I have been going to The Addison Dentist for almost a year and would highly recommend them! The staff is so friendly and I feel like they truly listen to my concerns. I was nervous going in after not having been to the dentist for years due to lack of insurance, but they were very understanding and made me feel as comfortable as is possible to feel at the dentist. You can definitely tell how highly they value providing patient-centered care. 10/10

Dr. Rao and her whole staff are some of the best dental professionals I have ever experienced in over 40 years of dental appointments. They are caring and very sensitive to each individual. Friendly, accommodating and down to earth people. You wont be disappointed if you choose them for all your dental needs.

The dentist chair is certainly no match for house seats or home plate VIP sections, or 50 yd line with field access, but the Addison Dentist made it remarkably not atrocious. A super talented doctor and a supportive, kind and communicative tech allowed me to almost enjoy getting a crown and front tooth filling. I highly recommend them.

My experience at The Addison Dentist was positive to say the least. Crystal at the front desk was not only helpful and patient but also very kind. Dr. Ramirez was more than professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She fixed and put a cap on my very broken molar swiftly and painlessly. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing while showing me detailed photographs of my teeth/gums. She also planned out my next visits and gave me information on how to maintain a healthy mouth.I can’t emphasize enough how nice and upbeat everyone was; making my dentist visit pleasant and fast. I moved to Dallas almost 4 years ago and at first I went to the trendy chain dentist in my area. But after awhile I noticed the level of service wasn’t what I wanted for myself and my children. I turned to google and The Addison Dentist popped up! We’ve been patients since 2018 and service is always top notch! I have a child who isn’t a fan of the dentist, but he’s made comfortable there and he no longer needs me to go back with him for service 😁! Recently, I shared with the team how I wasn’t very happy with my smile. They designed a treatment plan that was affordable, so I scheduled right away! The result is absolutely stunning! I’m in LOVE my new smile and with Dr. Ramirez and her staff at the Addison Dentist!! I always loved my smile, but now I absolutely ADORE it!!! Thank you so much Dr. Ramirez and staff! I have a lot of work that needed to be done on my teeth from treating bad gums and deep-seated plaque/tartar, to wisdom teeth extractions to orthodontics, and I selected Addison Dental on a whim.Im very happy with their service and care. Just seeing before and after comparison s of my teeth after finishing my plaque and gums treatment was incredibly encouraging. Theyve also been very careful with the current pandemic; the office is clean, they take patients temperature upon entering, etc.Its been great so far and I highly recommend them.

Non-transparent and deceptive billing practices. The first time you visit you will get hidden discounts that make the price reasonable and then next time they will hit you with a $400 bill. Dont fall for their pretend caring below, they literally wont respond to my emails.

My wife and I have never been to a dentist office like this one. They are so kind, personable, and dedicated to making sure you are equipped to take your dental hygiene to the next level. They informed me of the issues, gave me a plan on how to tackle this issues and have been helpful with any questions I’ve had.

I had a very pleasant experience as my first time being in the office. Everyone is super nice and kind and the hygienist(Yo) is super helpful and my entire process with her was painless. upon arriving at the office, I had to wear my mask and the staffs had masks on and they tested my temperature before taking me to the back. During the whole cleaning process, Yo had her face shield on.

Dr. Ramirez has been my dentist since we moved to Dallas in 2016. Everyone in the office is kind, efficient, and very good at what they do. My family has been very happy with them, from regular cleanings to minor emergencies. I highly recommend this practice.

I absolutely LOVE The Addison Dentist. Everyone in the office is so lovely, kind, and welcoming. I especially enjoy the incredible care given by Dr. Ramirez. Dr. Ramirez is very thorough but also gentle. She explained everything she was doing and gave me ample opportunity to ask questions. She’s very pleasant and friendly in a professional way. The local anesthetic she used worked perfectly and I had no pain. The office staff—techs, hygienist and bookkeeper/insurance guru are top notch and very easy to work with. I have found my experience with The Addison Dentist to be excellent. I found my way to their door after my previous Dentist, Dr. Peter Landesberg, retired. I am not the best patient- dont always have my insurance in order and I definitely need to floss more- but their staff is always there to guide and support. Dinah has been cleaning my teeth for many years and I cannot speak to her care enough. She has amazing technical skills and a wonderful chair-side manner. Crystal is patient and thorough with my appointments and billing. The rest of the team is top-notch. Dr. Ramirez performed two root canals for my over a year ago. At this time I have had no follow up issues or discomfort. If you are looking for a primary care dentist in the North Dallas area, look no further.

The space is light & modern and conveniently located. Dinah is my hygienist and is a delight - she works hard to get my teeth clean & sparkly! I havent yet needed any of the extra treatments but they do offer specials and work with charitable organizations.

I was amazed by my visit. The staff is awesome, and they know how to take care of their customers. I cold called on a Monday, and they were able to fit me in on that Wednesday. Two days later. I told them I was on a serious time crunch due to a last second meeting, and they were able to have me in and out 20 minutes before my time slot even ended. They take very good care of you, and are not overwhelming at all. As long as I live in the area, I will always go to the Addison Dentist.

When I moved to the DFW area, I went to a dentist for 2 yrs who unbeknownst to me was doing unnecessary dental work on me and who was significantly overcharging. I found out when he was brought up on charges, lost his license to practice in TX and the location closed down. When I was referred to The Addison Dentist by a friend, I was nervous, hesitant to believe anything they recommended, cautious about everything, and ultimately untrusting. They were patient, thorough, understanding of my hesitations, and most importantly they were completely transparent with me. I am treated so well by everyone there and they are truly invested in helping me make the right decisions for me. I’ve never been happy to go to a dentist appointment until here. They do a great job taking care of me, listening to my concerns, and answering my questions. I nervous about my appointment. Having my wisdom teeth removed. I had the bottoms removed years back and was petrified about the top ones. I just recently started going to this office and was very apprehensive about it all but the staff and Dr help me overcome my anxiety and I schedule the procedure. I was shocked how smoothly things went. They numb me up pretty good because I never felt or saw a needle. I am pleased with the results and very thankful to the staff and Dr. Ramirez to know I’m in Good Hands.

I have to admit I’m not the best patient when it comes to seeing a dentist, I always have a knee jerk reaction to hit them if they come near my mouth! After having 2 bad experiences at a young age, I swore off dentist forever!! Although, after having some pain and bleeding gums I finally put on my big girl pants and went to a dentist. I did research and then ended up at the Addison Dentist. My first appointment was great!! From the wonderful ladies at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Ramirez. They were so gentle and told me step by step what they were doing and going to do. They took extra time (after I told them about my horrible childhood experiences) they always made sure I was ok! I really and truly appreciate that b/c let’s face it no one likes going to the doctors, let alone a Dentist! After such a nice experience with them I went back for my 1st teeth cleaning.I was always hesitant to go back but once again they were just so tremendously helpful and sweet and catered to my needs. My hygienist “Yo” was such a sweet heart and so attentive. She made sure I was ok and calmed my nerves.I highly recommend this place b/c we all need some hand holding every once in a while and I found that the ladies who work at this place are more than accommodating! They have a patient for life with me! I would give them an A+ on everything!

I am giving the Addison Dentist employees (the admin and assistants) 5/5 stars, but had to take away 2 because of the actual dentists running this scam. I have been in three times for a teeth cleaning and root canal. I will not get into a long story, but here is the important part that patients should know:-They contract other dentists to do their work, so you will be charged for their fees and the other dentists fees. The only actual work these ladies do is teeth and gum cleanings-Speaking of teeth and gums, they will tell you that you have gum disease and bacteria in an effort to push products-Like so many female doctors/dentists/professionals, they only work housewives hours-YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR COSTS THEY DO NOT STATE UPFRONT!!! Buyer Beware!

I love this place!! They are nice and dont keep you waiting. I also liked the fact that they didnt poke me with needles to do my teeth cleaning instead used a spray to numb the area. Dr.Williams is no longer there but the new dentist seems very nice and he basically said the same thing Dr.Williams said about my wisdom teeth. I dont think they are a scam or money hungry bc I have gone to other places much more expensive and that said I needed more done than what I really needed. Great Job Addison Dentist Staff :)
