Got a nail in my tire on a Sunday and they were able to take car of my car that same day without an appointment. Luis was great over the phone and in person! Very satisfied customer.

Had a flat tire on the way into work this morning. I called and they were able to get me in, fix my tire and make sure the spare was safe in case I ever need it again. I was able to get to work for my afternoon patients. They wer very helpful, friendly, and communicative.

They charged me just to tell me they dont know whats wrong with my Ac. 100$ down the drain and also wasted my time. They told me to go to a dealer and I know they will charge the same to check and then charge arm and a leg for labor. Couple weeks ago someone else checked my Ac no charge and told me it was just my control switch that went bad. Now my air is working. They dont know much about cars here. I wouldnt recommend going here. Also they havent checked my Air filter which was bad ,when that was suppose to be included in the labor. 50$ to check air and 50$ more to test with the wires. So I spent 100$ for nothing. I normally dont leave bad reviews but I felt like if you couldnt find what was wrong with my Ac I shouldnt be charged 100$.

Unfortunately, this Firestone schedules appointments that they have no intention of honoring. After buying tires on TireRack, I scheduled installation with Firestone. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I was informed that they could not install my tires at my appointment, and it would be 5 days before they could give me a real appointment. There was no call or warning that they could not honor their previous commitment, and when asked about doing better, I was simply met with a shrug. I will never do business with a company that has no courtesy for their customers again.

I didnt have a good experience here. First, we dropped the vehicle off just after 7am, as we were asked the day before. We were getting 2 new rear tires put on and wheel alignment. We were told it will be done around noon. It was eventually done after 5pm.There was a gash on the passenger side rear light cover. It wasnt there as I have just washed the vehicle the day before and was just commenting how clean it was in the back. I am 100% sure someone gashed it, likely walking around the vehicle with a tool and it scrapped the plastic cover. I dont have any pictures of the car from the angle to see this but I am certain it wasnt there before. So, now I have to go to the dealer in Augusta, order the part and get it replaced. Very annoying.Also, there was some kind of white paste on the edge of both rear wheel rims. Probably a substance used to help get the tires off the wheels. But, nobody wiped it off. Not very nice.All in all, nice looking tires but I will not be back here again. Just seems like sloppy workmanship.

This is the worse Firestone I have ever been to. They do not acknowledge appts. Three times I have made appt and every time you have to wait forever. Today I made appt for an oil change at 2:00 and when I got there, there was not any parking or seating inside. I was told it would be another hour so now I am done with Firestone.

Got an oil change and took them 2.5 hours, literally watched employees chat countless times and not working. Called Firestone in Aiken for a quote on two different Bridgestone tires. The guy who answered the phone was incredibly unprofessional. He said for us to call him back when we had the actual size of the tire. We gave him the car year, make, and model. He once again told us, ok. When you call back with the actual tire size, I can help then hung up. Youre a tire salesman, you cant look it up? When you answer the phone, you represent the establishment. Its not my job as a customer to make the salesman help buy me a tire. The horrible customer service was enough to IMMEDIATELY make us take our business to Michelin.

After 10 years of taking my car to Firestone I will no longer be using them due to a single encounter at this particular Firestone location. Not only was their customer service absolutely awful and demeaning, but they wasted my time, which could have easily been prevented.I am from about 3 hours out of town and was visiting a friend for a few days. I took my vehicle in on a Tuesday evening around 5pm and explained that my car wouldnt shift past first gear and that the check engine light was on, to which the Firestone employee replied, sounds like an issue with the transmission. I left my car there to let them run a diagnostic check. They called me to following day saying the test came back as a transmission problem and further proceeded to tell me they dont do transmission work. If they dont do transmission work, why didnt they have the common decency and respect to tell me the first night I brought in my car so that I didnt waste my time and could have taken it to a place that actually could help me?? Never mind the fact that I also spent 15+ minutes waiting for them to find the key to my car the next day when I went to pick it up.This is the worst experience I have ever had with Firestone and they have lost my business for life. If you enjoy employees not listening to you, talking down to you, and not being honest about the services they provide, this is the place for you.

Do not recommend.The folks who helped me here were great. However, they were painfully understaffed. It took 2 hours to get in and out for a simple oil change.

Let me start off by saying my family has been using Firestone in Florida for 10 plus years for all of our vehicle needs. We have always been taken care of & happy with them until moving to Aiken. I have had no luck with the Firestone on Pine Log Rd. If it werent for being in a bind & needed help, I would not have brought my vehicle here this time. From tools being left inside my engine compartment, tires not being properly balanced (3 trips back to get it right) & finally today was the final straw. I dropped my vehicle off to get a belt tensioner replaced. Apparently, according to Christopher (service writer) it is Firestones policy not to inform customers that they will be charged for a brand new belt when getting one put on per Firestones Policy. I find this absolutely outrageous & a scam. Especially when their is nothing wrong with the belt that was on my vehicle. My bill went up almost another $100 due to this policy. How can Firestone/Service Writer not let the customer know that they are going to be charged for a new belt BEFORE they fix it ??? My family will be going elsewhere for our vehicle repairs from now on.

Got a flat tire and was told that they were booked solid and couldn’t do anything to help me. Sat in the parking lot, trying to figure out what to do and having a mental breakdown. The guy came out and gave me a spare, but my car didn’t have a jack so I still couldn’t really do anything. Then Alex came out and within 5 minutes had taken my flat off and put the spare on and sent me on my way. Hard to find good people these days...

Never take anything you plan on driving again to this establishment. After getting a brake job done at BF of Aiken, Ive had to take my vehicle multiple times for issues with brakes. After 1 year and 8 months and 4 returns to shop i am told that the pads are under warranty but the labor to install them is not and i would need new rotors. Its a comedy of errors and poor customer service here. If you want to be overpriced and treated like an idiot this is your place.

I had an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes for them to check my tire which had a slow leak. The said it was a valve, which they fixed for free.The slow leak persisted and I drove all the way back down to Florida where the Ford dealer told me that someone had tried to patch a slow leak on the sidewalk of the tire.

Worthless. Never have a tech to do check engine lights, have tried for 4 weeks. Never have anything done on time. Left my truck with them at 8am couldnt have an oil change alignment and brake inspection done by 7pm. Absolutely worthless shop

Took my truck in for basic services (oil change, rear-diff. oil change, tire rotation & alignment), picked it up and it was leaking transmission fluid (it was NOT leaking before, but suddenly it is right when I pick it up from them...???)Took the truck back to them and they tell me its going to cost $400-500 to replace both transmission lines... Explained to manager that there was no transmission leak before I brought it in, and that as soon as I get it back from them it suddenly has a leak... he refused to do anything about it. Ive been a Firestone customer for a long time, I wont be anymore and nor will anyone else who asks my opinion on where to take their vehicle.

I drop my truck 12:20 today for a rotation in the tires he told me be around 2 hours I wait to 5 oclock and nobody call me so I show up in th store and nobody touch my truck after 4 hours and 40 minutes

I typically have a very good experience going to this Firestone. However, recently the staff seems so disrespectful and unprofessional.

Called into Firestone today. Spoke to a person by the name of Chris and he said they could do a full vehicle inspection in about an hour and alignment, “right now”so I ran out the door and dropped my vehicle off within 10 minutes. Dropped it off with the store manager Jordon. I get a call after an hour saying they were searching for my lugnut key. That they searched my vehicle for 30 minutes and couldn’t find it. Are you kidding me? I told Jordon, so if your kids searched for something for 30 minutes and never even asked you, how would you feel? He said they were “just doing their job.” They never even did the alignment I went in there for initially, (Ive got the lifetime alignment). They searched my car like the police and honestly violated my privacy. Center console, glove compartment all tossed. Wouldn’t doubt something will come up stolen. Ridiculous!!!!!

Update: I bought 4 new tires that were All terrain to put on my cargo van that stays loaded.(ok overloaded) Did not like the ride. it was horrible. Went back to Jordan with my complaint and he went to work finding me the tire that would provide the ride I was looking for. He found me tires that were HT and my ride is smooth again! Thank you Firestone! Thank you Jordan!The reason I always use Firestone is because of Todd, What a great guy to work on your vehicle. Always great work with a smile and always willing to explain in terms that even I understand but this visit was even better. The new manager Jordan is awesome! This guy knows what customer service is all about. A great addition to our local outlet. I hope he stays.

This is the worst firestone location. The technicians are lazy and they always turn services down..they are never willing to assist and considering this is a high end tire location they produce poor customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Youre better off trusting walmart to change your tire. Very disappointed in the service

These folks lied to me. Said they had balanced my tires but werent charging me because it took so long. Problem hadnt gone away so I took my car in to another place 3 days later and the tires were completely out of balance.

Good service, great care after the sale. A tip to get good service: Go to the store and dont call. Set up an appointment. They have the most staff working weekdays. Early in the week is best for anything other than oil, tire and alignments During the summer a ton of people want service before the weekend or vacation.

They try their best to make it right. I had a weird front end noise and vibration. They found a few other safety things to fix. Glad they are concerned with our safety. Everything was explained well. Friendly service. Because they are good at what they do, they are very busy so definitely make an appointment by calling the store directly. Yes, I used the online national Firestone website setup and it did not work. Call them. The lifetime guarantees on their service is great. They are not the cheapest up front, but cheaper in the long run especially with lifetime alignment or when you buy tires ask for the lifetime tire rotation/balance plan. Big savings over the life of your car. They are the ones I trust my 4 cars with. All running in great shape!

We pulled in today because we had a tire going flat. Technician told my husband that the only thing he could do is sell us a new tire. Didnt take a look or anything. We ended up driving home and possibly ruining a tire. Unimpressed!

I always get my oiled changed here. Staff is super courteous and quick. Had a small issue recently, but was polite with my concerns and they came through with a quick, on the house repair (thanks, Jordan)! For this mom on a tight budget, that means the world.

This store had horrible customer service! We could not have been more disappointed! We literally dropped our car off at OPENING to get a new set of tires. We were told that it shouldnt take very long. Then at 3pm we called and we were told they were just putting it in the shop. At which point they said itd be done by five. So we head there at five and pull into a spot to wait. The whole twenty minutes that we sat there we literally watched four men do nothing but talk to each other, not even touching a single tool or looking at a single vehicle. So I go inside and now (believe it or not!) our car was now not going to be done until 6! This literally became an entire day event! If the store was honest and had realistic time frames for their anticipated work then maybe people would respect your business more. It clearly appears you have a horrible rating. Perhaps you should try incorporating honesty and integrity into your stores operation. So disappointed.

Went into Firestone to get a wheel alignment, ball joints, and a new tire and once the service was done i drove back home. Little that i noticed that when i turned my wheel sharply to the right i would here this popping noise. I took it back to firestone and all they could tell me was i needed new struts. But after taking my truck to another mechanic he showed me that the bolts were not tightened up to the frame of my truck when firestone put the ball joints on. I will never bring my vehicle here ever again.

Don’t bring your car here. My car has been stuck there since 8:30 this morning for a simple oil change then they tell me I need new brake pads. It’s almaot 3 pm and they talking about oh it needed new brake drums not brake pads they are taking all day with my car !!!

If you dont have any prior engagements then this is the place for you. Bring your breakfast and lunch, then prepare to make a day of sitting around waiting and watching the workers stand around and talk. Ill never take my car here ever AGAIN. I had to wait from 12noon until 5pm 😠 !!

Went in for an oil change and Ryan was THE BEST!! He is so personable and professional! The reason I am leaving a 1 star is because of the sales associate, Lamar. He was extremely rude and the entire time I was there he did nothing and was on his cell phone, very lazy employee!! I hope he is not there whenever I go back and that I can just have Ryan help me!

Im a little biased since all our vehicles have Firestone/Bridgestone tires on them, but really they are quite convient for me to drop in for service. They will work with you on any vehicle problem you might have and the work is reliable and reasonable.

Very happy with their service and will use them again. They just replaced a leaking valve cover gasket. I was concerned about some drops of oil on my drive after the repair. They put the car back on the rack, double checked everything and cleaned off all the oil from my previous leak. Two days and no more oil drops spotted.They took a lot of extra time to make sure there was not another leak and give me peace of mind. Greatly appreciated.

You ever go to have a service and feel in your heart that youre possibly being over charged or unnecessarily quoted something you may not need, but due to being ignorance on maintenance you just dont know?? I was out $900 by the time they finished...It hurt my feelings and my pockets deeply.

I tried to book an appointment online but no-one called me back, so I called them and was told to go to Broad Street store if I wanted tires. 10 minutes later I received a call trying to set up an appointment to put tires on that they could magically get from the Broad Street store. Let the guy know that he just told me he couldnt put those tires on and he said I thought this mightve been you. Poor customer service and blatant disrespect cost them my business. Got tires from Discount Tire and was treated like I was their only customer. Was thanked several times.

Called in to get a price on tires today and was told they were in stock. When I arrived I was given a price 400 higher and told these tires weren’t in stock. Waste of time and the staff wasn’t friendly either. I went to Tyler’s Tire instead and was taken care of. Will never return here. Bait and Switch!

Never Again - Have purchased many sets of tires here in the past but this experience has ended that. Called this morning to get tires for 2 vehicles. They said had one in stock and other be there after lunch. Dropped both off before 12:30 PM and left. Came back 2 hours later and seen both sitting in same place i parked. Called and he said they would start on one immediately and the other would be 20 minutes before starting. Ok, so left again to get some lunch came back at 4:30 and to my surprise they a both still sitting in same spot i parked. Called AGAIN, he said they could start on one soon, but the other may not be done until 7:00 PM. Dont tell me you can start right away and then put me off every time someone walks in the door. You have now LOST a frequent customer Ryan.Aiken Discount Tire will be putting on my tires from now on.

Ive been a loyal customer of Firestone over the past 20 years, and even though theyre expensive theyve been trustworthy. But not anymore, Im done. Two days before Thanksgiving I took my Ford Explorer in for a belt tensioner so I could make the trip to Charlotte to be with family for the holiday. They needed a part so couldnt start work until Wednesday. Then they waited until late in the afternoon to start, but assured me the mechanic was working hard to get it done by 7pm and theyd call if they complete it. Instead of waiting for the call, I showed up just before closing but was informed the mechanic went home an hour ago. They assured me it will be done friday morning, but liars will say anything. They got their last dollar from me, and I hope they choke on their turkey.

They do a great and keep you informed about your car and what it needs. They are also very friendly.

I only come to this one because of my credit card...otherwise I would go to Goodyear in Aiken...they are much faster.

Could not ask for a better place to have work done or have tires put on your automobile, everything is quoted up front and any problems they find they will show and explain what your options are for repairing. I will highly recommend them.

Dropped my car off at 8am for a routine tire change and alignment. Asked for it to be done at 4pm. It’s 5pm and the job isn’t done. Why ask when I need it back if you have no intention of doing the job on time? Just makes you look bad.

My appointment was for 7am this morning, the store was closed when I arrived at 7:55am. No one arrived until 8:12 am to open to open. I walked in and was asked why no one was there at 7am and was told by the person I over slept.l will take my business elsewhere.

It took almost 4 hours for an oil change, and they tried probably ten different oil filters before they decided to look up which one it took. I will probably not ever go back, especially not for an oil change. The manager did cut the price in half for the inconvenience, but it was not a good experience. They only sped up after I was visibly frustrated with how long it was taking.

They always seem to be busy and want appointments. they do not do what is asked of them. asked for an oil change and replacement of brake light bulb back in June. the brake light is still not replaced. I work a very demanding schedule and Saturdays are the only time I can get things done. took it in to my local store today for and oil change and to replace the brake light. was told there was a 3 to 4 hour wait at least. the problem I have with that is there were about 8 workers standing around and there werearly only 2 cars in the service area. It was only an oil change. very bad customer service.

Ok. I feel like my tires were sabotaged. Also somehow there is an oil leak at the bottom of my oil pan. Not sure if the drain plug is loose or what b/c I cant check it as I dont have the right socket. The leak started after an oil change...

There are only a few tire shops open on Sunday & they close at 5. I got a flat on Sunday & made it to Firestone at 4:40. They stood around talking & didnt acknowledge me for 7 minutes! They were still talking when I walked out to try to make it to another shop before they too were closed. I didnt make it.

The only reason I get tires here is my corporate discount. Appointment or not a set of tires will take all day. Drop off first thing in the morning and struggle to be ready to pick up at closing. Lie to you all day about it too. If it were not for the discount I get, I would not waste my time.
