Brandon was delightful, he did everything he could to assist me. When we ran into a hitch with my phone, he was patient and understanding. We couldnt get said hitch worked out, so he finished everything he could from his end, while I got the situation handled from the other end. After everything was said and done, Im connected and loving the service, everything went flawless after I figured out what I needed to do on my end. Many thanks to Brandon, Victra and Verizon.

Employee stole the cash payment I gave him and sent the difference in what he stole to collections. It took about 14 months to get it resolved(after nearly destroying my credit). If you choose sprint, be prepared for a ton of “customer service” that doesn’t speak English, that won’t resolve any type of complaints. They refused to even acknowledge the fact that their representative stole. I initially left sprint because I didn’t get reception anywhereeee, but now, I wouldn’t even recommend it to my abusive ex husband.

This is not a verizon store. They try and hide that. There isn’t 1 price tag on any merchandise. Service is terrible. They claimed they had to have 150$ deposit order for my dad to get his phone. Later found out they didn’t need 150$ and instead signed him up for a “bundle”

To whom it may concern:I went to Verizon on Canton Rd. in Akron to have some texts printed from my cell phone. I was in desperate need of these documents for a probate issue. Aaron at the store resolved all my issues he spent at least 1 hr. with me getting it all together. I had asked him if he was the Manager because of his knowledge and his reply was No. I must say this man is an angel!!!! and very very helpful.. indeed he needs a promotion. I purchase a glass screen protector from amazon. Why did I go to this store location hoping to get some assistance. The guy behind the deck told me about the 10.00 charge. Went to another Verizon store, Cascade plaza in Kent; totally free of charge. Dont go to the Verizon authorized store on Canton road!!! Shabby individual trying to make $$$.

Spectacular customer service and very fun employees. Eddie was spectacular and possibly the nicest guys Ive ever met. He helped me out with everything I needed and was very educated on al the products. Definitely would recommend this store to many people and would recommend all of my friends to Eddie at this store.

They dont know how to answer their phones and definitely cant answer questions in the store. Ive never been so furious with a specific store in my life. They shouldnt open the store if they cant even answer their store phone. Its there for a reason. Ive tried numerous times over the past 2 weeks to get ahold of them since Im not able to go in at all times.

Called ahead to ask about Bluetooth instability with a phone I activated just over two weeks ago. Sure any store can help, He says. Get there and the guy has no clue what Im talking about. Verizon in Chapel Hill had little more knowledge but not enough to help either.

What I thought was decent experience turned out to be a nightmare. I was given a tablet on a promotion back in November, not knowing that it was a promotion for the store more than me. I was told the tablet was free, there would be no charges and it would use my cell phones line, incurring no line access fee. This was a lie.After months of waiting for the bill to be ironed out, I finally got a straight answer from a Verizon corporate employee. The tablet is subsidized by the line access fee that I need to keep paying for 2 years, and if I dont, there will be a huge early termination fee. When corporate called up this store, the store denied ever telling customers like me that there was no line access fee. I only took the tablet because they pushed it at me; I have never turned it on. Why cant they just take this unused tablet and give me my money back?

Before you buy anything get a second opinion from another Verizon dealer. The corporate store or kiosk at Walmart will show you what you are actually getting charged for. These folks are hoping you get past 14 days so they can tell you there is nothing they can do about all the extra products and insurance they packed your bill with. When you receive your first bill in 30 days its too late.

This is my regular store. Always got A1 service with Eddie. Few weeks back i walked into the store an the salesman David was acting like a rude jerk to a female customer. I was shocked. Today i was his target, i wanted to scroll a phone menu begire i purchase. He did have any in stock and the model was dead. His replied he can order one from another store. I said i wasnt going to buy a phone unless i can see what its like.So there we are staring at each other, he says OMG thats a look of death! So you want me to get a charger!? I asked his name and walked out. Get rid of this jerk!

Horrible horrible service and incorrect information given out 3 different times. This store should not be in business. On one of those visits the only guy working had no interest to help us at all. Even though this store is 5 minutes from my house the drive to a corporate store is the only way to go.

Horrible customer service with the employees they have there currently. The manager there was the least helpful and least people friendly employee Ive ever met. He promised us a free gear fit 2 with the purchase of a galaxy s7 because that was the promo going on at the time and he had promised he submitted the registration to get the free watch and I have yet to receive the conformation email. He rushed us during our phone buying procress from the beginning. Once another customer walked in he rushed us out the store within minutes. Was not helpful with the questions we had and not helpful with explaining what all we were paying for in store. I am so furious that I recieved such poor customer service when the man helping me is the MANAGER of the store.

Went to the store at 930 am store not open the employee sitting in his car waiting on someone to come unlock the door because nite shift locked keys in store he said they on the way since 8am by this time its almost 10am he calls the person back and they said at least a nother hour I ask where is the manager he is on his hunny Moon will not be back untill the 21st what a joke
