I had a loved one dying and they wanted to be cremated. I dont know much about the cremation process. So,I decided to call around for more information.called and spoke to the owner. I asked what were the options for cremating someone. The guy who answered the phone asked me what is it that you want to know? I replied can you tell me about your services, he kept saying what is it that you are looking for. I cant help you if you dont know what you want. I replied I dont know my options, remember this is the first time that Ive had to do this. I was looking for someone who would tell me the difference between the services that they offer. Instead of explaining the services he offers, this guy expected me to know about his services. This guy is not pleasant, no customer service skills, He did not answer my questions. Oh by the way, I found out he was the owner only when I called back to ask for someone else who would be more professional. I hope you know that you are really really bad at explaining. I do not recommend this business.

I mean, its a funeral home! Because the person who I visited was a person with a disability, I saw several people struggling with the stairs, also with disabilities.

It is great to know that there are small business owners to trust with all your planning at a difficult time. Steve and Tom were supportive, gracious and attentive to all of our needs.
