Absolutely delicious! A great brunch buffet, great variety of entrees everything from prime rib and pasta to waffles and omelets and many more choices in between! And can not forget about the sausage and peppers and meatball. Fish chicken salads there was something for everyone and all of it so good. My mouth is watering just thinking back about it. Service...excellent from start to finish attentive professional and friendly. Could not have asked for a better brunch out with my family. We will DEFINITELY be back!

It was an awesome place. I came here for a wedding celebration. Staff were super friendly. It s beautiful venue too. The fountain and art is one of a kind. We had the chicken, beef and fish. All dishes were good with a nice polish twist. The red bulls were expensive at the bar though. $6 for 10 oz is not fair.

I definitely recommend Venuti’s for your wedding! We had our reception here on 7.23.21 and it was absolutely beautiful!! Their packages include more than you could ever dream of! SO much great tasting food and awesome bar package! The main reasons I went with Venuti’s over other places was I loved the beautiful space it offered for a reception, the food was delicious, and the package included a 6 hour open bar, which is really good compared to other places, who usually only offer about 4 hours. Ciara handled the booking and coordinating for our reception and she was AMAZING!! I can’t say enough good things about her! She made the whole booking process so easy and she explained everything so well and answered the million and one questions that I had had. She was so accommodating and willing to work with us, our budget, and guest count. She was the best at helping us deal with the struggles that COVID through into our planning process and completely took the stress away when dealing with the unknowns and uncertainty during the time that was leading up to our big day. I can’t imagine booking our reception with anyone else but Ciara, especially during COVID times. She was so great at getting back to my emails in a timely manner and was always willing to help answer any questions. She was also so flexible when dealing with constant changes I made throughout the planning process. Venuti’s also handled everything we needed as far as setting up of even the little things like guest book, place cards, etc. as well as tear down after the reception was over. It was so nice knowing that we, the bride and groom, were not responsible for those things, since you normally have a million other things to do and worry about. I loved the champagne greeting they offer to your guests as they arrive and the cute cocktail bar that was included during cocktail hour. We were able to customize some of the names of the cocktails which was super cute and fun! Every detail of our reception was absolutely beautiful and the food and drinks were some of the best I have ever had out of all other weddings I’ve been to. Your guests will definitely not leave hungry! I had so many friends and family tell me how our reception was one of the nicest and most elegant weddings they have ever been to! We had so much fun on our big day and wish we could do it all over again! I wouldn’t hesitate to book your wedding here at Venuti’s, you will not be disappointed!

Their brunch buffet was so subpar. I went on Sunday, 9/18/21 with my family, and several of their buffet options were altogether not present (just empty spots with placards). Moreover, so much of the food was low-quality, not warm/hot, or overall, just tasted like it was frozen then cooked earlier that morning.While they had a carving station, no one was attending it. Even after waiting several minutes, I decided to cut the meat myself. I personally dont enjoy buffets, but my family insisted on going and had heard great things about Venutis. While their main menu might be more appealing/higher rated, I would not recommend their brunch buffet *ever*.It is 100% not worth their ridiculous price of $27.95 per person for this quality of food. Save your money, dont overeat, and go somewhere else where you can order a higher quality dish and a drink for roughly the same (or lesser) price.

We had the pleasure of hosting a family event here today. The owner and staff were beyond accommodating, friendly, and professional. And the good was absolutely delicious. What a gem of a location. This is a fantastic local business and somewhere you should just go to for the experience. Highly recommend

We were there on 7/14/21 for the Brunch! It was fantastic, I would recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants a wonderful meal or Brunch! Fantastic staff, friendly and helpful. There I was thinking this was just a banquet hall. They actually have a great restaurant and bar that you should check out as well. Oh and the food is excellent! If the pizza is not available at the buffet or on the menu, just ask for it.

The place is amazing. If you suffer from chemical sensitivity this is not the place for you. Indoors smells highly chemical and there is only bar, no food outdoors. No patio for restaurant. But inside place looks amazing!! Very kind people but only 2 servers in total due the situation all over the country.

Attended a wedding here and the food was very good. The only thing I would suggest is when speeches are being done ( example: maid of honor and best man), they should halt serving the main table. There was an emotional moment that looked to being captured by the photographer and the server was up there as well between the bride and groom. There were also lots of clinking of the plates from the serving of other tables. At around 10pm, someone came out of the kitchen area or another room and pushed through a dolly with tables on them to take them out to the lobby area but through the wedding. There was a lot of dancing and drinking at that time so maybe it is not that big of a deal. All in all, this is a very nice venue.

The absolute Best food in the area. Steak melts in your mouth, seafood better than any specialty restaurant. Gorgeous decor. Take your date there, and her parents too. That will earn you major brawny points 👍

Do not go to Venutis. The manager, Frank, and his sister are rude and so is the old blonde bartender. My friends and I have been going there for a long time. Frank has been harassing us as soon as we walk in saying we have to spend $25 each. We each ordered one drink. We hadnt been there an hour and he said if we dont order another drink in 20 minutes we have to leave. Who does that? Who treats customers that way? He has no customer skills and loves to bully people. Hes never nice along with his sister and old blonde bartender.I told him he got his wish and we wont be returning that we will not tolerate being harassed any more. He said leave which we did.Ive read other reviews from people who say he does the same to them. The business wont be around long.I ate there once in the restaurant and I didnt like the food.

I give the Venutis Italian restaurant five stars. We went there because we were told they had live music on Saturday nights, and the band they had was excellent. The band was called Fantasia. They played plenty of great music from the 70s 80s and 90s. We also had a few appetizers and some drinks. The appetizers were generous portions and were well worth it.

VLounge-Venuti’s RestaurantI rare had a bad experience at bar/restaurant. Venutis is one of them.They want you to consume at least $25 in the bar and there is a sign on the wall That day, ! the manager (Frank) was walking around among the customers and encouraging them to purchase drink. He told me personally to spend that amount. Then he came to check on me and my friends and asked if we ordered another drink yet. We were only there not even one hour. How unprofessional and pushy! I ate dinner there in the restaurant once. The money I spent for the greasy food they offer was not worth it. The amazing “friendly” manager has no people skills, he makes atmosphere heavy. I didn’t go there to have a bad time …I will NOT recommend Venutis at all to anyone!

This Venue is beautiful. My sister had a wedding there a couple weeks ago, it was setup beautifully. We had 3 open bars and everything was spacious and servers were nice too.The cons are:- food at event was not what was the same food at taste test. The majority of steaks were dry like they were heated up again. We paid extra for steak- as part of the family and helping everything, i finally got to my meal and ate two bites then had to go help with something else and when i got back my whole plate was gone :/ same thing happened with my dessert and cake- My sister prepaid the plates for over 300 people and was told they would box up the meals for people who didnt make it. We had at least 20+ name cards but at the end of the night their staff cleared it all by the time we got out there to clean up the table outside the reception hall. My sister called to inquire about the meals afterwards as there was noone to talk to that night after we were told packing the unattended meals and was told to come in to pick up 5 chicken and 5 steaks (presumably prepared meals since they are also a restaurant and that is a super low amount compared to those who actually didnt show up) when she got there she was handed 5 small raw chicken breast and 5 raw steaks... my sister was so taken aback and didnt want to go back and forth on what right, that she just took it and left. This place is not cheap so its not right once they get your money they do not prioritize you anymore- there were goody bags made for the kids and i was told they would pass them out to the kids with their kids meal. A little while after dinner i still saw the bags all there and people already left at that point, so i had to hustle and find kids or people with kids to take the bags. For all that i couldvexjust passed it out myself, but they had a plan that was not executed

I give venutis Italian restaurant five stars. We were there because we heard that they have live music on the weekends, and the band Fantasia was excellent. They played a wide selection of fun dance hits from the 70s 80s 90s and Beyond. We had drinks and appetizers and everybody at the restaurant was friendly. We especially like that it was very easy to park there because they have a really huge parking lot. I appreciate a restaurant that spends money on live music.

It was a very clean and gorgeous venue. They have a pretty staircase to take pictures for special events like weddings. Catering was great and the DJ for the wedding we went to was fantastic.

Food. Good ...salad especially. Waitress un believable being overworked. Everyone short handed but she delivered. Sat in lounge..enjoyed Rick Lindy band

Authentic Italian dining experience! A great variety to the menu...pasta, steak, seafood, veal, and chicken. The building is beautiful, the service was great, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! I cannot wait to go back and try other dishes! Would recommend to anyone!

Went for a lunch with four friends in the dining room. The food was excellent as was the service. The dining room became quite crowded about 30 min after we arrived which was a bit concerning with the pandemic in mind. We visited, enjoyed lunch and left as soon as possible. The tables were a bit too close to walk between easily and left via the buffet area. We did have reservations and saw fewer tables in the dining room on the web site.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! After having my original venue cancel on me two weeks before my wedding day because of Covid, I found Venuti’s and they saved my day. Karen was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very nice and accommodating to what I wanted. The food was delicious, staff was nice and they did a great job. The place was beautiful and they took great measures to ensure safety and was very clean. Everyone was very happy and I was extremely satisfied with everything. I was speechless and I am so extremely grateful for Venuti’s and everything they did for us. Thank you!!!

Absolutely delicious food, like my Nonnas homemade! We had a wonderful server, Joanna..what a delight! Quiet and calm with serene ambience. Couldnt have asked for more for our dad on Fathers day. Would love if they would have had some good old Italian crooners style music playing, (Sinatra, Dean Martin, Tony Bennet, Perry Como,, etc). Thanks Venutis, you never disappoint!!!

Venutis is 20 stars! The venue is STUNNING - every room is so beautiful and looks like a million dollars even without any florals, decor etc. The food is incredible, all our guests were raving about how delicious their food was. And Karen and the hospitality staff are SO wonderful. They were so accommodating and wonderful to work with while we planned our wedding! I cant say enough amazing things about this venue!! Everything was a dream here!

Went for the first time this weekend and was not disappointed. Amazingly delicious food! It was a busy night and they were short staffed but they were still wonderful and attentive. And even though you could tell he was very busy, the owner, Frank, even stopped by the table and chatted with us a few times. If I lived closer, Id be eating here every week.

I’m Italian so I know good Italian food when I taste it, and this place succeeds that standard, workers are very friendly, I loved the service !!

Last night I attended a cousins wedding at Venutis in Addison.Not only was it one of the best & funnest weddings I ever went to, this Venutis was FANTASTIC!!!The decor, drink, food & service by everyone there was top notch!They handled over 250 guests professionally & w/great personal care, especially timely as we all come out of the pandemic! It was our first time here, hopefully not our last..I just cant say enough about how impressed I was by ALL facets of this wedding at Venutis!!!

Had Easter brunch and all was good. My only suggestion is that it would have been good to have a kid station. Chicken fingers, fries and cheese pizza slices.

First time to this restaurant. Went to a wedding party here. Cusion got married. My wife and i had steak and it was the bomb. I couldnt believe how well it was cooked and how well it was seasoned. It had a killer crust on the outside and perfect med well pink inside. If you get a.chance check this place out. Its outstanding. 100% on the real. Food was so good.

We had our wedding reception in August of 2020 at Venutis and even before coronavirus began I had been working with Karen at Venutis for over a year planning. I have always loved Venutis because I live nearby and have attended a couple other events there and knew it to be beautiful. When we began the wedding planning process we knew that we were going to have a morning wedding, so it was important to me that we had a reception venue that had windows, lots of natural light, and just felt like a beautiful open space. After looking at several venues, I knew there was no other venue as beautiful as Venutis in the Chicago area that had what I was looking for. I have to say though that Karen at Venutis was probably my favorite part of Venutis- she is absolutely a delight to work with, extremely accessible and was always ready to respond to my hundreds of questions no matter when I emailed her and she was very clearly willing to accommodate us for everything we needed if at all possible to make sure we had an easy process and special wedding day. The extremely smooth process would not have been the same without her! And I remember seeing her at Venutis right after our reception was over and we were takings some last pictures and just feeling like she was as happy for us as our family was. Several of my other vendors also commented that Venutis is hands-down the best reception venue that theyve worked with when I told them that this is where my reception was going to be, so that showed me that our wedding planning process with Venutis was not only smooth for me but also with all of the other people and vendors who are working with Venutis on our behalf to make our wedding day special. I have been here numerous times in the past couple years and have never had a bad meal! In fact, one of the best pieces of veal I have ever had is here and Ive eaten a lot of veal on the East coast. I actually ate here twice this week, having amazing Lamb chops on Monday and had to come back for the 16oz veal Tomahawk on Wednesday!! Seriously, if you are hungry for a high quality steak or chop, this is it!

Beautiful Roman/ Italian architecture outside. The inside is gorgeous and has very detailed ceiling work with beautiful paintings. The main entrance for banquets (weddings and such) is absolutely gorgeous and has a baby grand piano. I recommended this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining/ architecture but also of course for their food. Their steak is very tender and has a rich flavor and I would not pass up their delicious potatoes. Great eat.

I attended a wedding in the banquet hall. The service was excellent and the food was very good. I really enjoyed the rigatoni in vodka sauce, but the tilapia was mushy.

This place is a most beautiful venue for any occasion! We go for the Friday night band, dancing and delishous food. We sometimes go to dance on Saturday night but the DJQ is horrible dont really know what he is doing up there it like on a track playing over in a loop same beat lets get a better variety of music and someone with talent!

Had such an amazing meal that I didnt want to stop eating! But, I had to doggy bag it. Everything was delicious and I plan on going back!

I contacted Karen to see the venue for our wedding. While on the phone with her she rushed me and I wanted to discuss general details like the dates available. When we arrived for our appointment she said she had no April or May or June Saturdays available. We traveled 45 minutes with my fiancée when we could have discussed this over the phone. Also Karen approached us without a mask. I wanted to avoid wasting both of our time.

Ruby was the best, so helpful and attentive to every request we had in the banquet room. Would definitely have another event there.

We recently had our wedding at Venutis. It is not only a beautiful venue, but it is run by honest/amazing people. With covid we weren’t sure how many people would come. We had a list of 275, and about 106 people came. The Venutis staff treated us like royalty, and on top of it they gave us a credit back! You read that right! They gave us a gift card back in the amount that would have covered the original guest list. If you are getting married in this crazy time Venutis is the place to go. You will not be disappointed!

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. From the moment we set foot in the door we were treated so well. Everyone was fantastic in personality and service. The pear martini is to die for!!! You won’t be disappointed. We shared the sesame calamari and it was delightful. Spicy and fried perfectly. Each of our entrees were among the best we’ve had at other restaurants. Spectacular all around. Sad I live 5 hours away.

Fantastic service by Angela, who step by step took us through the food menu, answered our questions and offered drink suggestions. The owners were so personable and friendly. They didnt overwhelm our party abd let us enjoy the food. The food looked amazing, was fresh and delicious. Every part of the experience was great and I would recommend it for large or small groups.*the other staff members were great with my 7 year old daughter and I thank them for giving her a pleasant experience also.

I used to frequent Venutis yearrrs ago when it was located on North ave just down the street from my house, and it was always great then. Since theyve upgraded to the new amazing place Ive been there a number of times, but oftem times for events like family weddings and after funerals (sadly), but regardless of the occasion, the place never lets anyone down. Amazing food and a and polite and professional staff, as well as a beautiful establishment. Was just there a couple of weeks ago after a funeral unfortunately, but the food was amazing as usual. Cream of chicken and rice opener, a delicious salad, absolutely amazing giant bowls of rigatoni and meat sauce, and then plates of chicken vesuvio, thick italian beef slices in gravy, with perfectly roasted baby potatoes, and surprisingly, the best fresh green beans cooked with nuts, garlic and butter that Ive ever had. Ive had a way overpriced bowls of green beans at Mortons steak house that I ate 3 of and then left the rest alone.

I attended a baby shower and a wedding in a seperate occasion. This place never disappoints. Food is very tasty! Beautiful decor.

Came here for a wedding reception and have to say the food was amazing! I got the filet mignon and it was tender and cooked perfectly. I wish I had the option for medium rare but the medium cooked came out great as well. The venue is nice and the staff are helpful. Highly recommend!
