We had a hot water heater unexpectedly quit working. We called My Plumber and they are able to provide us with services the next day. Unfortunately, we also came across a leak and when we called them, but they prioritized our needs and had the leak resolved within an hour or two. Great crew. They were profession and friendly. I would be comfortable with them providing services with only my wife at home. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

I’ve used My Plumber for years. They’ve repaired the water line from main line to my home, repaired toilets, unclogged drains, and most recently fixed 2 toilets that were leaking/not flushing correctly. I found them to be on time, professional, and appreciated to appointment turn around time for emergencies (water line) to non-emergencies… very quick appointments that also worked with my availability (after work/Saturdays).

I wanted my second sink basin back which was out of order due to leaking garbage disposal. The plumbing technician came out on a Saturday morning to remove the broken garbage disposal and had my sinks up and running in minutes! I wouldnt use anyone else.

I called My Plumber on the Saturday of Mothers Day weekend in hopes of making an appointment for Monday due to having a water leak. Since they were booked full that next week, they asked if they could come today, but we were both not home for most of the day. They told us to call when we got home. They came over at 6:00 that evening, repaired the leak, and found a bigger water problem that we were not aware of. The guys at My Plumber have always gone above and beyond, and this is another perfect example.Thank you once again!

I contacted My Plumber on Memorial Day via the online email form, giving them probably far more detail than they needed about my issue, my address, and my phone number. I received a call back from Stephanie a few hours later (who was incredibly polite despite the background noise while I was at a restaurant). A service appointment was scheduled for the following afternoon. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled appointment. They called and sent notice via text in advance of arrival. Matt inspected the issues with piping to and from our sump ejector pump, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the work—even cleaning/sweeping up after completion. The area looks nice and the pump operates so quietly. As an added touch, Matt pulled a wrench off the truck to do a quick repair on a leaky outdoor hose bibb before leaving. Matt was incredibly polite/courteous throughout the entire process. I’ve found my new go-to local plumber. Great job guys!

My Plumber is awesome! I sent an email, was contacted, they came out and gave a free quote - the quote was great and they stayed and completed the work which was changing out a faucet in the master bath, replacing my master toilet flush valve and replacing my water pressure valve which was out of date. Nice guys came to my house to give me a free estimate and were so reasonably priced that we were able to do repairs right then and there. They worked in a tiny cramped area, were thorough and organized and had everything with them. They didnt leave until it was done mperfectly. We will be using them again.
