If you are looking for septic tank service, I cannot recommend Dixie Septic Tank Service enough! They were quick to respond, have EXTREMELY fair pricing and diagnosed/fixed our problem quickly.We had been struggling for days with a plumbing/septic problem and already had been scammed by some “so called” honest plumbing and septic companies that charged outrageous service call fees, and still did not fix the problem, however they did manage to recommended $40K-$80K major repairs.A friend’s recommendation led us to Randy (the owner-who is a hoot) at Dixie Septic Tank Service. It was the best decision we ever made. John and Eli were fantastic too and they even reinstalled our sod when they were done! We have found that honesty seems to be a rare trait in this business, so if you need septic service we highly recommend Dixie. YOU AND YOUR WALLET WILL NOT BE SORRY!

Want to give a big shout out to Dixie Septic. Randall came out to our project house to inspect the existing system, perform maintenance and make any necessary repairs. He did an awesome job with great communication. The rain delayed us over the course of several weeks but Randall was out there the minute we caught a break. This is obviously a tough job but somebody has to do it and finding someone who will do an honest job without scaring you into unnecessary repairs is not necessarily easy to find. Dixie Septic came strongly recommended and now I know why. I was concerned our tank was cracked but Randall did a thorough investigation and told me it looked great and had no issues.

My husband was here when Randy came and told me I must write a review! Randy was on time, and from there worked hard to dig for the tank and then drained it. He told us everything looked great and definitely did not try to upsell on anything. Dixie’s number is saved and we would never use anyone else after today’s positve experience. Highly recommend!

This is a great honest company. I had been told by a different larger company that I needed a new septic tank at around five thousand dollars. A friend gave me a number that led me to Dixie and they cleaned the tank and only 395 dollars. Highly recommend this buisness.

I never had been exposed to Septic Tanks before moving to Georgia. And did not know that some of our plumbing problems was because our septic tank needing to be pumped. My wife got a recommendation from a plumber for Dixie. They said, They are not the cheapest, but they are good. My wife schedule the appointment and she said the person on the phone was pleasant. She had called to others earlier in the week that were not so pleasant and did not show up. Troy from Dixie did show up and did the work. He was easy to work with and friendly. My wife started to cry when she found out her new back yard lawn had to be dug up. But then she was ok when Troy was able minimize the dugging to just two 2x2 holes. Wifey was very happy. The tank was completely full. I had never seen a septic tank before. It was completely full. This thing was huge and could not tell how huge until it was pumped out. No wonder we were having problems. This was a big job to me. Total cost was $440. The stated cost before work was $390 for a 1000 gallon tank and $490 for 1500 gal. They had to run a lot of water to flush the tank... and lots just to get it liquified enough to be able to start to pump. I did not know what size tank I had. The charge was a little extra for the extra liquid. I was fine with that. Also, will not have to pay much to fix the lawn. They could have said the tank was a 1500 gal tank and I would not have known the difference. And wont have to spend a lot on landscaping replace since the digging was not been done by hand instead of the heavy equipment.
