Very smooth transaction for a local move of some things from my parents to new house. Original truck they reserved was not cleaned in back so they gave me a newer, cleaner one rather than make me wait. Would recommend!

Do not use penske go to ryder or uhaul. I rented a truck purchased the extra insurance hit a pothole in the road causing 2 of there old worn out tires to blow. Left me on the side of the road for hours then Charged my credit card without my permission over $1000 for the road service and tires that were supposed to be covered with the insurance.

I rented a truck to help my nephew move. The staff was friendly, the office was clean and following covid prevention protocols. Highly recommend!

Everyone was super friendly and really helpful. They had trouble locating a truck in the size I reserved and Jack called me everyday with updates till my rental date. He did put me in a bigger truck and took care of me with pricing. Dylan checked me out and walked me through everything and made sure I was good to go. I highly recommend renting from this Penske location.

They were able to quickly get my minor repair done, with a smile no less, during the COVID-19 crisis. Easy place to get into and plenty of room to maneuver, as well.

If you looking for a truck rental that never thinks about drivers. Then this is your place. Ive been standing in the sun for over 4 hours in 85 degrees heat with high humidity while waiting for a truck to be repaired. With no place to retreat from the heat and sun but standing next to a truck or a that has a shadow. If a break room/drivers room or even a tent in the lot with a fan would be something.

Rented a 16 ft truck for my move from NY to Florida. I realized the truck would not fit all my stuff in it once I saw it. The Albany, NY Penske store went out of their way on one of the busiest weekends in June to locate a 26 footer for me! They went above the call of duty and I can’t thank them enough for all their help. A special thanks to T Nicholson and J Mercurio for your diligence and compassion!

Great people working there. Always work hard to help you every step of the way. I have rented from them a dozen times or more and they have always been great. Usually the trucks are super new too so they are great to drive.

I have rented box trucks from this location several times and have been very satisfied with the prices and service. I have dealt with Brian and Ryan, who are both extremely helpful. They are faithful to the price I have rented in the past. If they continue to hold that price, I will be a customer for life.

Neat and clean truck however staff members were not efficient to locate required truck and its keys. They took almost 35 minutes to handover truck mainly due to weak knowledge of their inventory.

Miserable place full of miserable people which supplied me with a miserable experience. Rented a truck to move my mother and there was nothing but hiccups along the way. The truck wasnt on time, I was told I had a cheaper price than what it ended up being, and they forgot my furniture pads AND hand truck. The service was so bad that this was the first time I have EVER gone out of my way to write a review. Some sort of manager came out and was quite snobby/pretentious. A flawless haircut doesnt makeup for that nasty attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I need to move.

Patrick at the warehouse row location is amazing!!! The 5 stars is for him. He went above and beyond to rectify the issues and bad experience I had with my rental from an out of state penske(homedepot) location. He is definitely a customer service pro. Because of him i will use penske again.
