieve it. John shined a light into the opening and saw the rod and reached down and pulled it out. It took him only a couple of minutes to solve my problem. My AC stopped working at about 4 pm on a Sunday. I called a few places before I called Anderson Air and this was the only place that talked to me with respect and that had awesome customer service. Benjamin called me back almost immediately and said he would be there in about 20 minutes (when every other place said it would be at least a week). When he showed up (almost exactly 20 minutes from when I called) and he was super helpful and professional. He fixed what was wrong within an hour and gave us advice to do preventative maintenance in the future so it doesnt happen again. Overall, we were very pleased with the service that was provided and will defiantly recommend and call them in the future!

Based upon recommendation of a neighbor we chose Anderson Air Corps to install our new furnace and A/C several years ago. Their engineering is top notch, i.e. sized perfectly for our house. Recently, our furnace wouldnt work and their repairmen quickly discovered that the gas shutoff had failed which they quickly replaced. They may not be cheapest firm but their sales and service are excellent.

Arnold, who came to my home, did a great job repairing my refrigerated air conditioner. He was very thorough and willing to explain everything to me. The cost was also very reasonable compared to others. I would most definitely recommend them for their professionalism and knowledge.

The tech recently came out on our service contract to do the six month service. When the tech got here the heater was off. I explained to the tech that we had the same issue several times and I had tried to just turn up the heater but the heater didnt turn on. Then later it came back on, on its own. The tech was able to read the error code and it appeared to be the limit switch. He checked everything and even called the office for additional information, but was unable to fix the problem. The tech was very friendly and explained things to us including that if we turn off the heater with the main switch and turned it back on the heater would reset. Since then the heater has turned it self off 3 times and I had to reset it with the switch. Ill likely call Anderson this week to see if they can identify and fix the heater.

Anderson Air installed our updated furnace and a/c in 1993. We have had a service contract ever since. Josh came today for the semiannual check up. After checking everything, he found the working fluid to be low. He added a pound of fluid. This made a tremendous difference in the efficiency of the a/c.Very professional and knowledgeable.
