This place was horrible, it made me pay every time I already did my payments. The furniture came damaged and if had a weird scent to it. Don’t go here.

Autopay and the insurance are optional even though they told me I had to sign up for both in order to rent. That was a lie and it tells you on the website they arent required. Very shady business practices

Don is a absolute LIER THEY TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER THEN RUN IT AS THEY PLEASE they have multiple peoplut he call you and set different things up but HE ACTS LIKE THE BOSS AND CANCELS ALL THEY DO NOW I REMBER WHY I STOPPED RUNNING FROM YOU GUYS A LONG TIME AGO DON YOUVE NEVER CHANGED NOR HAS YOUR YOUR THIEFT STORE

I would actually give negative stars. I was hung on after waiting for my refund for a week. They are unprofessional, maybe because they are led by a store manager that has no idea about managing or even the steps to renting furniture. Mr. store manager, who gave me the wrong name I’m coming for you and all the employees that you taught to just hung up on customers. Talking to corporate now.

Great Staff and very knowledgeable

I went with my caretaker to the rent-a-center at 1579 S. Hawkins Ave. Akron, OH today on 11/15/2019 and had a terrible experience. I was discriminated against cause I live at 1221 Everton Dr. at spring hill high rise. I heard them chattering when they talked and said they didnt feel like delivering there than turned around and said they dont deliver there yet, their trucks have come to the high rise and delivered furniture and such to the high rise which I have seen for my own eyes. I have even seen the delivering employees that were at the store deliver here. I also feel discriminated against due to that I am disabled and autistic and was given dirty looks from the employees there. I am highly offended and feel totally discriminated against because of my disability and I feel it is also a racial issue too cause I am caucasion and most of them are african american. I also observed my caretaker was given an attitude from the male employees there and they had a very rude tone.

I purchased several large items from them over the time Ive lived in the area. All of a sudden, after having my husband and I wait all day for the newest items to be delivered, they called 15 minutes before they closed to tell me that they wouldnt be able to rent to me and to come get my money back. They wouldnt provide me a reason as to why I was being denied. Not sure what happened, but it hurts to have been treated this way.

The manager acie mastin was smoking a cigarette in the back of the store,the whole store smelled like cigarettes this place should be shut down very unprofessional I would not recommend going here at all.

The worst service I ever came across they are a bunch of jokes at that store plz people do not wast ur time going to that store store manger does not know how to do his job

Delivery timing is terrible they need more staff to get orders out and in store other than that good people.
