These cottages are so quaint, how could you not love them?! Everything is included so no worries about small incidentals. You just get to enjoy being so close to all downtown Aiken has to offer! Bill and Simmie are the picture of perfect landlords. Very professional and also the picture of southern charm!

Came in from NYC to stay during the quarantine. Great service - Simmie is particularly charming and helpful. The price isnt the cheapest in town, but it was definitely worth it for my rental on Kershaw street. Really appreciated the quality of the appliances and the cleanliness. Will stay again next time Im in town!

Had a really nice stay. Got to walk over to the polo fields every evening, and had a little home away from home.

We stayed at a rental 2-bedroom house for 8 weeks. Spotlessly clean, great value, fast wifi, easy check-in. Felt like home!!

Waste of time....big joke 9/15/2020

Spent the last seven months in Sparkelberry, 419 StaubsAppt was super and Bill and Simmie Moore are top shelf in land lords - if its broken it gets fixed before you get home. They ensure privacy, quiet and the appt. has all the ambiance of home. If, and when, I am sure that I will be in Aiken long enough so that I can re-up for a lease, they will be the first and only that I call.
