Safe Air is my company! All of the service people who have been to my house are knowledgeable, polite and have done an excellent job. My latest service was performed by Jeremy Pauley. Jeremy did a great job and made good recommendations. I liked receiving a text with a picture and short bio the day of his arrival. Thank you Safe Air for great service!

SafeAire Heating and Cooling is a very professional and efficient company. The office staff calls to set up appointment times. The technicians send a text message with a photo and an autobiography to introduce themselves, so you are not letting strangers into your home. They check the systems and perform all necessary maintenance and make suggestions of ways to update your system. Most of all they adhere to the Covid 19 guidelines when they enter your home. SafeAire does and excellent job.

Jason didnt seemed to want my money. He never got back with me to give me a quote. I guess I had a glass purse and he underestimated what I was willing to invest in my house that my dad gifted me when he died. Shame on you for assuming dude, the money is in the bank silly rabbit...and because you didnt honor your work, someone else will get it. Dont judge a book by its cover.

Amazing company! We called because our heater was not working and they responded the very same day. Unfortunately it cheaper to just replace our heating unit.They were extremely informative about about the replacement units and gave several options and within 2 days our technicians arrived to install! Our technicians Danny, Ryan, and Gabriel were extremely professional and helpful!We would definitely recommend this company!!

My system was old and I was basically dumping hundreds of dollars to keep it running. After seeing this they suggested that I upgrade my system. I was leary of a huge bill in this current economy. When he left, I DID NOT feel cheated or like I had been taken advantage of. So, very good company and I highly recommend.

Service Person was very professional and conscientious. He was friendly, treated our home and property with care, and double checked everything before he left. We had a part that was going bad and we were given the option to replace it now or wait. There was no pressure or pretense that it was critical. We got a quick estimate on the part and the replacement was available in the service vehicle. Excellent service. We highly recommend SafeAire.

Recently we experiencedt an accidental gas line rupture and fire that caused extensive damage to my moms HVAC unit. SafeAire was the original installer and had maintained the unit during its lifespan. Once the excitement was over I called SafeAire and reported what had happened. A technician (Jay) came out and assessed the damage that same afternoon.The next day I determined that it was not economically feasible to repair, so we started the ball rolling to replace the complete package unit.I was soon contacted by Jason and he set things in motion and also offered to deliver some portable heaters to use until we could get this issue resolved. Long story short and with colder weather upon us, he was able to get a new unit delivered, installed and have my elderly mom back up and running in just a little over 48hrs (Wed-Fri) from the time of the incident.Jason and the two gentlemen, Matt and Ryan who were sent to install the unit were on time, all were respectful, courteous and very informative in answering any questions I had. Matt and Ryan did an excellent job installing the unit and left the area in better shape than when they arrived.Everyone, including the ladies that I came into contact with either over the phone or personally at their office throughout this highly charged emergency, conducted themselves in a very professional manner, just as they always have in the past for routine maintenance. On behalf of my mom, we sincerely thank everyone at SafeAire.I would highly recommend SafeAire for your HVAC needs.

Tyler came out for our service was great, very professional, made us feel very comfortable, and told us was was going on with our ac unit. Called for a estimate on a new ac from Jason who again was great no hidden cost on the job and and walked us through what was going to happen. If need anything with heating and cooling these two are the best from safeaire...... thanks a lot you two...... customer for life......Today Pat and Mike came and put our new unit in and they did a great job..... works better than you could wish.... Both are very good at what they do I would tell everybody to use them.....

We are really happy with our new Trane central heat and air unit provided by Safe Aire. The technicians Shaun and Bo did an outstanding job, not only in installing the unit, but taking out the old one, and cleaning up. They made sure the unit was working properly and were able to answer our questions before they left. We highly recommend Safe Aire for anyones air/heating needs.

Michael arrived before 2 hours had passed of me calling to report that I was having a problem with my split system. He called me at work when he arrived at my home, immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem, called me and explained what had caused the problem & what he did to fix it, emailed me the quote, & I called the business office to settle up. Could not be happier with Safeaire. Very responsive. I couldnt get 2 competitors to even return my calls for estimates. Lots of options for various budgets. They also have financing options. Dont believe what youve heard about them being too expensive. They arent the cheapest option but is that what you really want. We had a failed system and Safeaire was able to work us into their schedule thankfully.

I’ve never written a review for any business. However, my experience dealing with SafeAire was very impressive. I was waiting in their parking lot at 7:30am Monday morning waiting for them to open because our AC had stopped working over the weekend. Our salesman TJ followed me back to my house right then. The NEXT DAY a crew was at my house at 8:30am (as promised). The technician Danny was professional, polite,patient and courteous. They had to replace my entire system and multiple times throughout the day Danny’s supervisor and TJ stopped by to see how things were progressing. They took measures to protect the floors and cleaned up before leaving. Despite being an extremely hot and long job, no shortcuts were taken. They finished everything in one day. They made us feel as though this job was as urgent of a priority to them as it was for us. Not many businesses provide world class customer service anymore. SafeAir Heating & Cooling still does. I’ll gladly pay for that, every time.

Your technician ( Tyler) came to service our A/C unit on yesterday ( June 18), he was professional, prompt and extremely courteous. When he arrived at our home, he was wearing his mask and kept it on for the duration of the service call. He actually asked for permission to enter the house. He actually took the time to explain what was wrong and his plan to resolve the problem. After the problem was resolved he even offered recommendations for the future life of our unit. This kind of customer service is so rare that I could not let it go unnoticed. Thanks so much for the impeccable service and attention given to our A/C issues.

Ive been using SafeAire for a couple of years now. When I call, I talk to a person not a recording. They are able to get me an appointment quickly. My service tech has been Clay for the past 2 visits. He is thorough, honest, and willing to explain any issues or answer any questions that I have. My units are 15 years old and I trust SafeAire to tell me how much longer we can repair them and when they should be replaced.

Pat and Chad were really awesome. Very friendly, respectful, and all around good guys. I have found Safeaire to be the GOLD standard in HVAC sales and service.

This was the most expensive and horrible experience I have ever had with an AC repair company!! The tech they sent out was very inept and not experienced at his job whatsoever! Our HVAC system stopped blowing cold air into our home and we called Safe Aire to see if they could diagnose and hopefully repair the problem. The tech they sent out seemed more concerned with selling us a contract for yearly maintenance than he was fixing our unit. Long story short, he kept finding things wrong as he went along supposedly diagnosing and repairing our system. At the end of this experience with this unprofessional and inexperienced tech from Safe Aire, we ended up being out of almost $500.00 and our system was still not repaired, or working. Then on top of that they told us it would be an additional $1,058.00 and a two day wait for a part to come in before we could finally have our HVAC system repaired. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I would not recommend Safe Aire to ANYONE with common sense and who believes in spending practical dollars for practical solutions and not pipe dreams as they falsely advertise on their commercials!!! The Better Business Bureau ought to be contacted for the highway robbery Safe Aire is getting away with of hardworking, decent people with the poor service, poor quality, and unprofessionalism they are actually providing to the public!!!

Three technicians did an install for my mom in Pelham Wednesday.. She is an older lady and they were extremely helpful and courteous during her install.. Have to say thanks to Pat, Michael and Chad for being super nice and all their hard work on such a hot day in Georgia. I highly recommend Safe Aire. They had serviced and maintained my old System forMany years. When I called Jason for an estimate to replace my system with a new energy saving system he came to my home the same day with an estimate. He was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.The very next day Chad, Danny and Jacob arrived early and removed the old unit. After fixing some problems in the attic they installed the new system. They were very professional and made sure everything was working properly, including giving me a tutorial of how to operate the new computer thermostat. They cleaned up everything inside as well as outside before leaving. I can already feel the difference inside— a lot less humid. I would highly recommend these guys for any heating and air problems. They do excellent work!

A new unit was installed about couple of weeks ago. The drain line started dripping couple of days ago. After notifying Safe Air, he came in and solved the issue.New company that take pride in what they do.
