Rick was so kind and accommodating through the entire process. He responds to messages quickly and always followed through on things! He made sure his tenants were happy and the apartment itself was the perfect size! Everything was clean and there was always parking. Super close to campus which was very nice! Hes the best landlord Ive rented from, hes both professional and kind-hearted! Perfect place for anyone!

I rented from Rick for two years at Akron U. Never had any major issues, and the minor ones that did arise were always taken care of ASAP. Great location--close to campus and probably the safest possible choice for off-campus housing. Rick is a super nice guy and always makes sure his tenants are safe, with plenty of flood lighting around and inside the building. Apartments were clean and easy to take care of with plenty of space. Private parking was so convenient. Generally a quiet building as well, seeing as it is right in Akron, which was nice when trying to get homework done. Loved renting from Rick, and I would recommend Gibson Rentals to anyone at Akron U.

I lived at Gibson rentals for two years of my college career. Rick is an awesome landlord who takes care of his tenants. The house is clean with no bugs or things of the sort, with private parking in the back. If there was any issue rick was quick to fix it no questions asked; and always came through. He is a great guy who has been a landlord for a long time. I highly recommend leasing with him. He takes the time to get to know you and will accommodate you the best that he can. I moved into one of the Gibson rental properties after a few years of living in University Edge apartments. It was a breath of fresh air to have a landlord who cared about me. Rick responded to any concerns in a very timely manner and made sure to follow through because he genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with property. He was also very friendly and always asked if everything was up to my personal standards on top of keeping his properties in excellent condition. I was a tenant of Rick Gibson for 3 and a half years of college and I couldnt have asked for a better landlord. He was always super responsive and if we ever needed anything (like when a fridge broke) a new one was there the next day. Clean house at move in and plenty of parking where I lived. Always gave notice when he was coming by and at the end of the lease we got our security deposits back (which according to my other friends is rare from landlords). Rick is a great guy who cares both for his tenants and property

Whenever there was a problem with anything, he was on top of it instantly. We had an issue with our stove breaking. Once we called Rick, he had a brand new stove for us the next day. I couldnt have asked for a better landlord in college. You cant go wrong with Gibson Rentals.
