Went there my first time needed a blood pregnancy done. It was fast and quick the man at the front counter helped me fill out the forms. It was all done online and the kios makes things easier too. I didnt touch a single pen or paper I was only there for about 30 minutes filled the form out on my phone. After I filled the form out and used the kios it was a short wait for my name to be called.Was a short and painless poke the nurse I had was nice and supportive.I was scared not having insurance would affect me but it didnt.,

The woman at the Front Desk had exemplary skills in Office, Customer Service, and Lab. She took my blood after the first Phlebotomist had threw a fit and stormed out. I had questions she couldnt answer because she wouldnt listen and kept interrupting me. I heard her down the hall badmouthing me.A brute of a man came charging out and demanding that I come with him. I told him that I was talking to the Front Office woman who was standing in front of me answering questions that the Phlebotomisthad had brought up. He stated that I was holding everybody up. I ignored him so he huffed and called for the next person.He glared at me while he waited and I was seated in a room. He snapped at me by asking why I was looking at him. I told him it was because he was looking at me. Truly frightening bullying techniques that in another settings I would have called the authorities.

Very unprofessional. no one seems to know what they are doing. I sat and waited 15min for test and then they said they were taking a break and had to come back at 130. Ive been waiting so far another 15min. and still havent been seen . wouldnt recommend......so still waiting 19 more min. office staff has been fighting for the whole time. this is a joke. wish I didnt have to use this place

I been here twice both times were fine. I had a little longer wait then I would have liked once but other then that everything went well.

Staff is professional. Courteous. Business like. Courteous on the phone. Large waiting room. Plenty of chairs. Clean. Room temp is perfect. Promt service. No waiting.

I like it there its clean and the people are super nice. I get in and out super fast. Also with little pain!!!

This morning I had a draw at the lab in Yuma, AZ. The staff were some of the nicest people I ever encountered in a lab. First class, friendly and efficient; just plain nice.

Pain free blood draws, but plan to wait. Best to schedule an appointment ahead of time.

Worst and most unorganized place Ive ever been. They lost my paperwork from the doctor.

Extremely unprofessional staff. When caring for my grandma, both my cousin and i attempted to call several times at separate times the same day 11-03-17 and we were both hung up on by the person answering. They close before scheduled closing times and laugh at the counter about it. Yes i could see them through the glass door. I ended up going to the labcorp at advanced yuma laboratory and a world of a difference.

The staff is very caring especially with small children.

Very Rude staff specially The Front Desk Girl with a California Tattoo, Watch out for her!! Very unpleasant dealing with someone with an attitude, Gives any person from California a bad reputation!! Very disappointing. Never coming here again!!

Staff is not very riendly. They performed the wrong tests, which we were billed for. Our doctor has contacted their billing department at least once in the past month to let them know they performed the wrong tests and we shouldnt be billed for the wrong tests. They have done nothing to remedy the situation. Were now being told that they will send the bill to collection services. We feel we are being forced to pay for the wrong lab work and were being punished for their mistakes. We will definitely never go back here again and we will recommend all of our friends and relatives to seek service elsewhere.

The wait was too long. You can say that’s not their fault but they did not have enough staff so 3 stars.
