I had my car towed in Precision Tune to have the clutch replaced. I have had many problems with it since then. I took it back three different times for them to tell me that they couldnt find anything wrong with the repairs they performed. The car had to be towed home twice due to the crank sensor wire being broken during transmission removal. The car also had a popping noise from underneath. I found the tie rod end was not tightened as well as one of the bolts missing from the rack and pinion. My family and I couldnt have been seriously hurt or killed in a accident had that tie rod end come loose. Every time I took the car back the staff was extremely rude. Especially the manager Wayne. The owner Ed Woltz was no help either. He offered a small partial refund for my troubles. I expected more from a member of our city counsel. I would not recommend for anyone to take their car there.

I brought 3 vehicles in today. I would pick one up and then drop the next one off. While, the work done on the car seems fine, the customer service from the front desk was unacceptable. As I was paying for the 2nd car, I told the lady at the front desk that I wanted the premium package on the third one. The lady’s response was “it will take longer”. I said, “that’s ok, I’m taking the 2nd vehicle back home anyway, can you call me when it’s done?” Her response was, “maybe but probably not.” And, she didn’t call. I happened to overhear that it would take an hour and half for the person in front of me, so I showed up 3 hours later to give it more time. When I walked in, she handed the key to me and said, we didn’t rotate your tires because you need new ones, whatever, I’m just being honest. Her demeanor was abrasive and defensive. I won’t bring my car back because she is rude and I don’t need to be treated like that from anyone.

This place is great. Weve been there twice and both times they were super friendly and helpful. They took a look at our car problems and fixed them quickly and efficiently. They have shown terrific honesty with us regarding problems they find and the prices they charge. Theyve never come up with surprise problems, and weve only ever been charged for the work they did, if they didnt do something because it wasnt needed, then they didnt charge us. This place has definitely shown the highest work ethics and customer service. They have earned us as repeat customers.

I have been going to this place for years and never a problem. Today they left the screw on the bottom of the of the oil tank loose and if my sister wouldnt notice it the Lord know what would it happen. However I called and talk to a manager Warren and he made things right by giving us a free oil change because of the inconveniene. I hope they hold their end of the bargain.

My mom had a semi-flat tire with a hole in it and it took only like 20 minutes, that was quick! ♡Also, there is a coffee stand for customers as well full of various flavors, and peppermint(had a pumpkin full of candy for children)

Probably the best, most reasonable oil change place in Aiken. I have had oil changes there for years and they have always been top notch.

Super all time

While visiting from NYS our cars serpentine belt broke along with the tensioner freezing up. Precision Auto got our car in the first thing the next morning, kept us updated on the progress and repaired it in a very timely manner. We were at their mercy and they treated us well and fairly. If only we had such a great repair shop back home. Thank you Precision Auto for the terrific service. Be sure and check online, they have discount coupons and gladly accepts them.

The people are professional and friendly. The lobby waa clean. I went in for an oil change and they didnt try to sell me a bunch of services i didnt need. I was in and out. It just took long enough for me to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Went down hill, and my valve caps are missing not the first time either. Manager over garage is a real ass hole. He acted like I was stupid and crazy for expecting my van to come back with the same bits and pieces it had when I left it with them. Oh and said I was accusing them of stealing, I didnt say that but apparently there is a guilty conscience.
