About as bad of a company you will find. Signed contract to have grass mowed every other week. Owners said this would be fine. Proceeded to mow my yard 4 weeks in a row and then not show up for 5 weeks. One of the weeks they did mow, they gouged my yard so bad it look like a truck drove through it. Owner never called or said anything. I get off work and see my yard half mowed and destroyed. Contact owner, doesn’t answer of course. These guys will never answer the phone. He said his worker told him and he would do me a favor and not charge for the mow, to this day they have yet to fix my yard. But wait, there’s more.... Too late in the year to have someone pick up leaves, they text and ask if I want them too. Reluctantly I said yes. They come and get the leaves before the trees are done dropping them, never show back up. Ask them to get leaves one last time before snow, they text back no problem if weather permits...... no show. I call, they don’t answer. Someone text me back saying they are not doing anymore leaves and hope I understand.... what!!!! Tell the guy his business is horrid and I will let people know. He responds good luck. Find a better company and pay a little bit more money if you have too... Would give a zero if I could!!!!

In regards to Mr. Delford Mccalisters nasty review.This review is not truthful by any means. We are a very reputable company. If you research our company on other sites you will find this is the only negative review we have ever had in 15 years of service. As for the mowing for 4 weeks in a row, he said he would mow on the weeks in between. He didnt so we knocked on door with no response. We felt that we would make a judgement call and go ahead in mow. As far as not showing up for 5 weeks, we were in the middle of a drought. Most of our clients appreciate it when we skip the mowing when it doesnt need it. This is explained in the service agreement. Then finally in regards to damage to lawn, our foreman knocked on door and told him it was too wet to mow. However, he insisted we mow anyway. Then one of the mowers got stuck. We then skipped the portions of the lawn that were too wet. We were mowing it because he insisted, and then damage occurred after we warned that it may. We did not charge him for mow, however, we did not feel we should repair damage after we warned him this may happen. This person is very irrational and cursed us out on the phone. Then after us telling him we will no longer service his yard, he calls us back months later and asks us to do his leaf service. We told him that we were taking care of our normal clients at the time, however if schedule allowed we would take care of it. We went ahead and did his leaves around Thanksgiving. Depending on the amount of old growth trees in yard we do leaves 1-3 times. Unfortunately, the schedule did not allow enough time to take care of non-clients. Therefore, he left us a nasty review on Dec. 20th, 2018.
