50 out of 5 stars! Best dental experiences I have EVER had! Dr. Adrian, Dr. Sandra, Ms. Chris, Hazel, the entire staff is phenomenal!I just came home after Dr. Adrian extracted a wisdom tooth. From sitting down for the numbing to packing the extraction area with gauze to let me leave was MAYBE 20 minutes. I didnt even know the tooth was out! Dr. Adrian is a magician!Hazel is a sweet, smart, considerate young lady with an amazing chair-side manner. Ms. Chris is that rare combination of professional and warm, and she is incredibly astute at finding affordable options for dental health planning. Every person at the front desk has always been friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hygienists are fun, efficient, and gentle.I just cannot sing enough praise for Addison Family Dentistry! Drs. Adrian and Sandra have a dream team!
Dr. Adrian is the absolute best!!! I was so nervous to get my cavities filled and he made the process super fast and painless. I was terrified and the whole staff was incredible. They also got me in super quick and were easy to work with. Definitely recommend them, the whole experience was great.

I really appreciate Addison Family Dentistry. I found Dr. Adrian De Vincenzo to be caring and a true professional. He takes the time to explain everything with you. His staff are also highly trained professionals. From the front desk to the hygienist they really know their jobs. I have to drive further to go there, but its definitely worth the extra miles.

The actual dentist was super nice and made me feel comfortable but everything that came after was terrible . I had to get something replaced they charged me a lot for it and wouldn’t work with me as far as a payment plan or anything therefore I just paid for that one visit and never went back about 7/8 months later I got a call that I owe them money I didn’t understand why even though I didn’t go back they still charged me for something they did not do they charged me more than they originally said it would’ve been as well . They then said it was some problems and now it’s new management and I could do I payment plan so I went ahead and started a payment plan now even though I am paying on it it was still sent to a collection agency that is also charging interest on this. I found a better dentist, cheaper prices, better staff, and better understanding. I just hate to be in debt over something that could’ve been avoided . AND I HAVE PROOF IF YALL WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DOCUMENTS ! Y’all told me the paper I signed was an “estimate” and could change !
Definitely recommend! Lets start with NICK at the front desk. Incredibly knowledgeable, full of energy and patience. He is an Angel sent. On 4.13.2021. I had some serious pain in a few teeth. With Nick and The dentist (owners and all yall) I was able to heal from my fear of the doctors. They were there walking me through everything! They really do care about patient health in all aspects. Im moving my whole family over and you should too!
Had a toothache and called my dentist but they could not see me the same day. Addison Family Dentistry was able to fit me in right away. Everyone there was great! The root canal treatment was painless and did not take as long as I expected. Highly recommend!

Addison Family Dentistry is a comfortable yet very professional environment. I just moved to the area a year ago and finding a new dentistry office was quite the task, but the search is over! I was very pleased and impressed with their patient care and service. Dr. Devincenzo took the time to answer my questions and provided me recommendations, too. He and his staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office if you’re searching for a dentist!

My wisdom tooth was hurting so much that I couldn’t sleep. Was able to make the appointment the next day to get it pulled. Dr Adrian got the tooth out very quickly and didn’t hurt at all. I’m very grateful

I would like to applaud the front desk person, Nick! His manners are impeccable and efforts were tireless. I changed insurance providers and he was unable to find me under my current provider. He updated me regularly and called to explain why I wasnt found. Unfortunately, I wont be able to come back, but once I get a new provider, I hope to come back! He was always pleasant and polite. I just wanted to give him a shout out because thats the Best service Ive gotten in a long time. :)

I recently had to find a new dentist and Dr. De Vincenzo took the time to answer my questions and made me comfortable from the moment I met him. He and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I called to ask if the dentist/s and hygienist/s are fully vaccinated, as I am in late 3rd trimester, need a cleaning, and the COVID rates remain extremely high with new variants circulating. I was told that due to HIPPA, they could not tell me whether the dentist and hygienist are vaccinated. This is alarming -- health care professionals have long been eligible. If they *are* vaccinated, they should advertise this as matter of public health policy, and if not, whats going on here. Practices should not advertise their COVID safety protocols re: sanitizing surfaces (we know now that the virus is airborne! you dont get it from surfaces) while also hiding behind HIPPA when it comes to what counts.
I have not been to this doctors office but have had a positive experience on the phone.I had called in for some advice in some pain I was having. They not only put my mind at ease, told me what I should look out for and how to take care of the issue from home.Based on my limited experience I have a very positive experience and would recommend any time.
Horrible experience with front staff. I took a family member and was shocked with the lack of respect christy (Christie or kristy or kristie ) has. She is very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with an office manager and she said they didn’t have one ( which probably explains her lack of respect) and when I asked her name you could tell she didn’t want to give it to me. No medical office should have a front staff member like this! This will cost you losing business. Very disappointed. I will say nick was more understanding when speaking with him so perhaps she could learn a few things from him.

I moved to Dallas a few years ago and struggled to find a new dentist that I trusted, until I went to see Dr. Adrian... he quickly earned my loyalty! Also, his staff is excellent-- Desiree is the best hygienist Ive had in my life.
Everything was great - from the friendly staff to the quality services provided! The staff remained clean and cautious in spite of COVID. My hygienist, Oanh, paid great attention to detail and did an excellent job. Would recommend anyone here!

Ive been getting work done from them for a year and I love them!! Theyre affordable, proactive.. And they cater to your teeth needs. Id highly recommend them. I even plan on getting both of my daughters braces from here when theyre insurance updates. Go to them!! You wont be disappointed.
I am so pleased with this office and their staff. They make you feel welcomed. The dentist is so experienced and heres why I know. Prior to this dentist taking over this office I had a crown. My temporary fell out 3x and when I went in to get my permanent crown it didnt fit so they grinded down my tooth the permanent crown over and over. It was a mess. When I went in a few weeks ago and needed another crown the temporary never came out once. When I went in for the permanent he put it on and it was perfect fit. I will go here for all dental needs and would recommend them to anyone if you want pleasant superb staff and excellent experienced dentist! That is what you will get.

I checked out a few Dental offices and I felt they just wanted to take advantage of my situation by trying to create urgency due to my aching tooth by High balling me. All thy wanted was my MONEY!! A good friend referred me to Comfort Dental, I checked the reviews and The location in Addison had the best reviews. I actually drove past 3 of them to to see Dr Talbot.Dr Talbot and his entire staff are friendly and professional. Went in today to see what can be done with my aching tooth and Dr Talbot helped me make the right decision. He was pleasant and helpful and was willing to assist me in any way I felt needed. No pressure. He and his team where hassle free and genuine. I highly recommend Comfort Dental in Addison.I.m really pleased with the outcome. I wish I knew the names of the ladies that helped me, from the front desk, the dental hygienist, dental tech and the billing department, THANK YOU for your professional service.

The staff are caring, timely, professional as well as congenial!!My dentist is Dr. Talbot who is very attentive. You can be certain that he gives you an initial consultation about your concerns & he then assesses your needs vs what your desires are as to see how BOTH are attainable since its your smile after all!! And who doesnt want a caring dentist like him?

Everyone here was absolutely amazing from the second you walk in the door! The receptionist is very welcoming and helpful, amazing dental staff and the Dentist is the absolute best! I had to get a molar extracted and actually came in town from Houston because all of these other places in Houston said they couldn’t help me out or just wouldn’t do the procedure! Comfort Dental took care of me and I was in and out with in an hour and a half and not to mention they were the cheapest place that I have been to! Just an amazing experience all around highly highly highly recommend Comfort Dental to anyone and everyone! You wont be disappointed I promise!
I write this review as someone who fears the dentist and avoided going for over a year once moving to this area. I researched dentists around the area and due to good google reviews chose this dentist. Dr. Bullock and his staff are wonderful and met all my needs and reduced my fear of being in the office. The experience was pain free and I recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a new dentist. It is a bonus they have extended hours so I did not need to take time off of work to make an appointment!

Dr. Talbot and his staff are amazing! I’ve always disliked going to the dentist, but Dr. Talbot and his staff exceeded my expectations and have changed my view about the dentist. They were truly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr Talbot was very knowledgeable, his technique was fantastic and he made sure I was comfortable throughout my dental work. They also currently carry a dental plan that in my opinion is better than any dental insurance I’ve had in the past. I’ve told my husband all about my experience and he is excited for his coming appointment. I’ve definitely found my new home dental office.
Honestly it’s a very great experience when you walk in. However I’ve called their office 3 days in a row and got no response from anyone. Literally 3 times. But I can’t take away from their customer service in office and their helpful attitude. .. Dr. Talbot really helped me get through this hard time with No insurance. Still would recommend over most
Went to see them for an emergency appointment. Turns out I needed a root canal. From the first visit the whole staff was extremely caring. Dr Bullock was awesome! I would highly recommend this office! You wont be sorry!!!!!
I love this Dental office! The have accommodated my every need. Dr. Shakesphere Is amazing! My teeth have never looked this good. He spends time with his patients, talks you through everything he is going to do, the best bedside manner. The whole staff is great!
Although on a limited budget, the staff provided me financial options that are tailored perfectly for me. Having had two painless and comfortable visits for a minor cleaning and two fillings, I am now a loyal patient of Dr. Talbot. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Doctor is great, and they are fairly affordable, even if you dont have insurance. And they are open late for a dentist, and on Saturdays. They understand people have jobs and cant do the M-F 9-5 appointments all the time.I used to dread going to the dentist, but these guys are amazing. I recommend them to any of my friends in the area.
Ive had work done by both Dr. Petros and Dr. Bullock. Theyre both so kind and very gentle (I had a root canal by one and an extraction by the other.) They made me feel much better about everything, I always get super nervous at the dentist. I highly recommend them both (good prices and great dentists)!! Thank you so much!
The physicians are sincere and offer great care and advice. The front office makes an occasional mistake, but I am keeping 5 stars because the issues were small and they were always willing to work with and correct any problem.
The hygienist was fantastic. I am a big baby and she was very gentle.

Doctor was AMAZING!!! Assistants were AMAZING!!! I had all four wisdom teeth pulled at once and they were gentle as they could when pulling them out, very helpful when I was being annoying with questions about post care (called them about 3 times and they were nice every time). Doctor moved his schedule and stayed late for me so I could have all the procedures done at once and not have to come back several times.

We thought we liked Comfort Dental in Addison and went about a year. (my family of 5 attended).. UNTIL.... We were suddenly dropped by them due to them accepting the insurance plan no longer. We never got a call or letter to find this news out of being dropped. I referred people there that were denied and turned away due to the insurance type making me question our own status with them. How we found out was simply trying to make our next dental cleaning and was denied an apt with that insurance since its no longer accepted there because they lost money receptionist said. My daughter age 8 now is a cancer survivor. Very specific/ detailed dental background. Apparently work on her was left undone or no treatment was done on several teeth from seeing her at previous cleanings due to how much damage was there that wasnt recent/new. These were issues that have been there prior for awhile. We discovered this at her cleaning with a new thorough dentist five days ago. My guess the work was not mentioned or done because it wasnt worth it for him to do because insurance doesnt pay him enough. I understand our insurance wasnt the best and it wasnt beneficial for the company to continue but it definitely couldve been handled differently. This saddens me from what couldve been a few simple fillings compared to what is needed now since time has lapsed. Even with a second opinion so its not just a dentist trying to rip me off. We have the SAME insurance still..... Good Luck. We got two strikes with this place....
I am terrified of going to the dentist and after some research I decided to give comfort dental a try and I am so glad I did. I had get some work and cleaning done and Dr. Lane was amazing. He never made me feel uncomfortable, and he made sure that I was feeling okay while doing the cleaning. I will definitely be back to see him soon.
Dr. DeVincenzo and his staff are hands down the best. I have been seeing Dr. DeVincenzo for years and he has my loyalty for life. He is professional, talented, honest and skilled at his craft. Dr. DeVincenzos training is beyond what you expect from a typical dentist - ask him about it some day! The high caliber of his training is made obvious in the high quality of his work product. If you are new to town, unhappy with your current dentist, or solely looking for an office where you can feel welcome, taken care of and treated like family - look no further. I recommend Dr. DeVincenzo with zero reservations. I would not trust my teeth with any other dentist - Dr. DeVincenzo does it all from basic cleanings to complex. He is my go to man for all dentistry needs!!!
I would never go back here or tell anyone I remotely like to go here. The dentist was rough and caused me great pain and wouldn’t prescribe anything that would truly help with the pain management. Horrible. Never again.

I absolutely love Dr. Bingham and all the girls who work there!They have taken great care of me during my first real dentist appointments in my 28yrs of life.I was scared at first, but, I went in today to get two surgical extractions done, and it was so not bad! They made me comfortable and happy, and Dr. B was fast and awesome.I have much more work to have done in the future, and am looking forward to it now. :))
The Dentist is awesome very patient and through with the exam and I can’t compliment him enough on the work performed on my teeth .. I was a walk in and did not have to wait long to be seen . I had been to 2 dentists before I found this one and they all wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to have 1 tooth pulled! Comfort Dental only charged me about 80$. The staff is SO friendly and my dentist was hilarious. I am terrified of getting any type of dental work done but they all made me feel so comfortable and welcome. I will continue to use this as my dentist as well as my whole family!
I have had nothing but great customer service, and dental work from Comfort Dental. Dr Curtis and staff are very friendly and helpful. The dental work is great and they manage to make it all affordable even working with payment plans. I have never received such personable care from any medical office. Great work!!
I have avoided the dentist for years and this experience may get me back on track. Dr. Talbot and Dr. Petros were very friendly and I didnt feel uncomfortable or judged despite my poor attendance record. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was in the chair by 2:45 and out in a very timely fashion. They were also transparent about their prices before service, which is really respectful and appreciated! Update - they even called to check on me after getting a lot of work done!
Dr. Talbott and the staff have been wonderfully kind and thoughtful. He gives his honest recommendations for the best results long term. They are sensitive to the anxiety dental procedures produce when you’ve had bad experiences and are attentive to ensuring you are without pain during the process. He’s also got a great singing voice to distract you during your procedures. They follow up with you afterwards to make sure you are not experiencing any pain or complications, which is very comforting. I highly recommend Dr Talbot at Comfort Dental. God bless you all!
Front desk is not very friendly
So I am terrified of dentists. However, a recent infection led me to their mercy. I was seen by Dr. Chandler Bullock and he was well informed of my hatred for dental visits. I ended up needing a root canal-i know words of satan- but Dr. Chnalder was so patient with me and explained everything he was doing. He asked several times about my comfort level throughout the procedure. He alone has decreased my fear of dental work. Since the root canal I have had a filling and will be seeing him tomorrow as well. I live in Garland but will continue to make the 30 minute + drive to see Dr. Chandler. If you fear these professionals give this doc a chance. I am actually looking forward to improving my oral health with his assistance and guidance. -Oh, and his shots are a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experiences with other dentists- I definitley trust his work and skills.
I wouldnt recommend taking your child here.This isnt pediatric friendly.They only do side x-rays vs the whole mouth.Excuse of reason why is cause the mouth piece wont fit.My son is 9 and had been getting a full mouth x-ray since he was 5.The website says TVs in room its actually a cubical and no TVs are provided to watch.Dentist doesnt spend enough time with patient.My other son who also was seen is a year old.Most dentist start at 6 month outing florid on the teeth. Until they old enough for a teeth cleaning in detail.Well they kinda just stood there like we didnt know that.I had to advise them to florid my one year olds teeth.Staff isnt very organized.My kids wont be going back.Need a office and dentist that takes more pride into their work and a kid friendly atmosphere.
Just got two extraction and it was painless!! Great service by Dr. and staff. If you live in the area, this would be a great family dentist office or a great place to get in and out with quality work.

This was the best dental experience ever I will never go anywhere else
Its tough to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Talbot. I woke up Christmas Eve morning to find that the bond I had done at my dentist had fallen off my front tooth. Knowing that I had a 7am flight the morning of 12/26, I realized today was my only chance to find a dentist who could repair my tooth before my trip. I called Comfort Dental, where they informed me that they were open, but for Care Days. I asked what that was, and I learned it was a day where they provide free care for uninsured patients. Knowing that I didnt meet that criterion, I told them I didnt want to detract from their worthy cause with my vain plight and would look elsewhere.Christine was insistent that I come in since it was a simple fill, and I asked if I could make a donation to their cause or something like that. When I arrived, I realized it wasnt a charitable cause; its just some amazing dentists donating their time to folks who can use their help. I insisted that they bill my insurance, but Im not just writing this review because they did me a solid. And to be clear, they didnt leave me with a residual balance, whereas my other dentist charged me $60 in addition to billing my insurance.Dr. Talbot was the first of three dentists who completed this filling who didnt tell me what a hard time hed have matching the standard bond colors to my teeth, which admittedly are not exactly a naturally occurring color of white. He was the first to not ask me to feel around my tooth for roughness to make sure it was right, and the first who did not have to correct the bite after finishing. He knew what he was doing, and that took all the stress out of the equation. In addition to being an awesome person, he is highly skilled at his craft.At every turn, he checked in to make sure that what he was doing felt okay.Ill absolutely be back for my regular cleanings.

This place is absolutely tiny. The room for the consultation is also cramped, and the area for xrays and work is not privet at all. They rush you through the process your first time you go there and their office is very unorganized.
