This was my first experience buying a car. I worked with Travis-White and I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and patient with all my questions. He took his time and the whole process was so easy and exciting. Getting my first car! Everyone in the office was genuinely happy for me. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. Several days later Travis also followed up with me to make sure everything was still good and if I had any questions not to hesitate to contact him. I highly recommend Master Chevrolet and working with Travis!

I was asked repeatedly if I would approve new filters, which seemed odd. To me it was a given that if the truck needed air filters, they should be installed. On the other hand, I was asked again and again about rotating the tires, so I agreed. THEN I was informed that two of the tires were no good...AFTER the rotation which I had to pay for. THEN I was informed that the truck needed alignment. This was when I was handed my bill. So I took the truck to a tire store and for half the quoted price of Master got two new tires and alignment done and I didnt have to wait 3 hours to get this done. I still do not understand why the tires were rotated when two of them needed to be replaced. If a manager could call me twice about an air filter, why couldnt he call me about bad tires?

We walked in to Master Chevy last Friday and we were greeted by Travis White. We literally just moved to Aiken from California and he was truly so warm and welcoming and we felt that true southern hospitality.. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he said lets get it done... and he really meant it! It was so effortless, I was a little shocked. So warm, but straight to the point, just like we like it. Even the financing was effortless. Travis has even been so kind to check in on us and see how we are loving our new truck. We were very lucky to have Travis White answer the phone when we called. Travis is knowledgeable, professional, experienced, patient and personable. Over the next couple of hours of calls, texts, emails and faxes he guided us deftly through the long distance purchase of a car. And it was very satisfying! Wow! I have been searching for a specific used car for over a year and I found it at Master Chevrolet in Aiken SC, a two hour drive for me! When I called, I was put in touch with Joshua Stowe. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was throughout the process and still contacts me regularly to make sure I am happy. Josh was quick to respond to all of my mass inquiries with genuine care. I set up an appointment with him to test drive the car and he held it for me when I called him to tell him I was on my way. Upon arriving, he was there to greet me. The facility was very clean and inviting and all of the employees made me feel so comfortable. Naturally, I was nervous driving so far and concerned that the car would not be as it appeared online. But, I was more than happy with the car after my very thorough look over and test of every vehicle accessory. After a year of searching, I felt like it was too good to be true. But I never doubted that I was in good hands with Josh. And Master Chevrolet provides a 3000 mile/3 month warranty which reinforced my confidence in them. Will Parrott, Jason, and Clint worked with me patiently for several hours on financing to help me get to place where I was truly comfortable with my purchase. I couldnt have been happier with the whole experience! And I cant say enough good things about Master Chevrolet and all of its employees. They provided me with a We Owe You document for the few flaws, Clint put my tag on, and I was headed home in my new (to me) car! For the second time in about a year, we bought another vehicle from Masters Chevy in Aiken. Josh Stowe helped us both times and what I appreciated the most was his honesty and him not beating around the bush. The team at Masters was all great and very welcoming. They are still honoring military discounts (unlike some other Chevy dealers in the area) even though Chevy vehicles are being sold even before they get to the dealership. Josh looked into any additional discounts we qualified for and we were very pleased with the prices on both vehicles. Masters gave us very fair prices on our trade-in vehicles, which were even better than Car Max. Lastly, I also want to give a thank you to the service departments at both the Masters in Aiken and the one in Augusta! We bought from the Aiken store, but were treated as if we bought the vehicles at the Augusta store when we stopped in to check on some things. See you guys when the kids need a car!!

As always, everyone was extra-nice, keeping me posted on events going on at the dealership that day, i.e. supply line shortages that were inevitably going to cause some folks (not me) delays, etc. Always neat, clean, well-stocked facilities, and most importantly, a full explanation of the necessary work that brought me there in the first place, and complete fix of the problem and its cause. A comfortable place to wait/work while repair was completed.

I came in for an oil change and they were very efficient in getting my truck in while I waiting in a clean waiting room that is equipped with a TV, phone and computer charging stations with desk. The bathrooms were clean an handicap equipped. Everything was smooth and the wait time was maybe an hour.

I had just purchased a 1998 play car in North Carolina. It only came with one key. I researched on the web what I should do to get another transponder key. There were horror stories regarding what a dealer would charge a person for a new transponder key; could be hundreds of dollars some said. I went to Master parts counter with my pre-purchased eBay key and asked if they could use my ignition key and duplicate it. They said no problem. They cut it and came back and wished me a good day, no charge! What a breath of fresh air. These folks are great!

After having it just a few days it started having multiple problems after I was told its a GREAT vehicle with no problems so after spending almost 11,000 on this vehicle, Now there telling me I have to replace almost 1,000 dols in parts to repair it an I havent drove it maybe 5 times in a the week in a half.. they also have me a loner vehicle while they did fix the brake line . Wife brought in our 2019 GMC Yukon XL for an oil change. Vehicle has 32,000 miles and was previously owned by a Corporation that got servicing with the purchasing dealership. Their rep Vaughn recommended my wife get Fuel Injector Service and Brake flush. Totaling $500+. Vehicle service document recommends this During a repair or beyond 150,000 miles. This caused a rift with my wife and I being their supposed to be professional and know their jobs but recommending extra up sales for services not needed. Even though she went else where to get the job done for fraction of the price for comfort, she couldnt drive that vehicle in peace until those services were performed and spending an additional $390 for something that would have been a warranty issue and something not needed.*** Unable to Respond to Owner: Wayne,I understand that as GM, your first obligation is Brand Protection. This is supposed to include Customer Service. Though your reps were nice and polite, taking advantage of unknowing customers doesnt have to be rude or bludgeoning. You in no way form or fashion can justify to my why services like this would be recommended for a vehicle just purchased less than 4 months ago. If it were more than 6 months and driven across country, I would say Maybe. This vehicle has service records and was certified at the dealership of purchase when the contract was signed in 2021. No way, can you HONESTLY say that these services were not Up-sales.Thanks for trying though. My 9 years fleet management and 12 years Logistics knows better as do the vehicle service records, and the Owners Manual.

I was aware of the delay you are currently facing with service and being that I just needed a Thermostat sensor I requested if there was anyway to fit me in there somehow since I was from out of state and I needed to go back home soon. You guys were amazing and helped me out and my family by actually managing to fit me into a time slot sooner than anticipated. Thank you for that.However, I did think that $550.00 for a thermostat sensor was a little overprized. I just didnt want to do it my self, to make sure it was done correctly.I am content though, because when it comes to the safety of my family, there is no prize for it.

I arrived there about 30 minutes before closing. Mr Miller informed me that I may have to come back on Saturday to complete the sale. He, his Manger, and the gentleman that completed the paper work remained there until after 8pm so we could complete my transaction. I live in Jonesboro GA and I had agreed that I would come back. Very rude when answering the phone and the sales person I spoke with never sent me the email with pricing to make a deal, sorry but if your going to sell a brand new car and have someone fully interested in making a deal you need to treat them a lot better, we ended up going to Milton Ruben in Augusta to purchase our brand new 2021 Chevrolet Traverse and have no regrets on making that choice.

Car was literally cleaned and ready for me at the door to test drive as soon as we arrived from Georgia at the dealership. My husband and I just purchased a new vehicle from Travis White at Masters Chevrolet in Aiken. We intended to just look at vehicles but were greeted by Travis with no pressure at all so we went forward with a test drive which led to purchasing the vehicle. Master Chevrolet in Aiken, SC is absolutely awesome. Im from Michigan and was traveling with my GMC Denali HD pulling a 5th wheel when I developed trouble on I-40. None of the Dealers in Augusta, including Masters would make room to squeeze me in to address a poor quality DEF issue that was putting me into limp mode. Masters in Aiken not only got me in, they helped me get an RV site and shuttled me back and forth. My truck was fixed the next day and my wife and I were back on our way to Sumter to see two of my Grandchildren graduate. I cant say enough about Masters in Aiken. They went way above reasonable service. They are just awesome! Thank you guys!

Yes, 3 stars. The service gets 5 but GM Corp gets none, so I split the difference. Service department was awesome and up front about nothing coming from my speakers. Long story short...GM built an entertainment center that CANT be repaired at their expense. Too many parts that could be the culprit. They wont pay for a hit and miss repair. Its an ongoing, 5 years, problem that GM doesnt seem to want to rectify. My recommendation is buy anything but a GM vehicle.

The car I drove from there ended up in the shop with in a month. Needed a tune up even though I was told that was supposed to have been done with the purchase of the vehicle. Brought it to them to check and they said they couldnt do it for another three days. As long as they get you in a car that rolls thats all they care about.

2019 Colorado 4cyl engine service dept thinks it ok to price gouge it’s customers, the very ones who faithfully keep going back, but my last oil change had changed my outlook. They charged me 148.08 for a simple oil change. I’m done and will be finding another Dealership

My girl took her car here for a water leak few weeks later same problem and she was charged again and then a week later same problem and the mechanic tells us theres no way he can diagnose all the issues, but isnt that his job... then they refuse to look at her car again till the end of june... just straight up poor service after spending 1000 dollars with them...

I arrived early for my appointment but the service staff was able to immediately get to my service. The technicians, service writer and service manager were all very accommodating regarding my 60K service. Overall a very pleasant experience.Since I was waiting on my vehicle, it was appreciated the service was performed immediately and the overall process was reasonable for the services performed. Also, appreciated the 10% discount provided via a GM/Chevrolet Mailing. I found the Master Chevrolet service to be superior to recent poor services received from a local independent repair facility on another vehicle. Good job by Master Chevrolet Service.

Took 3 weeks to get our transmission replaced. I had to call the warranty company myself to get them moving because our service advisor didnt follow up. Then Im told, after I called Justin about picking the truck up and told ok, that we couldnt get it. No one knows what others are doing or saying to the customer. Poor management leads to poor customer service.

Make sure you check everything yourself if you can. Have a vehicle purchased from here that they promise was certified but the alignment was out and has caused 2 balled tires in a little over a month. Ask for proof of service and alignment and they can’t provide that and they are refusing to make repairs. The other vehicle that I was having serviced here will never go back and I will never purchase anything else from them. I was promised a call from the service managers boss last week and that still hasn’t happened. This has definitely been the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The sales reps and managers don’t believe in taking care of the customer after the sale at all. They made their money so you are on your on after you leave the parking lot. My first clue to how bad things were going to be should have been how rude the salesman was.UPDATE: 10-16-2020I spoke with Charles and he found what happened and who dropped the ball. He is going to fix the issue with the vehicle and replace the tires. Charles is the service director and he informed me that he is a newer employee over at Master. He also stated that he has put additional policies and procedures in place to prevent issues like this from happening moving forward.

Great Cadillac customer service and follow up. Contacted Master Chevrolet Cadillac and same day they got back to me. Joe Mills answered all my questions via phone/text and got straight to work when I arrived to dealership, not missing a beat. Received a great deal on my trade and and was out the door in less than 2hrs. Very professional and courteous staff. Will definitely be doing business again.
