Kay Jewelers is great place to buy jewelry. The service there was awesome. Lil Chris was really outstanding in every way possible. He was patient and honest about all of the pieces that we looked at. We bought a beautiful wedding ring & earrings. Ask for Lil Chris if you’re looking for a good deal.

Little Chris is the best! He is down to earth and he genuinely cares about his customers. He helped me and my husband find me a new wedding set and we got it for a decent price ! This will most definitely be our go to place for diamonds ,absolutely love it!!

Not a good experience at all — I’m not sure who the older lady is with the blonde hair but she is rude & terrible customer service _ next time I will be going to Augusta! I went to have my engagement ring resized which still does not fit but don’t worry I won’t be going back to this store just to avoid that lady !

I absolutely love the vibe this store give off. All employees are WONDERFUL. The manager Jordan is EXCELLENT I mean there is no other word for this man. Very very knowledgeable and he never make you feel pressured to buy. I cant speak for all but good customer service is number one for me. Go check him out!!

We had an excellent experience here. James is the best! He personally escorted our heirloom diamond to and from Augusta to be set within days of purchasing our setting. Worked to get us a great deal too. Highly recommended. Ask for James and you will not be disappointed with the service you receive!

We love Kay Jewelers and usually go to this one but recently I was basically left to feel I was a burden when a worker complained that they would have to dig (call head quarters) to find records on my wedding rings I bought from this exact Kay Jewelers store! The Assistant Manager was the one who made me feel this way and I left very upset on how she handled the situation. BUT I HIGHLY recommend Augusta, Georgia Kay Jewelers in the mall! Took the same situation to them and it was awesome to have professional acting people who actually cared and took the time to explain things to us. This is my wedding ring so it is the one piece of jewelry that means a lot to me. I hear the manager at the Aiken store is wonderful but as long as the assistant manager is in the store I wont be back. Disappointing cause we loved coming here....
