I have been told by your staff before about my delivery in several weeks. Now you tell me that the Trucking company told you they HOPE to have it next week. Your excuse about Covid and not being able to find drivers is your problem. You offer to refund my delivery fee. I have had enough of your staff. Why can you just give me my entire refund back so we can cut ties with each other. I still havent gotten answer about how you can attach a 30% restocking fee on item that you dont have..

Its good for peaces parts of furniture but not whole sets.

The associates were all very attentive but in no way watching us too close. Found a new wonderful, quality sofa and loveseat set for a fair price. Would definitely go back in the future and highly recommend them.

I love this place. They have a wide range of home goods. They also span all price points. I have bought several pieces from here over the years. Our kitchen table and chairs were purchased here over 15 years ago.

It’s 12:15 here on Cleveland’s west side during the pandemic and I just seen a gentleman that cares for the well being of others and his company a African-American with long dreads to describe since I have no name so he took his time to follow the protocol spray down with Lysol and change of his 😷 after handling Multiple pieces of furniture during the pandemic , I gave this gentleman five stars and I added on to the companies 4.3 hopefully keep hiring caring employees like him I wish I knew his name but I definitely, gave him a shout out before leaving the complex. We need more of this

Great experience as usual. They have a wide variety of furniture to choose from. Everything from living room, kitchen, dining room, bedroom to even office furniture. They deliver locally and can usually arrange for delivery within the week. I got furniture for 3 full rooms of my house for around $1,200 with delivery and tax included. Always a pleasure to deal with great items with great Brands and high-quality.

They have really good prices if youre in the area and you need some furniture I highly recommend going there and the people are awesome they really take the time to try to locate what you need and theyre not just there to sell you something theyre there to help you out so I highly highly highly highly recommend going there it is worth the trip

Incredibly good deals yet still good quality furniture. You can buy new furniture at prices that are equivalent to other warehouses. You can also buy previously rented furniture for EVEN CHEAPER that is still in great condition. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great place. What they have varies. I bought a piece that didnt fit and they returned my money. I bought something from Wayside that was delivered in less than acceptable shape and they didnt want to refund me. Northeast is a good company

This place is great, very reasonable price and good quality. We got a sofa and loveseat set for under $500 and that included delivery. We were in and out quickly, no hassle and the sales people were friendly and helpful but didn’t pester us, I highly recommend this place.

I have been shopping here on and off for about 30 years. So Im quite happy with them and their selections. I buy new when I go but you can get slightly used at good prices just depend on what youre looking for.

The worst customer service i have seen in a very long time. This business does not represent NE ohio. Repeated phone calls and voice mails for two weeks went unanswered. Unfortunately this was not the first time in trying to call and ask questions about service. They do not want to respond to customers.Failure from the top down is incredible. When you finally get someone on the phone they tell you it is not there department and for you to call back.
