I just moved to Albuquerque and the furnace and AC in my new home needed maintenance. I’m so glad I found Signature Heating! They responded promptly and scheduled a same-day appointment. Mike S. did the inspection, replaced two filthy filters and ensured the furnace was in good working order. He also inspected the AC compressor, and recommended some repairs. However, as it is almost October, he advised that I could postpone these repairs until next Spring. Mike was professional and courteous and he answered my questions clearly and patiently. I appreciated Mike’s honesty and thoroughness. Thank you, Mike! I had a great experience with Signature and will definitely use them again!

Chris did a great job with visiting our house and guiding us with what type of equipment we needed. Julian and Jr. were early on arrival to start the installation and guided me thoroughly on how to replace the filters and working with the new Thermostat. We had a AC/Heat system installed - 6 hours from start to finish - very professional, neat, fast, knowledgeable, and attentive. Rudy Anaya, the electrician, did a fabulous job of installing the electrical. Very neat work.Rudy is a total professional and gets the job done with perfection. Our blower motor went out unexpectedly upon returning from vacation. I was referred to Signature Cooling & Heating and they were out at our home the next day. Our repair guy, Gene, was absolutely awesome; quick, professional, straight to the point on what repairs were required and educated us on prevention and prolong the life of our system. I would absolutely use this company for future services. Very happy with our experience!!

From beginning to end was a great, smooth process. Met with an outside sales rep named Neil who was the perfect man for the job as he started from the bottom and made it to his current position. He made all the right recommendations and helped us out with pricing so we could better afford it. Them installation was quick and professional. They guys showed up ahead of schedule and had us up and running within 3 hours on a whole new system. Highly recommend and beyond grateful for the team that handle our install.

Jered did amazing job when he came out to my family home that was not cooling correctly! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and was very comfortable paying for the repair! Inconsiderate & unprofessional to say the least. Had an appointment this morning, no one showed. Called to get an update said they would come this afternoon. No one called or showed up! Despite us calling again before 5. Called again after hours and dispatch said the best they could do is have someone call us tomorrow. I wasted my time waiting and got no word from anyone. All this because our AC isnt working and I trusted the reviews on Google.

Thomas and his helper worked on relaxing our hose bib. They were quick, efficient and asked for my feedback on where I wanted the nozzle to face. They also replaced a significant amount of plumbing two years ago when we bought our house and haven’t had plumbing issues since. I trust this company with my plumbing needs. They give great service and they do amazing work. Pricing was fair and considering the work we needed done back then to now, it was worth the price and value.

Thomas was here yesterday and installed our new garage disposal,a Moen. M I re exoence, but way quieter. All done while listening to my old stories (Im 72) and sharing his own. Scheduled an online appointment for maintainence at 8pm Thursday night, the team sent Gene out first thing the next morning. Gene was friendly, efficient and did an amazing job having our a/c maintenanced and back up running! I would recommend service to anyone. Great pricing and service!

After making appointment and waiting. When the technician arrived said sorry can’t work on your AC we don’t work on mobile homes. I understand the issue of not licensed for what ever reason but not to let a customer know ahead of time, not really good service.

Gene and Jered were both phenomenal, experienced, professional, and had no problem taken on this job. They were both more than willing to show me and teach me as they went along about there business. Cant say enough good things about this company and those two employees. Will definitely recommend this company to anybody in earshot of Albuquerque.

Our AC was not working yesterday, called after-hours and got a callback at 8am for an appointment later that day. Jose arrived earlier than expected and was incredibly helpful. Not only was he able to get our AC back up and running better than before, he thoroughly traced the problem to the source and showed us exactly what the issues were. Premium installation cost for mediocre work. Dont get me wrong, theyll get the new system you paid for up and running, but dont expect great service. It took 2 visits to get the sales contract signed, and it took 3 visits to get the AC system operational.Signature provides a completely average service masquerading as premium. Id recommend shopping around first for a better price, as you arent going to get the best bang for your buck here.

They did a very detailed job of converting my swamp cooler to a new A/C and heater. Julian, the lead journeyman, lead the install and Nate the electrician did a great job and were always focused on the job. Everything they installed they did very cleanly and efficiently. When they wanted to change the design they always asked first. All the electrical and piping they ran were very cleanly done and look great! The whole team did a great job at my house and left everything clean and orderly. I am happy with my choice to hire them!

Signature offered us the best bang for the buck with our conversion to refrigerated air from evaporative cooling. They werent the cheapest bid and they werent the most expensive bid. I was impressed with the straight forward process led by Daniel Fenton and the installation crew was top notch. I would most definitely seek a bid from Signature for any future heating, cooling and plumbing work.

Had to replace two furnace/AC combo units. Went through Costco and this is the company contracted with them. You can tell they try their hardest to keep that contract. Had a great experience from the assessment/estimate through to the actual installation. Had two crews on a Friday and they knocked it out. Oscar, German, Junior, Tenn, and Mike were friendly and hard working. Even the roving parts guy Jose was a pleasure to talk to even though he’s a Dodgers fan. The units are working as they should and are so much quieter than our previous system. I had one nittenoid item of taping the duct insulation on our downstairs unit and notified them. They came three days later on the Monday to remedy the situation.

First, a galvanized pipe that was leaking needed repairing. Thomas and Neff replaced it with the appropriate brass pipe (for some reason, the inspector did not catch this oversight). Second, they re-routed and extended the hose for the AC condenser. Thank you for your work and professionalism!

The technician was the best. Had a couple other techs from other companies that said I needed major work on my fairly new HVAC system. He assessed the system and showed me that it was working properly. Will always use this company in the future.

Ralph was great to work with, fast, professional, explained in easy to understand terms what he did and what he found. Through him a curve as cooling unit was on the roof and he said if he had enough ladder with him he would go up 30 ft.. it was close but he did make it. Was very happy since cooling season is coming fast. Can’t say enough good of my experience with Signature and Ralph. Will definitely use them in the future.

Julian and Nate took great care of me, and did a super clean installation of a high efficiency Lennox AC and furnace in place of my old 80% Carrier and swamp cooler. They showed up early, stayed late, addressed every question, tested every mode of operation, and were courteous and helpful.Update: my furnace did not pass mechanical inspection, it took 3 calls to get someone scheduled to come out and fix the issue, but they never came. If you dont want an NSRES sticker on your door, go shop somewhere else.Update to the update: I called them on 4/12, 4/16, 4/19, 4/23, 5/3, and 5/10, was promised a call back each time and received nothing. On 5/10, I was promised that a representative of the company would come to meet with me on the date of reinspection (5/13). Not only didnt their representative show, call, or text, calling them again resulted in him blaming it on me. Im not asking much, only that the $20k system I paid to be installed be inspected and green-tagged.

Jerod came to perform a diagnostic eval on our evaporative cooler. Finding no mechanical problem, he walked through our house to open more windows so the positive pressure would work as its supposed to. I had one small window open about 3 inches. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful, our AC was having issues all summer only for it to work perfectly now when it was checked by a proffessional, figures, but Michael was very nice, honest and gave me some options to consider in the future if I wanted to replace some parts.

Definitely would recommend! Thanks Ralph! Our furnace went out last night (12/29/2020) and had to sleep in the cold. Called many places and no one had any openings. Finally, we were able to find Signature Heating and Cooling (Now our go to company!). The receptionist, Haley, was friendly. She was upfront about times and explained how the process worked. Ralph came out and immediately understood it wasn’t a simple fix (no parts needed, just elbow grease). Ralph gave me a tutorial on how the furnace worked and answered many questions as he diagnosed the issue. Ralph not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond. Ralph checked for other common issues. Ralph also made plans to make assisting us in the future easier. He added a part number to our file, thus if we need it, Signature Heating and Cooling would be able to get it quickly. Great service and will recommend them to all who ask.

Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our HVAC systems. Dan came out and gave us a quote and worked really hard to get the costs down to an affordable rate. He was the only one that didnt try to sell us more than what we needed. I really respect that.The installers, Oscar, Julian, German and Nate were courteous and would answer all of our questions with a lot of patience. They even fixed my loose doorbell plate! They had to remove our old units from the roof and replace and install two new units. They were very efficient and did an excellent job! They also installed new thermostats and showed us how to use them. I will call them for any issues I might have in the areas of plumbing, heating, and cooling.

I was super happy with the guys from Signature. . We had a new central air/heat unit installed. The electricians Rudy Anaya and Johnny were very professional. There were several issues that needed to be addressed in the electrical system and running lines. They took care of everything leaving professional and neat work and answering all questions.The AC team of Julian Lozoya and Julian Lazoya jJR. were extreamly knowledgeable and professional. They also needed to deal with issues from previous work, that needed to be dealt with before install. The installation was excellent. They did quality work, were very respectful of my house and area, leaving a clean work area and a very satisfied customer.

Sloppy, shoddy, and unsafe. This company does not in any way live up to the quality promised by their salesman, quality that they claim justifies their higher prices. After their disaster of an install, they sent a second crew to fix all the problems left by the first crew. They said the first crew did a poor job because the workers didnt like each other. The second crew repaired some of the safety problems but left others. The installation manager made excuses for the remaining problems or just mumbled and shrugged them off. I will need to hire a second company to check to make sure the installation is safe and complete. I would recommend that you try to find a company that will stand behind their work.

Best place to get your in home HVAC systems reviews and worked on. They are honest and worth every penny.

I had my water heater brought up to code. Victor the technician was very professional. He told me the various options available and did not do a hard sell on me. I ended up also getting the yearly deal where they will switch over the furnace and swamp cooler in the spring and fall and do any maintenance on the water heater and furnace for much less than other companies were charging. I am very satisfied with their work and prices!

Michael was very professional he was able to find the problem with the controller of my swamp cooler . I was a little disappointed because the initial person that I set the appointment up with told me that the charge would be $77 for any kind of problem solving. Michael did find the problem. The controller did need to be replaced but I had another problem a belt was loose and I asked him to look at it . At this time he informed me that was not included in the $77 and that if he had to go up the ladder to the roof it would cost me a another $129 . So I told him to go ahead on top of the roof and see if the belt needed to be tightened. We had just installed it and I didn’t know how to tighten the belt and I was afraid a loose belt could damage the cooler somehow . All I saw Michael do was turn a screw and tighten the belt which couldn’t have taken more than five minutes. He charged me the $129 on top of the $77 . I was disappointed. I was using signature for the first time because another company had referred me to them they were busy and couldn’t fit me in . They did sound like they would be very good for us. I found that it was all about money they wanted to add $250 more for a thermostat Installation and I told him that I would buy my own and install it . I have to give it to Michael he was very professional he did point out the problem with the controller but I don’t think I can get past the less than five minutes he was on the roof and charged me $129. The way I look at it is if a company wants return business they could bend a little if they know it will please the customer .

Hayley is such a horrible dispatcher she needs training or needs to leave! We had an appointment and a tech apparently left and was to rescheduled 3/30 and Hayley scheduled it! When I called back I over heard her saying oh well not my problem! She shouldn’t be working there if she can’t be humble and have some empathy!

The sales guy Chris was extremely helpful and patient.And the crew he sent out was extremely courteous and thoughtful in our home. Henry and Sam were incredibly nice worked super hard cleaned up after the job and was very helpful showing us our new system. The election did really clean fast job. All around a great company would use them again and definitely recommend them!

I called the day before to confirm the appointment. Your tech was a no call, no show. While I was waiting, I called your office twice and was told that you do not have a way to contact your tech and you didnt know where he was. I ended up waiting 2 hours and never heard back from anyone from your office. I stand by what I said in my review - your company is not professional and a waste of time.

They claim on their website that they provide a long list of duct services however they do not do any of those things. I am not sure why a business would advertise that they perform services that they dont actually do.

What poor service. I just called to get a quote on diagnostic for our Lennox unit and you stated that you would have a technician call me back. SMH what kind of business are you running? Its about 60 degrees in our house. Any other business has provided me with their diagnostic fee...

Ralph did a maintenance check of my furnace. He arrived as promised. Explained what he was going to do. He even found a small problem that needed to be fixed and put a work order in to get it done. He answered all my questions and checked the things he said he would. A very professional job. I was very pleased.
