Kiehls and Moores Body Shop are the best in Akron Ive always been more than satisfied with their business

I love this shop! After going to another shop in Akron, and them telling me that they need to repair what their top grade $10,000 code reader said to repair for $1000, I went to Kiehls and they repaired my car for $175. Kiehls will not BS you, and pad your repair bill. They will simply get your car on the road and do it in a timely manner with professionalism!

I had an emergency repair because my car kept running hot. They figured out what it was which was a blocked antifreeze hose. They were able to fix it and get me my car back the same day for $100 which wasnt too bad. I appreciated that. Thanks.

Everytime I come here they always give me great service. Theyre really polite and nice people.

After receiving notification of shipping of an order that I did not place, I called to cancel the order, and they refused to cancel the order. I was then informed by the extremely rude representative that they do not provide shipping labels for returns, and that once the item arrives, I need to send it back in order to receive a refund. So I am supposed to pay to return an item that I did not order? Ridiculous.

These guys are pure scum. I took my car there to have it inspected and they failed to tell me the transmission is in shambles, and I paid them to repair my brake line, and they didnt actually repair anything. I spent a full year saving up to buy my first car & these guys scammed me without a second thought. Theyll burn in hell for what they did to me.As someone in college trying to better myself, they completely took advantage of me, and ruined my chances of getting an internship this summer. They are liars, and I never recommend anyone bring their car here for repair. Also, dont support the car wash across the street, because the owner of the shop owns that place as well.You can have the money you scammed me for..... Enjoy it. But I just want to know, you wont be able to buy back your soul.

I took my parents car there for service and they could not fix what was wrong but charged me very minimal cost to tech it out and tell me what it needed. I appreciate honesty.

I called ahead to ask could I get diagnostic to find the problem of the vehicle and then to be fixed,told them the issues I were having told that they worked on that make/model of vehicle,had car towed to them,just to be told they didnt do the type of work required,so had to get car towed elsewhere, the charged me 37+dollars to do nothing.
