Ive been using Floyd and Green for a long time. Everything they have repaired for me has been perfect with no problem. They helped me design a pendant by picking out various charms and then put it all together. It was perfect. The service on my Rolex has been excellent, and they were most efficient when I had to send it off for for repair. They provided follow up until it came in and then they notified me immediately. I love F&G but my wish list is a lot longer than it should be. If you havent been there GO! Beautiful jewelry for everyone.

I was very pleased with my experience with Floyd and Green. My fiancé found a picture of a ring she loved on their website one day while she was just looking and sent it to me. Little did she know I kept it and later emailed F&G asking if they could get me that ring or one just like it. The salesperson was very helpful and found the exact ring she wanted. I was able to order it and later order our wedding bands from them also. We even got a discount because we purchased all three rings from them. Floyd and Green is always a pleasant experience. Currently they are being very conscious of social distancing, sanitizing hands and wearing masks - all things I heartily endorse. Floyd & Green has been our family jeweler for the past 19 years, usually for the traditional celebrations and holidays. However, recently, I had a small but extremely sentimental request. I took an Alaskan Quarter that my wife had mounted to a necklace eye several years ago, and an Alaskan Black Bear Claw that my good friend had given me last summer when I was home for a wedding, and asked them to fasten the two together so I could wear it around my neck. I was born and raised in Alaska and it will always be home to me. Not only did they come up with the perfect solution, it was affordable and accomplished in a short amount of time. It is masculine, stunningly rugged and better than I could have imagined. From the biggest occasion to the smallest sentiment, I wouldnt go anywhere else for my jewelry needs.

Beautiful jewelry gallery. Each staff member is smiling and welcoming when one walks through the door. The selection is attractive and they seem to have something for most budgets. They also offer a good selection of fine sterling jewelry. I am impressed they will adjust/repair sterling as well. Im not sure if their prices are competitive with Augusta jewelers but the experience is pleasant and it is nice to support ones local businesses.

Today was my first visit to Floyd & Green. I went in to have a battery replaced on my every day watch. I was greeted professionally and in a friendly manner and it was handled quickly while I waited. They provide a 5 yr warranty, which I think is pretty impressive.The store was beautiful and had a great selection of William Henry knives and jewelry and I am a knife knut so it gave me something to do while I waited.Great store, great selection and great staff. Worth the trip.UPDATE: Visited again for a repair to a sterling silver keychain that has sentimental value. Repair done quickly and expertly. Wouldnt know it didnt come from Tiffany that way. Another successful outcome.

I love this store. Its not just about their jewelry which is nice; its about what a class act they are. Ive been in there several times to get some inexpensive jewelry fixed or a new battery for my watch, but Ive never bought anything over $50. Yet the way they treat me, youd think I was there to spend thousands. I know there are a lot of rich people in Aiken, but I am not one of them.
