They performed the necessary work without overselling anything. My car runs like new! Competent employees and super nice office staff. Very happy!

They towed my van with a flat tire. The driver attempted to drive the van up onto the flatbed, which I’ve never seen someone do, especially with a flat tire, also going up an incline already, and proceeded to drag the back end of our van on the gravel, scraping the hell out of the underneath of our back bumper. Use at your own risk.. owner was rude when called about this

These guys are great. Flat tire Tuesday night before Thanksgiving. The roadside arranged for A&R to tow me to a tire shop in the morning. Nobody showed up at the other tire shop that day so the driver (Clint) let me know that A&R is a tire shop and if I wanted he could arrange everything for me. This was at 9 am. By 10:15, everything was done for me (even the tire delivery from the supplier) at A&R and I was on my way. Couldnt be happier or more impressed. (This is not my real name BTW.)

I had my car towed by them a couple months ago while I was at work. My car was not running at the time which is the reason for it needing a tow, they sent out a driver to get my vehicle from a family members home which is where I was keeping it. The driver called me while I was at work and told me he had to do a lot of pushing to get my car to where it needed to be to get it onto the back of the flatbed, I thought nothing of it and just assumed he had gotten my car onto the truck and taken to my house but no. I get off of work and come home to my car parked about 3 Feet from the curb and in front of our mailbox so our mail didn’t get delivered then I look closer and my Trunk is dented in from the driver pushing my car. It’s a sports car and parts are extremely expensive for it. I call in the next morning to discuss this with the owner who is very unprofessional I might add, he said he’d talk to his driver when he gets the chance and he would get back with me. He spoke with the driver and the driver told him that he drove the car up onto the back of the flatbed I don’t see how that’s possible seems how my car was not running for 6 months prior to that and the engine inside of it has been taken apart. Owner says it is not they’re fault and said he would call me back to come see the vehicle, that was over a month ago. I even called back and asked what was taking them so long to give me a call back and was told I’d be called the next day, I was never contacted. Worst towing company I’ve ever had to deal with, if you damage someone’s vehicle that they work hard for you should fix it. Will be reporting to the better business bureau.

Had great experience with them, not so much with Hyundai roadside assistance. When they arrived we need a different vehicle due to the way my son parked. They called roadside for to redispatch. When no truck showed up for 5 hours called A&R after hours and they agreeed to get it in the morning. They handled calling Hyundai and arranging it. They are a great company to work with.

I had a flat tire on the Ohio Turnpike and A&R responded quickly and the driver had my tire changed within 5 minutes of his arrival. Driver was friendly and professional.

The worst experience. my car wouldnt start we told the company exactly where the car would be because no one would be with it. they had our number if they needed to call us they would have the number but i called my auto shop tech this morning they said my car was never dropped off so i called this company back and they said that they canceled the dispatch because they couldnt find the car i asked why we were never called they said I dont know I was not dispatching they went on to say that i better hope that city did not pick up the car. NO they better hope that! I am not paying for the incompetence of the driver!

Got my AWD car towed. The guy showed up at the exact time he was suppose to. I didnt have to do a single thing but sign a paper and the guy was super nice.
