This is the first apartment I have rented and John (the landlord) has been so helpful and responsive during the entire process and made it so much more manageable than I thought. He is always there to help you solve a problem within the day and is incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely cares about his tenants, and is always looking out for all of us. He always communicates with us if there are any issues/repairs being done within the common spaces that we need to know about. I have been so lucky to have this as my first experience with renting an apartment, and I know that it will be hard for the next apartment I rent to beat this service--although I have a feeling I will be here for a while. I would definitely recommend renting with Roo Town Rentals, I truly do not believe that you will get such personal and incredible service renting anywhere else.

The prices are affordable, the properties are clean and in good repair, and the landlord, John, is great! John does most of the repairs himself and is very quick to respond and get the problem fixed. Ive rented through Roo Town Rentals for two years now and have had nothing but great experiences with the houses and the landlord, John. He is definitely willing to answer all of your questions and concerns honestly, while helping you to the best of his ability in any situation, whether it be an issue with the house or helping you find your next place to live. He answers your calls/texts immediately and fixes any issues with the apartment (which arent hardly any) in such a timely manner. On top of that, the houses are probably nearly the best in Akron. You definitely get what you pay for when you rent through Roo Town. Well insulated and completely redone when you first move in. He is also very fair when it comes to returning security deposits. I had an excellent experience renting from RooTown Rentals for 3 years. John, the landlord, is extremely down to earth, timely, and cares about his tenants. He is around the neighborhood all the time, fixing up his houses. I could text him and he’d be out to unclog a drain the next day. My friends who rented from Varsity Rentals and other big rental companies were really unhappy with their experiences. Their landlords were in completely different states and when things went wrong at their houses they would have to submit a form online and wait 7-10 days. I recommend everyone to try to rent from RooTown a Rentals before looking anywhere else.
