I started using All Seasons Lawn Care last year after buying my house in Akron. I previously hired a couple of other people off the Greenpal app. I wasnt thrilled with the quality of service I recd from that app and Im picky about my lawn. After not realized that you will stay on their route each year unless you cancel, I again used Greenpal and wasnt that happy after seeing my lawn. Then All Seasons showed up 4 days later and mowed again. After contacting them they explained how it works, so that was on me. I did cut my service to bi-weekly for now just because my lawn looks ok during that time, and it saves me a few dollars. They are always quick, but it doesnt look like they do a rush job so thats ok with me!I have no complaints about the service Ive received and my lawn looks great!

Absolutely fantastic services with reasonable prices. Do an excellent job of sticking to their scheduled day for services, and if they need to adjust due to weather or an increase in work requests Im notified well in advance. Team pays attention to the little things as well, this year my lawn is serviced on Monday which is also my garbage collection day - team will return my can to the side of house where previous companies would literally just cut around it. Things like this just speak volumes to me. Glad I made the switch to All Seasons.

The crew that came today was excellent. Went above and beyond and brought up the garbage cans up from the road and did a very thorough job blowing off patio and garage area. Thanks!

In response to the false response made by the company on the review below, our grass was a week past growing because the company took a week to schedule after our mower broke. I was easily able to cut the grass with a push mower in the mean time and I have no doubt in my mind your company would have gone above and beyond charging us the overgrown fee if it was applicable.When you finally did come out, we had to call and say HALF of the yard wasn’t even cut. Let’s start with the back of the yard which hasn’t been cut THREE TIMES now by your crew.Next, the first visit out, we were told “a blade must have been upside down”. I got home to see entire rows of grass that weren’t even touched. There’s no way weed whacking was done at all. We received a “free correcting service” to fix that, but yet again, no weed whacking. I was here during that and witnessed it. My husband ended up doing all of the weed whacking even though we paid for it.I never saw the sign up so I cannot speak to the repeat service, but yet again, they didn’t even touch the back of the yard which we now have to cut after WE PAID FOR IT. The weed whacking yet again wasn’t done as well.Save your money and find a different place. We would have loved to set up a weekly cut while we’re sorting out replacing a mower, but this place doesn’t provide good service and obviously doesn’t care about the quality of work they do.

The crew that came out to do a spring cleanup at my house was wonderful! They did a great job and checked in several times to make sure that they covered everything we wanted done. Beyond that, the crew was super pleasant and just generally delightful to work with.Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that there was a little lack in communication with the office-I didn’t get notice that the crew was coming out the day they did and luckily I was home or they wouldn’t have had access to the back yard.It was my first time working with a landscaping company and I am overall very pleased with my yard and would use them again.I did get quotes from a couple other companies too and this company came in lower in comparison.

Just started with All Seasons Lawn Care and they went the extra mile to call me and get service to my home the day I signed up since crews were in the area. The crew came and did an outstanding job in a short amount of time. I am very pleased!

They did a great job. I asked for a quote and got one within an hour. They answered all my questions promptly and were on the job the day after I accepted their bid.They cleaned everything up, cut back all the flowers and trimmed all my bushes. I’m very pleased with the job they did.

Just started my seasonal service this spring and All Seasons is doing a great job! We dont have an easy property to manage and they did a stellar job with spring clean up. Each week so far weve come home to a great cut and clean up job. Id recommend All Seasons to anyone looking for a lawn service.

Moved to a new home in 2018 and this is the first time weve used a lawn care service. All Seasons Lawn Care have done a great job keeping the property looking fantastic! Any questions or concerns Ive had, have been answered promptly and to my satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Called to setup mowing service for our yard. First time they came out the mowing was completely rushed. They missed parts of the yard and didn’t weed whack obvious patches of weeds. What they did mow was horrible. Uncut strips of grass all over the yard. They did come back out to fix it and made the yard look presentable at least, but again forgot the weed whacking. They came just straight up forgot half of the back yard. Called to cancel my service and was verbally told it would be a $50 cancellation to which I agreed. Checked today to find a $60 charge instead. I just wanted to have my yard mowed and ended up with a headache.

It feels like they had a complete shift in leadership in the company. I used them in 2016 and 2017, and the company was fantastic. They were timely and reasonably priced and communicated with me when there were delays due to weather. In 2018, things shifted. They moved to a new billing system that didnt automate email invoices, scheduled days shifted without approval, sloppy cuts with large swaths of missed grass, cutting with heavy equipment on soaked sod, services were performed without approval... it just felt like a different company. All of the changes led me to terminate my contract. If they ran the company like they did a few years ago, Id still be with them. This new iteration just didnt work for me.

Google made me give them 1 star.I wanted to give them 0 stars since they didn’t do anything today. It is 2019, probably should be able to contact your customers to let them know when you are coming out.I didn’t know when you were coming out...that is my point. You never told me so it would be impossible for me to let you in my gate or provide you a key. 0 stars for you.And thirdly you didn’t provide me any services, so not charging me is pointless.They are terrible. Don’t use them.

Darrell and his crew do great work with amazing results. This spring they re-sodded our back yard. Unfortunately we forgot to tell the other lawn company to not treat that part of the lawn and a patch got burned out by fertilizer. I could tell they were pretty bummed that happened because they take a lot of pride in their work. No worries though cuz we got the grass to grow back. Nevertheless they went above and beyond on that project and also fixed a retaining wall and gate—it left quite an impression on us and we asked them back to build a retaining wall at the front of our house. That project put a lot of “wow” factor to our homes curb appeal. Absolutely we’d ask this company to come back again for our home improvement projects.

I met the owner at a trade show and he had so much knoledge about turf i really appreciated his knoledge.

Extremely disappointed with the services that were offered, and the unethical price gouging that took place. Services were estimated to cost $120 and ended up being charged over $930.I reached out to the company via phone and email to contest the charge, but no returned calls or emails. It wasnt until I messaged them on Facebook that I was able to communicate with someone. And it was a third-party mediator...like theyve done this a million times. Anyhow the business owner went dark and never responded, and my Facebook post on the companys wall magically disappeared.Shady business.-----------------------------------------------------------------------IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS COMMENT-----------------------------------------------------------------------Your claim of construction materials and 92 bags of waste on our property is evidence of gross misrepresentation as there were no construction materials at all. That wasnt even an item that matches that description on the receipt you provided to me or the the bank. If all the shrubbery on my property were to be bagged prior to your work, it would not be possible to add up to 92 bags.Great quote from me, by the way. I dont even remember say that.By the way, we tried to call several times and sent several emails before and after the work was performed with no response. Zero. Thats why the charge was disputed. Lesson learned to never provide a landscaping company a credit card before the work is performed. I wont make that mistake again.I noticed there are several other bad reviews for your company, and nasty replies. I can see how Im the problem.

Used them all last season with a great experience. Noticed this year that the quality of the cuts was diminishing (missed areas, lack of cleanup) and then was told my service was quadrupling in price on a cut scheduled in 4 days. Now it’s midseason and difficult to contract with someone else.

Be very careful when booking them. Recieved a quote from them without them looking at our lawn for clean up. Went ahead a reserved them and gave credit card. Weeks went busy with no response, and all of the sudden we came back one day and found a crew cleaning up. We where charged way more than expeceted...without our approval first. Was told the came to get an estimate the day before, however, never told us that estimate. We would never have given the ok for the anount we were charged... which was an absolute ridiculous amount!As a response to the message the owner gave, never once did he contact us with an estimate. This is a must when you own a business. This goes for auto mechanics, repair men. You do not do a job without approval. You did not get approval, because we never heard from you, and it was at least a month since our quote. Also, neighbors told us you were here for abot 6.5 hrs, not 8.
