Always very informative and polite. These guys are awesome. They do quality work in a timely fashion and don’t give you the run around. I’ve never not gotten an answer or not had somebody not call me back. I don’t take my car anywhere else at this point.

I told them the issue was an under the engine issue, which that part they did locate and give me an estimate.My problem is my radio was set radio stations, which I never use because I keep it on Bluetooth 24/7, didnt adjust my seat back, my trunk was partially open when I left, and now my subwoofers amp voltage is way off causing shorts.If my problem is under the hood, there was no reason to touch my stereo, amp, or subwoofers, when I all I asked for was a price estimate on a repair near the engine. Im not sure if you guys shorted a cable or maybe moved something but next time focus on the issue, or well have an issue.

They are reasonably priced and are quick in getting the work done. The price they tell you up front is what you pay. They are very dependable!

Drove to Akron from Detroit planning to buy a 2004 ford focus SVT with 65k miles from budget car mart who mislead me to believe it was clean for its age and drives good. It was serendipitous meeting Ken. He is genuine, honest, and sincere. He was thorough while doing a prepurchase inspection and showed me what kind of a mess I was getting into. He had to opportunity to do quick fixes and charge me but thanks to ken he helped me not get a money pit that budget car mart in akron lied to me about. They are great people! Honest workers who have good hearts to help. The owner is so awesome he really works with you, and the receptionist is such a sweetheart! And they even have a little section for kids to color. But the beat thing was their respect, they really do there best to watch their language around the customers, especially the children, which we all know is a rare kind of thing in this world. Only place I will take my car.

$47.50 to replace two bulbs in my car. Both of my headlights went out at the same time. I checked the fuses and relay myself. Did not think it could be both bulbs at the same time but I stopped and bought two bulbs just in case Kens wanted to try them as they diagnosed the problem. They charged me $47.50 to replace two bulbs!! It had to take all of 10 minutes. $47.50!!! Two light bulbs!! The receptionist was very friendly in spite of it all. I couldve had auto zone do it for free but bought bulbs at a local shop Masons and they dont install. Lesson learned, dont go local.

First time Ive ever been there. Receptionist was super friendly and sweet. There was nothing wrong with my car so I cant comment on the repair aspect but the mechanic did address my concern for free.

Absolutely amazing service every time. Shawn is very knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy and truly cares about his customers. I was told by my dealership after getting an oil change that I needed to replace a part. I called Shawn to help me out because I do not trust the dealership. He inspected my car and turns out it was 100% fine. Didn’t even charge me for his time. I am so appreciative and will always return to ken’s auto.

Amazing customer service. Went in with help to press out a wheel bearing but Ken told me it wasnt a press in bearing and showed me how to pop the grease seal off and he didnt even charge me. Ken had all my future business!!!

Fuel pump and water pump finished on the same day I dropped it off. Ken has always been competent, trustworthy, and honest. This man and his expert outfit deserve your business. They do their absolute best to keep you safe on the road. I wish I could rate higher!

My antifreeze was leaking for a while, and for a while I would just top it off, but then it got really bad so I begrudgingly took my car to a mechanic. I first asked friends and checked online for a good place, and Kens business stood out. I was still anticipating having to leave my car there for a week or so and having to pay $500+ to get my car fixed, but instead I took it in in the morning and less than 2 hours later my car was fixed, and it only cost around $200! They have a TV, as well as free coffee and bottled water available, and I was able to work on a paper for my masters degree while I waited. Ken himself as well as everyone who worked at the shop was very professional and friendly, as well as honest and hard-working. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Very friendly owner sat down and had a conversation with the customers, in the waiting room, about their cars, yet still had repairs being done as he spoke. Relied on his employees, and lent a hand whenever possible. Work was done efficiently and options were given if repair bill was overwhelming. I will continue to use this shop whenever possible.

Ive been driving for the last 30 years and the one the most difficult challenges is to find a good auto service. I finally found one! Kens Auto Center went above and beyond in service and common courtesy! My truck needed new plugs installed and in the process the A/C lines got damaged. They virtually replaced every component on my A/C system! It is EXTREMELY rare to find that level of honesty! Ken and his team were very conscientious and knowledgeable of my situation and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I have a small stack of business cards which I am handing out to anyone who needs great auto service! Thanks again Ken!

I had an oil pressure problem that I was having trouble diagnosing. The mechanic listened to every detail and used that info to find out what was wrong with my car. They fixed it and didnt overcharge me for what ended up being a minor issue. Trusting a mechanic is difficult but I think they may have earned mine.

I got the best quote for my brakes here, Ken had the job done in less than 2 hours and he even took my car to E check for me since I was new to town! Everyone here was friendly and extremely helpful.

Took my truck in to get an alignment they said I needed upper ball joints and some other things to get fixed paid $800 went and got it six days later and it wasn’t even right then they tried to charge me more money to fix what should’ve been fixed in the first place I would highly recommend finding a better mechanic that doesn’t fiddle you around

Took a long time waiting....a couple of hours and I has an appointment. Laid back work environment which means they seem to just take their own time to fix things. I asked questions about OBD 2 results for future knowledge was told they would let me know but the guy in charge, not Ken, never got back to me. Question whether it was because I was a woman or he just didnt take the time to find out. AS FOR THE CAR REPAIR good job so far the car is running ok.I would return but, would much appreciated on time service having scheduled an appointment
