I was suffering with the worst tooth ache I had an appt 5 days away the girls at the front desk were awesome they talked to the dentist and sent me antibiotics to the pharmacist made it all happen within the hour took the medication right away and like a miracle I didn’t suffer anymore thank goodness for this swift action this dentist is awesome and really concerned about their patients if you want an awesome dentist you have finally found one you will be amazed. Please someone referred me to them now please tell someone you know you will not be disappointed.

Terrible experience this morning. Receptionist wasn’t wearing a mask when I walked in then proceeded to yell at me for not calling before walking in, I wasn’t aware I needed to call first. Then, I had my son with me because I don’t have anyone to watch him and she was extremely rude telling me he’s not allowed in the office because of covid. Mind you, she wasn’t even wearing a mask prior to me walking in the building!! She told me I need to find someone to watch him. Ummm, if I had someone to do that, I would but I don’t. Terrible humans working there with no respect for parents that don’t have a choice. Will be finding a more compassionate office and dentist.

Great practice with equally comparable professionals. Only thing is if youre looking for wisdom teeth extractions its better to look elsewhere as there arent a lot of options within 1st family.

I originally went to this dentist to have a tooth pulled in an emergency. I was impressed by the work so I decided to get all my teeth done by doctor Azzam. He does unbelievable work my teeth look great.. I havent had any pain throughout the entire process very happy with the results.

This place just plain and simply SUCKS! Hands down the worst! This place is a 3rd world establishment! I need to find a better place asap!

So much frustration! The appointment for my daughter was originally at 4pm. I came 3:50pm called and asked if I can come in, Adriana one of the front desk gave me the papers to fill out. Which we already filled out in different location, she keep was saying we can’t get your information from other system also couldn’t explain why. Waited 40 minutes and then I asked how long should I wait, she told me originally my daughter appointment was set to 5:30pm and it was moved up to 4pm so it’s ok to wait. Worst experience! But Doctors are nice!

Always a good experience at this office, the girls at front desk are helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The dentist and the assistant are polite and very professional. The place is very clean. We enjoyed our experience. I recommend this office because is really the best.

Very disappointed how come the office can extra charge for the gown and mask and equipment when we as patients needs to have own mask. Its not fair how unprofessional it is . And I know that so far only family dental have new charges unfortunately . And of course now one will now the fact about charges until appointment in the office. Pay or you not customer with us 😠

Friendly staff and down-to-business medical professionals. Suffice it to say I went in fearing the worst (as we all do); years of neglect have left my teeth...well, after years of neglect most of my teeth have left. I assumed I was going to need multiple surgeries and whatever replacements Id need would cost more than a new car. Much to my surprise, not only do I require only one surgery, but the partials Ill be getting are nowhere near the cost of a new car.Everyone was very straight-forward with me, explained what needed to be done, broke it down financially and showed me options and gave me recommendations. They made me feel very comfortable about the upcoming procedures and never once did anyone Oooo or Ahhh at the sight of my Grand Canyon of a mouth (at least in front of me!).Long story short, I went in with tons of anxiety about pain and finances, and came out grateful I went to them and looking forward to finally repairing some of the damage Ive done to my teeth. Looking forward to smiling again.

Hazel Honey, the dental provider, is superb. Her skill set is like incomparable.

After many years of having dentures, I realized that I needed new ones. Thus, recently completed my final visit to have a full denture and a partial ready. After the initial visit for taking exam, impressions were made, followed by a few more visits to assure molds were accurately made into the final dentures. Doctor Sam did an excellent job to assure the dentures fit properly and alignment was perfect. Highly recommend this dentist & his staff to anyone who wants highly professionalism and friendliness.Thank you again, Chuck.

They were very kind and patient with my son. They took their time and talk to him to make sure he was calm and not scared. They did a great job with him.

I’m more confident about my smile thanks to the dental work I had done today. I also came today to get a referral for an extraction of some roots left from a tooth that came out but the dentist said he could do it there. It will save me a trip downtown! I’ve always had very good experiences at this practice and the dentists and assistants are very highly skilled. I’ve referred family members who are also still patients and are happy with the care they’ve received as well. Great job!

I recommend this dentists office 100% for adults and children. The office is spacious and super clean. They answer and return calls faster than any other dentists office I have used. From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienist, doctor, and office employees you couldnt ask for friendlier or nicer people. You walk in and leave feeling like family. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

My appointment was at 10am didn’t get seen until 11:17am. No apologies or explanation. For a 2min check up I had to wait over an hour.

Took my daughter here for the first time, she’s 3. I explained that this was her first time. (she was clearly nervous) the doctor was very nice and understanding but the dental assistant just seemed annoyed with my daughter, and very impatient. Very unprofessional. She just rubbed me the wrong way. She gave my daughter a toothbrush and toothpaste and told her the only way she could have it is if she brushed her teeth. (The toothbrush was already opened and used by my daughter) WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Didnt have much done except an x-ray because my wisdom teeth are really bothering me but everyone at the office is soo sweet.. They do remove wisdom teeth but the one thats the biggest pain for me is very close to a major nerve so they recommended me to an oral surgeon. Im scared to have surgery and started crying from being worried and everyone was so sweet and comforting, ensuring me that its not as big of a deal as people make it seem and that Ill be A-OK.. When I had my x-ray done I said thats so cool looking (the X-ray, NOT my pesky wisdom teeth) and the dental assistant started explaining to me where nerves were, where your sinuses run through your face etc. I thought it was very awesome of her to explain those things to me because I showed interest.. I was nervous about switching dentists since Ive been going to the same dentist ever since Ive had teeth (I had to switch because of my insurance) but I love it here. This will be my new office, to me its worth the 45minute drive.

Im so disappointed. My daughter needed a filling and my husband told the dentist that she didnt need the shot and right away the rude and impatient dentist responded what do you want me to do! and kept repeating that in a rude manner in front of my daughter. Usually when we come here, the other dentists are kind and understanding, but this particular one was unprofessional. He is an old and semi-bald man, reminds me of the penguin in the batman movie with Danny DeVito. If you can avoid this dentist, you will have a pleasant experience, otherwise good luck. Also the secretary was very helpful.

Nurse and staff are nice. Had a tooth removed and the so called dentist was awful. He didnt even prescibe me antibiotics or pain medicine. Been sitting in pain for days. Stay away!!!!!

It is always a great experience with 1st Family. I usually go to the Roselle location. I found that Addison is just as great. Dr. Omar is wonderful!!!! 4 cavities filled and a tooth pulled and it was near painless.

Do not use for emergencies. If you are new to this location, or traveling - go anywhere else, unless you have something in writing that your insurance will cover. Otherwise you will be charged an emergency visit for absolutely noting being done. You will be wasting your time and money.

I spent an HOUR waiting to get my teeth cleaned and Dr Omar REFUSED to clean my teeth. He didnt even perform an exam yet cited early gum disease in ONE TOOTH and pressured me to get a deep cleaning.My insurance DENTAQUEST only covers basic cleanings, so they too, are rip off artists collected almost $200 in premiums from me with NO BENEFITS.

After few years of being their patient it was time for me to write my review. Dr Azzam did an outstanding job with my cavities and that became possible only because their Manager Jelena is very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me out with my insurance not once but twice. Hard to imagine but I look forward to my next visit.Very professional from start to finish!

Never going back again. The dentist was disrespectful and kept on disrespecting my daughter. 1st family dental should get rid of the dentist before they get sued.

Ive been seen by both doctors, DR Alramli and DR Azzam. Dr Azzam did my crown and its more that I am just happy!! Crown looks so natural and fits perfectly!! Office Manager and girls at front are really helpful and informative. I will definitely recommend this practice.

The dentist did a less than standard job on my root canal the temporary filling was so poorly done that it fell apart in two days. Then I asked him to replace it and that one came out four days later. I made an overpayment of $225.00 and in still waiting on my refund. I wouldnt suggest this place too anyone. The air conditioning had been broken all summer so there are box fans everywhere. Im going back to Dr Maleki on North Ave in Elmhurst he maybe a little more expensive but his work is better.

My worst dentist experience ever, run away from this place. They pressured me to get a deep cleaning even that I refused and want it to have regular cleaning. I spend 2 hrs over there just for xrays. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I lost my day from work for nothing.

Its the first time I take my dauther there and she love it. Usually she hates going to the dentist, but this time she was very happy to go there, the dentist was very polite and profesional.

After years of horrible experiences with dentists and ending up 10 years not chewing teeth I was blessed to find Dr. Azzam who from the moment I sat in his chair felt at ease. He walked me through step by step of the process to get teeth and my smile back. Enisa & MaryAnn were so sweet and wonderful, at no point did they make me feel uneasy or embarrassed. Today Dr Azzam & Enisa finished my smile and I truly cried when I seen myself. They are so sweet, patient and AMAZING, I cannot say enough good things about them or his office. Thank you for giving me my smile back!!!
