Avoid Angela Gonyo at all costs. We were in the process of buying a house that she had listed. Before we could make an offer, she told our agent that another offer was made so we had to put in a higher offer. We went in with asking, then she said we had to offer more if we wanted it. We did and they accepted. It has been just under a month and the check have not cleared my account yet. Today we find out that the other offer was accepted before ours was, and they have a signed contract already. She failed to tell us that. She said it was just another offer and she was waiting for them to back out. ITS BEEN A MONTH. When she was questioned about the other offer, she became unpleasant for our agent to speak to and try to work with. She wasted our time, got our hopes up on this house that we fell in love with for our kids, and tried to be sneaky and accept two offers at the same time. Incredibly unprofessional. This has been a nightmare and we are heartbroken. Do not do work with Angela Gonyo.

Angela is a fantastic real estate agent. I hired Angela to rent my apartment in Albany and she found us ideal tenants within one week. She is knowledgeable, responsive and clearly a very hard worker. I will definitely work with Angela again in the future.

Angela was absolutely amazing while helping me find and eventually move into an apartment in downtown Albany. Angela misrepresents herself as a landlord, showing the properties, processing the applications, preparing the rental agreements and collecting the money. She also makes agreements about payments and then lies and says she is not the landlord (just a friend helping the owner). Several of these google reviews are in fact men that she hires off record to do cheap work for her. The reviews are as fact as her work ethic. Do yourselves a favor and learn who you are working with prior to signing papers so you do not make the mistake we did!

Angela Gonyo is a well versed one stop shop for your real estate needs. Her work ethic and knowledge of the real estate market combined is refreshing and allows for the purchasing experience to be a quick and painless process(as it should be).We have purchased several real estate investment properties in Schenectady/Troy in the past Year and each transaction remains as seamless as the very first one. Whether you are a large investment group like my self or a first time investor like some that I have recommended, Angela is able to assess your needs quickly and provide you with adequate representation, never showing signs of distress or lack of professionalism.

Angela was everything i could have asked for. She takes care of things, she is so knowledgeable, and she gets things done immediately!! Angela was excellent. We were looking for a house and Angela was the listing agent for the home. We chose to go with her after the first listing and were very pleased with our decision. Angela was able to show us 15 homes in two weeks, twelve of which were over the course of TWO days (we needed to be in by the end of the year). Angela was always available and willing to work with our schedule. She provided as much or as little help as we requested. Angelas dedication and kindness to us was so superb that not only can we write this review but we also have the pleasure of calling her a friend.

Absolutely worst realtor I ever had to deal with. She was extreamly rude and annoyed that we got to the viewing late (after she called us 10 minutes before telling us we had a viewing today). Horrible person. She was on her phone the entire time and made rude short noises at us when we ask to walk around the house we were viewing. I feel terrible for the people who are using her as a realtor. Not only is she scaring away potentially buyer she is representing your home as if it was garbage. I saw she was the realtor for another house I was going to view but I rather deal with kinder people when finding a home. If you see her as a realtor to the place your viewing I recommend to look at a different place or try to talk to the owners directly. All the bad comments here are true!

Worst realtor Ive ever encountered!Angela was difficult to communicate with from the beginning. She never answered her phone and texts were short and not very informative.Angela gave me the wrong information and when checks were received, she blamed us. She stated that she represented the owner and would not let us speak with them directly. She stated she was done working with us, Angela acted as though she owned the property and called all the shots. We contacted the owner of the home and her boss and were able to shed light on the subject. We rented the home even though Angela took in personally and tried to deny us the opportunity to rent a great home from great people.I dont know how Angela is still working as a realtor. I only hope this message will help future renters avoid the headache weve had with Angela.Find another realtor or youll regret the experience, just as we do...

Do not work with this woman. She is possibly the most rude, cruel, self-absorbed person I have ever met. Extremely poor communication, worked only on her schedule, tried to convince me to see the apartment the next day when I had already gone through hoops to schedule for that day and I had been waiting in my car at the appointed time in the rain for 45 minutes for her to come back from Schenectady. She never apologized for her faults and was terrible to my mom and I when we asked standard questions about the apartment (when she finally got there). She was also on her phone while she was showing the apartment to us, and was rushing us because, in her words, she is a very busy person and has things to do. I have no idea how she has her real estate license but I will be filing a formal complaint with the state, as recommended to me by Anthony Gucciardo. One of Gucciardos realtors, Jessica, hired Ms. Gonyo to show the apartment. When I told Anthony about my experience and I told him Angelas name, his response was Oh God. He did not hire her and felt very bad about the whole situation. Ms. Gonyo should not be working with people in this way. Extremely disrespectful and horrible experience. Very bitter and basically abusive.

Angela Gonyo was great to work with!! She made the effort to really get to know my family in order to best serve us. We were in a very tough situation and had to find a home quickly so that we could care for my father. Not only did we find a home in 3 weeks we found a place we could all be excited about. I know from experience things dont always go that way and I also know what it takes on the realtors part to make that happen. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR. The rudest person I have ever worked with and treats people like they are well beneath her. She showed up late to all of our appointments HIGH as a kite with a bag of chips in one hand and a soda in another getting out of her car. on god knows what. ( look I dont care what you do in your free time but you should be a little more respectful when youre working with people that are in a stressful time such as moving.) I dont want to track my own realtor down and feel as if I am the one bothering them. I ran into another Landlord and mentioned that I was using her and I was warned that she steals money and lies and I should RUN as fast as I can the other way.

My experience with Angela Gonyo consisted of trying for over a week to have her give me a date and time to show me six properties I had chosen as potential rental apartments from Broker Reciprocity. I had called, left a voice message and even texted back and forth with her, unfortunately I was ignored and absolutely no professionalism was demonstrated. When I asked her (also via text) if there was someone else I could call, she gave me the number of her assistant Alicia, whom I called as well and left a message for, without so much as a returned call. This is by far, the most unusual, unprofessional and poor experience Ive had when looking for a rental apartment. It was a waste of my time. I do not recommend them nor will I use them in the future.

Angela was very unprofessional, she couldnt keep a consistent time to meet at all and she would send us apartments that didnt even match what I told her we need. After a few days of trying to get a hold of her to show us a place we finally got the application emailed to us. We proceded to print it off and fill it out so we could drop it off at the office, the address on the card she gave me was wrong, along with the address on her website both of which say that shes with darby realty, after trying for another hour to get a hold of her she finally gave us the real address and told us that shes really with realty usa. After we handed them the application they preceded to tell us that we couldnt have 2 different couples ( 4 people) in a very large 2 story 2 bath 3 bedroom apartment, which is absolutely ridiculous, we walked out of there ripping up our applications and found another realtor, I will never again contact Angela or realty usa

Very unprofessional. .had to leave her 1 star because I couldnt leave her 0.. every time you meet with her she was late or on her phone.. she was going to rent out our apts.. we told her we wanted a tenant with a credit score of at least 700.. later I found out hes 655..after he floods out my newly renovated apt downstairs and does 3000 dollars worth of damage..by leaving the kitchen sink running.. then I hear from a neighbor hes selling drugs from my apt.. then the kicker.. you know in her contract if your apt becomes vacant within 6 months shell rent it again for free.. she blocked my number!! I called her from a friends phone..and she said she doesnt want to do business with me because I am making him pay!! My mistake doest say it in the contract thats what she tells you in person.. then she sends you these texts!! Lol
