If I could give negative stars, I would but I guess one star will have to do.I brought my engagement ring to be sized at jewelry doctor on whiskey and they told me that they could resize it.When I got my ring back and I paid for it, I noticed that it had a huge scratch in my band and that the channels on my engagement ring were destroyed.They failed to tell me that my ring was damaged and still made me pay for it. I had to bring my ring to several other jewelry experts to tell me that it was damaged.When I went back to see what had happened during the process of them resizing my ring I was very emotional and the two ladies up front laughed at me. They said that it was the place where I brought my ring from fault.Yet I had picture evidence of when I first got the ring and it was not damaged whatsoever.Not only will I never come back there but I am now with a damaged ring, because they failed to correctly size my ring. They never even admitted to doing the damage in the first place.

Very knowledgeable, skillful and professional women. I came in there to have some watches repaired. They examined my watches, gave me and provided me with the possible outcome and estimate. Fast, friendly service!

The proprietors of this store are very sweet! I used to take my watches to them (I had many!) for batteries, and/or adjustments, and she would,at times, not even charge me for the watch batteries and adjustments, and she would tell me thank you for my business. Very kind folks. And their work is outstanding.

Went in here because I couldn’t get the back off my watch which also needed a battery. She took it and had it all ready to go in seconds. $12 but she was very sweet and knowledgeable
