Visited a friend living in one of the properties. My friend is terrified that there will be a COVID outbreak because management refuses to put up signs requiring masks in public spaces like laundry rooms. On-site laundry rooms are full of people without masks. It is only a matter of time before the more aggressive COVID variants cause a public health crisis at these properties if more direct measures are not implemented.

I am very privileged to live in this great complex. The grounds are beautiful, the neighbors are all really great and the staff is superb and totally responsive to my needs. Thank you for your constant attention to details that make living here so great. And, it is close to downtown Niskayuna, an easy walk to Nott Street and Balltown Road (Coop and other stores), St James Square (Shop Rite and other stores) and the public library.

Amazing place. Apartments are beautiful.
