Went into Power Honda “just to look” but shortly after talking with one of their sales consultants Brian Rosenbalm, we went from looking; to filling out paperwork. No pressure whatsoever from Brian. We simply just explained to him what we were looking for along with our budget. Brian was great with us and as well with our two teenage daughters. We really felt comfortable and part of the family as Brian put it. Our financial guy Randy Paxton was also amazing, he was quick but not “rushy” in a manner to where we didn’t understand everything that he had for us. Let me start out German is the sweetest man we had originally gone in to find my brother his first car and we got amazing guidance & advice. Then I came back in because I decided I was ready for a new car! Helpful from start to finish. I was so excited when I saw the car I wanted online, I went down and same day he had it brought over from a different dealership. The car is used, but let me tell you they detailed it and repaired the few small notes I had like a button here, a latch there & a windshield. All repaired & seeing the before and after of this car it’s stunning! Germans team there at Honda including Randy, & Laurie all were amazing & totally guided me through this process. I felt very comfortable with it all of their guidance and they turned an overwhelming & anxiety riddling experience into a smooth & easy transaction. They had to keep the car to make the adjustments and repairs I requested, they gave me a loaner/ rental for the mean time. We really enjoyed our experience at Power Honda. Our sales person Mo Mohammad was cordial and easy to work with. He did not approach us in an overly pushy manner that we have experienced with car sales persons in the past. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased and the intricacies of its many features.The process seemed a bit long but Mo and the rest of the sales staff made sure we were comfortable and made the stay pleasant. It was the third time (over a long period of time) that we have purchased from Power and we feel we were treated professionally and courteously and even with a little extra effort on the part of the sales staff.

Purchased a used vehicle this week from Power Honda. Salesperson (Jose) was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all. Whole process was smooth and I would say one of the best car buying experiences I have had. On the finance end, Jordan was helpful and informative. Am totally satisfied with our purchase. Found the car I wanted online and Power had one of the only Accords available in the state during this new inventory crunch. Jordan and Randy worked with me to get me maximum trade in value for my current car and worked to get the terms just right for what I wanted. Best car buying experience I have had so far. My only wish is that the process could go faster as the amount of paperwork is exhausting with car buying in general which all dealers have to go through.

I was on the hunt for a Honda Pilot. I searched a couple places in Salem, the first the salesman had no interest in selling me a car, or finding me what I was looking for. Second lot I went to the salesman gave off that creepy vibe, he was at my car before we even got out to park. Also, didnt have what I wanted and tried talking me into cars that had some cosmetic damage. Almost gave up car shopping for the day, but decided to pop into Power Honda in Albany. Best experience buying a car Ive ever had. Everyone was polite and friendly, I didnt feel pressured about my purchase or trade at any point, and all the prices were reasonable. It did take a while, but it always does when theres that much paperwork, and I felt comfortable the entire time. Great place, and Ill likely check them out again first next time Im in the market for a rig.
