I was looking for a home to buy and im a review type of person so i will look over the reviews before doing business with people just to get a feel of the “customer experience”… i must say it sounds like this is a good company to work with because they have nice homes but who ever is in charge of keeping up with social media/ commenting back to customer reviews is a RUDE B*TCH! People just want good service & the responses you give to their distress is insensitive. Will not be even be checking you guys out thanks to whoever the a**hole is who will be responding to my comment.

These people dont want to make money more specifically the person in my area Alisha whom has ignored me for like a week I called csra and said I wanted a new person and they said she was the only one that works in the my area which makes no sense 60k+ lost good job AlishaI assume the reply came from Alisha considering shary called me today and had no problem reaching me and as far as cancelling I have the screenshots of who canceled when Alisha gave a time and the said oh I thought I could get you in today

I bought a home from CSRA Discount Homes in December of 2018. The staff is absolutely awesome. Due to a problem, no fault of CSRA or myself, there were some complications, but Bob worked diligently and professionally to make sure everything went smoothly. They were friendly and professional. They were able to sell my parents home quickly, Ms. Sherry really stood out as the point person who got the ball rolling. My reason for not giving 5 stars is because I understand that as a broker they are in business to make money, I really don’t feel that we got full wholesale value as the seller. Buyers, Do your homework! Make sure you check references of previous buyers like me, check dealership CSRA manufactured housing license with SC Labor and Licensing Board, Better Business Bureau Bureau licensing for any financing companies offered......check for any past or current complaints and resolutions with both dealership and financier...you really need to have your own legal representation to review ANY documentation you sign.....get in writing if the company is truly representing you as their customer or if they are representing a 3rd party.

CSRA Discount Homes sold our home for us in a matter of a couple months. We were very happy with their customer service, and all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. It was a processes, but Michelle took us to all location we wanted with know problem and was patient whiles we viewed them. The staff are very friendly people. Note to readers you first need to qualify,, its not to hard but a lot of paper work,( if you are not doing a cash deal ) so be patients, remember paperwork goes with anything that has to get financed. For us finding and staying within our set price range and location was our issue. Not theirs. BUT once you find a property out of their inventory that fits your needs, Sherry goes to work and makes your dreams a reality. They do everthing to make it yours. BOB the broker is very thorough when it comes to the closing paperwork. He sits you down and goes over each section of your mortgage paperwork. CSRA Discount bought our home from us this year and It was a easy transaction and everyone was very professional. We lived in a other state and we had great communication the entire process. We are so glad we went with them.

My wife and I were in a bind. Our son and his family were getting there rented home sold out form under them. We had been looking for homes to buy for 21 days with no hope in getting in a home in the next 10 days. We contacted CSRA Discount Homes in Aiken, SC. We had limited funds and a ten days before the eviction process would start. We found a home, contacted the staff, wrote a check with stipulations and prayed for help. This was on a Thursday afternoon. That next Thursday, seven days later, we had keys in hand and the deed on the way. We had counted on receiving top notch performance and we got that and more. My son and family have a home they can call their own and did not have to change schools in the process. There are things that will have to be completed but that was to be expected in a used structure. My grand kids now have a safe, warm, dry home I feel will be there for them until they will move to there own future. I tried to do business with these folks.They not pursuing you to get no home ,barely even called me back.This is for someone with 6-8 grand sitting around not for your average blue collar worker.Infact the American housing market as a whole is racist. I mean theyll beat your door down trying to sell you a car but when it comes to a house .Crickets.

BUYER BEWARE: Beware of lots of sweet talk and smiles! You are treated like royalty until you sign stacks of multiple papers his copies and your copies. But before the ink dries on the paper, you are nothing more than an enslaved personal ATM machine for the ONE & the SAME person who is the licensed retailer of the mobile home dealership and the broker of the financing company, NGD enterprises.
