I just bought a house and needed to have the septic system inspected and cleaned, which I was pleasantly surprised at how little that would cost me. In inspection they found an issue with the pipe coming from the house - it had a low spot and he showed me on the camera how it was holding water. He gave me the estimate to fix it and offered to do it on the spot so I agreed since they were already digging. All went smoothly and they put the dirt back as nicely as possible.

I have used 2 Septic companies prior to OneWay Septic and they blow ALL others away. On Time, very professional, they performed quality work at a fair price and cleaned up once finished. They do not use any high pressure sales and go over all pricing prior to starting any work. Highly Satisfied with the company and their service!!!

A gurgling noise led me to discover a disaster in our bathroom. I called around and One Way was the only company with rapid response. They assessed the situation and got to work emptying and repairing our septic tank. We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Great people! So happy I found them!! The two technicians that came out did an excellent job. They kept me informed every step of the way until the work was completed.

I had a sewage backup into my basement so they emptied my septic tank, replaced the filter and unclogged the drain from the house to the septic tank. They were extremely friendly, nice and professional. They told us what they needed to do on each step of they way. On Monday we began to notice our toilets were flushing sluggishly and gurgling noises coming from our shower drains. Im a service plumber, but after a quick diagnostic of our plumbing system, it became apparent that this issue was related to the septic system. Since Im not qualified or experienced with septic systems we decided to call one way septic to come pump, inspect, and possibly repair our septic system.Jake and Michael from One Way septic arrived on time and ready to work. They removed one of the concrete lid sections from our septic tank and it immediately became apparent that our concrete baffles were badly deteriorated and that our tank had been heavily infiltrated by roots. The guys began pumping the liquid from the tank, and the lower the water level got, the more roots could be seen.Jake worked up an estimate for us which included:-Pumping the tank-Removing all four of the 4x2 concrete lids sections-Excavating around the perimeter of the tank to remove the roots around the outside of the tank.-Replacing the crumbling concrete inlet and outlet baffles with PVC baffles-Entering the tank and cutting/removing all of the roots and thoroughly cleaning out the tankThey did a good job explaining exactly why these repairs were needed, and what could happen if the repairs were not performed. They did not use high pressure sales or scare tactics to sell the job. The price was fair for the amount of work that was required, so my wife and I approved the work.Jake and Michael spent the next 6 hours or so performing the needed repairs. They had a good attitude the entire time, and did not seem bothered a bit by our young children watch from the window as they worked and ran their excavator.We were very pleased with the work that was done, and would definitely recommend One Way Septic.

They were able to fit me in, same day! Uncovered the septic tank, which we thought was full, but found contents at a normal level. This indicated a blockage between the house & septic tank. Plunged both toilets and shower drains, resulting in a large wad of toilet paper being shot out of the pipe from the house! Took good care of our yard. All-in-all a great experience. Thanks!

Fantastic service! I am a new homeowner and had no idea where the septic was located. Instead of instantly charging me a fee for the flush locator, the tech took time to find it and my lot is over an acre.I was informed of the issue and my options at every stage of the process, no work was done without my approval The cost of the service is reasonable. They repaired the sewer and now all is working well. I will use them for ongoing maintenance and have already recommended them to a friend.

One Way Septic arrived on time and quickly got to work. Upon inspection baffle tees were identified as missing along with a collapsed outlet pipe. Called last night to check on having septic tank pumped.....they sent crew out today! Thank goodness! Not only was tank FULL, but pipe going into tank was crushed! Top notch customer service. One Way Septic was referred to me for a Saturday service to pump a clogged Septic line at a tenant occupied hose in Stockbridge GA. A local company had pumped the tank 3 years prior; i thought NO way it would need to be pumped again. The One Way team gave me a thirty minute curiosity call. Upon arrival the 2 men introduced themselves. They were clean and neat (they didnt leave that way). I showed them the location of tank. While one man locatied the dimensions of the tank, the other explained the fees. I was told/asked to stay While they worked. The three lids on the tank were easy to locate. The largest lid was popped and I saw the tank was full of wet wipes grease, and everything else you would and wouldnt expect to be fished down the drains and toilets. These 2 men worked 3 hours to perform all the work of pumping and completely emptying this Septic tank on a Saturday morning. On time and cleaned my septic tank at a good price I would use again

We contacted one way to service our septic system and provide a certification letter needed for the sale of our home. They were responsive, answered all of my questions, showed up on time, explained each step of the process, and ensured that I was happy with the work performed. Additional issues were identified and needed to be repaired in order to pass inspection. This was not their fault but a visit that was supposed to cost around $400 ended up costing $1300. I was frustrated with the additional expense, but felt like they were honest and fair. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic or any other provided service.

After being rescheduled by another company twice, I called One way septic, and Daisy was the sweetest person, She immediately called one of her trucks in the area and within 30 minutes they were at our home and within a few hours my septic was clean and ready to go. We purchased a new property for our office and needed to have the septic tank cleaned out and checked for any issues. One Way Septic was working across the street when I asked them some questions about their services and they were so pleasant and helpful and gave me a business card. When I called they got me scheduled in just a couple of days. When they came out they communicated with me through the entire process and took several pictures so we could see exactly what was going on with our septic tank. I thought their prices were very reasonable and Jake and Dustin were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and hard working. I would highly recommend them if you need this kind of work completed.

I dont normally take the time for reviews but I cant thank these guys enough. Had a whole-house backup from what turned out to be a collapsed drain to the septic tank. I also have a great, but sensitive tenant and needed it resolved ASAP. My emergency plumber recommended One Way when I was having trouble finding someone. Called them at 8am and they had someone here by 3pm. Frank and Dustin were my techs. Extremely polite, personable and professional. Assessed the problem in minutes, gave me options and honest recommendations. Could have easily charged me for a couple extra things but said If it was their house..... Stayed late on a Friday after dark to get me up and running within about only 2 hours. Quality of work was top notch, pricing was very fair, yard clean up and great communication. You guys will be my go-to for septic but based on this, I plan to call you for the rest of my plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys! The gentlemen were very thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Every step of the way, they explained and helped me understand what was going on with our septic system. Was provided a 12pm-3pm window. they called at 1030 and arrived at 11am.wanted to tear down a trellis to access the property. i was not told they needed to drive a mini excavator through a fence gate to dig the tank. i was then told $1000 to hand dig it. Daisy called me and said bc i was not there they were leaving. i stated...my window was 12-3pm ....but i had abruptly left work to meet them regardless so they need to stay.....she raised her voice in frustration going on about how clients never show up and asked me would i really be there in 10minutes...bc clients say that and its 30 min..45min...sometimes never. .......maybe she was having a bad day.. but very unprofessional and they are the ones who did not honor their own window. But wanted me to turn around...go back to work and then come back between 12-3pm...bc they came 1 hr. early. The technician that showed up....spoke to me on the phone...was very kind...and understood my frustration with not knowing about the excavator...and the dramatic quote to hand dig the tank. Maybe call them on a good day....when there is not so much background noise from what sounded like a work from home environment.

Customer service is great but, once they diagnosed the issue we were quoted a price well over 3,000 dollars to replace the septic pump.We promptly called another company for a quote as we knew this was not a reasonable price for a pump replacement. We payed 850 dollars to have the full job completed by another company. Way different price point which is what we suspected.Great customer service however extremely overpriced.We also did pay One Way Septic to pump our tank only to later find out that was not necessary to diagnose our issue.

Fantastic service! The guys that came out were knowledgeable and honest. They explained everything to us, and it turns out previous companies weren’t taking care of the issue like I thought. They were so thorough and explained future issues (roots etc) to us with no pressure. They even found a SHOVEL at the bottom of my tank! So thankful for them and their hard work. All that and the price was the original quoted! I will recommend them to everyone going forward!

I can’t say enough about this company. Every staff member I dealt with was extremely friendly. I even spoke to someone after hours on a Sunday when our bathroom flooded and they were extremely helpful. Daisy called me back first thing Monday morning to schedule an appointment with me for a future day. She ended up being able to get me in the same day (Monday.) Which, I was so grateful for! We were assigned Jake Freeman who was great to work with! So friendly and polite. He took his time explaining things to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done. So I was having problems with my drain field on my home, it was getting all soggy, I had previously called Pink Plumber ( which I also have to write a bad review) So anyway the tech arrived and called me, I was working and could not stay and I explained to him exactly what was going on, that my drain field was being saturated. He told me that redoing would be about $11K and there was a chance that he could pulled back some water from it pumping it...plus the septic tank cleaned (for the second time in 2 months), so cost was $976, of course no guarantee. Of course it didnt work. I asked around to other companies including the Cherokee County Environment dept, that were very helpful and everybody said there was no such a thing a back pumping. SO I feel definitely CONNED. What they should have told me is to get the drawing of my system and study the problem and just charge me $600 for something that wouldnt work...

My septic tank started to leak & they came to my house with 3 hours of my call. They gave me prices up front, including a $300+ fee for manual dig. I was desperate, so I agreed to the fee assuming that the job was more difficult than I expected. They did have to use a shovel to get to the tank, but it took one person about 10 minutes to get to the access port. I paid the fee, but it was an unfair charge for a minimal amount of work. I reached out to the company to make a case for a refund of the fee but got no response.That issue aside, service was excellent. They fully cleaned out the tank and used a camera to inspect the whole system & show me some issues from the installation. They gave me excellent advice on how to maintain my septic system going forward.I will definitely use them again for future maintenance, but I will dig out the access port myself to save that fee.

Basically they came out to find some way of charging extra - we literally spray painted the grass in a straight line from where the line runs from our house out to the grass to show where to dig to find the lid - but they insisted they had to dig away from the spot, stop just short of the marked area to say that the connector pipe was sitting over the lid and wanted to charge at min. $800 extra to cut our connection and re-route the pipes - then proceeded to say they saw water indicating that the person who cleaned out the pipe 7 yrs ago broke the cement lid - note - he saw it but never showed me as the homeowner to justify the break- but proceeded to charge me $175 service fee - cut a corrugated pipe drain in my yard - acknowledged they did it and left it - no discount said we could fix it ourselves - I will never call them again

I was helping my client sell their home that was on septic. We called One Way Septic to come out to pump out and inspect the tank. The front office were very accommodating in setting up a appointment and the guys were very friendly while they were working. They did find a issue with roots in the old piping and that was a extra expense that was not planned for. But they guys provided lots of pictures of the issue and we did not feel like they were just trying to up sell us. The also provided lots of pictures during the entire repair, which made everyone feel better (even the lender and closing attorney). I will definitely be using them in the future.

We lived in the house for 5 years I only knew that I have Septick tank but we had no paperwork for when was empty or where was located. Jacob was awesome he got on a phone got our set up right away apparently we have 2 Septick tanks. And they both were full - we had it emptied before the spill would happen. We had an issue with our septic tank, we initially called another company and they came and emptied it, no later then 1 month the tank was full again. We were upset and lost about 500$ Long story short we wanted to get a second opinion we had one way septic come out on Monday first thing in the morning (I called on friday) and jacob and his team explained EVERYTHING we knew little to nothing about how septic works he showed us and explain everything needless to say he broke down everything for us and told us upfront what what wrong what needed immediate fix, he was equipped to do the job right then and there( he had all his equipment (heavy equipment, everything). We were fighting awful smell for about a month and he came and did the work in a couple of hours honestly I am amazed and glad that we called this company because they were able to do it right away and I dont have to worry about that anymore. I have to say the prices are reasonable more affordable then other companies and they explain everything to you.their customer service is awesome as well you send a text and almost instantly they reply, I am HIGHLY SATISFIED and would recommend them again and will continue to work with them in the future if needed!

One Way inspected, diagnosed, and repaired my septic system and left me with new knowledge on how to prevent future problems. Once the job was done I could hardly tell they were here. They bring a tiny excavator that did no damage to my lawn or landscaping and their driver backed down my my long twisting driveway like he’d done it many times. They answer their phone and are eager to help. Excellent communication, follow through and follow up. They send a detailed invoice complete with pictures of the problems. Call them, they will help you.

Septic tank was quickly located and access dug up with minimal excavation. Tank had gone ten years since service / pump out, minor repair and pump out completed quickly and professionally by Michael and his assistant. Yard was left graded and ready for a quick re-seed.

Did a septic pump and unclogged the pipe that leads to the external vent. Great customer service but very pricey. Total job to clean mainline 334$ + pumping 325.

They did maintenance service on my septic tank

I was really impressed with the professionalism, integrity, knowledge Jake performed today.Jake was very thorough with detail. Communication was outstanding. Jake gave me choices concerning replacing the septic tank or not due being cracked in 2 places. Jake was not pushy trying to sell us more service.His crew worked hard and I was pleased with completion .

Scheduling appointment was great and email, text, and phone call notification was fantastic! Other companies should use it. Tech was punctual, friendly, and professional. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and showed me what was going on at each step. All that was great! He even went the extra mile and dug up an azalea that had roots growing into the tank. He also helped me dig the hole to replant it. All of this was fantastic. My one criticism is it would be good to have complete what if up front pricing. Nobody likes surprises and the larger incremental price jump for taking roots out of the tank gave me sticker shock. The price for cleaning out the drain filed pipe also seemed high based on the amount of work compared to the septic clean out, but I felt a little less bad about it only because I asked about worst case scenario pricing after the shock of the roots. In summary great job, great tech, but need what if up front pricing to avoid sticker shock.

This is the second time I have used One Way and I could not be happier. We have dealt with 2 different crews and both were great! Supporting a smaller local business is just a added bonus. Don’t bother shopping around, these guys are top notch at a great price. As a retired general contractor I have had my experiences {good&bad) and these guys are good.
