Every once in a while, you meet someone in the AC business that restores your faith in humanity. Clint went above and beyond to figure out why our sons room was so hot despite the new double pane windows, AC, duct work, and insulation with radiant barrier. His years of experience and dedication to this industry was proven in that he was able to diagnose a problem that was reinspected and overlooked three times post installation.Clint also heard some rattling going on in the attic while he was working on the ducts. He investigated the issue which led to discovering a mesh covering over the roof dryer vent that was causing lint build up which led to the dryer to be less efficient (read: contributing to higher electric bills). He is thorough and his attention to detail is excellent.

Tim and his team were absolutely awesome.I initially contacted them after my A/C unit stopped working and when I attempted to troubleshoot myself; I noticed ice everywhere inside my handler. After calling a few business in the area I decided to go with TBAH because of their price and good customer services. They set the right expectations up front, when the repair person would arrive and how the process would work. Clint was that repair man who took his time to explain to me what he was going to do and even offered some advise on general upkeep on my AC unit. It was a Friday night that our AC system quit. I immediately started searching for a local company online that could get us back up and running ASAP and found Tims company with great reviews. My usual A/C company told me to wait 5 months to schedule annual service and I have decided to find another company, preferably locally operated by the pro himself.It was super easy to contact Tim via text, he set an apt for me in 4 days, and arrived right on time. Very professional, explained everything and I really appreciated that he took his time to service my A/C unit that took him probably good 40 minutes. I had one concern that he checked on for me and explained the reason and told it there was nothing to worry about.The price was very reasonable too, way less than I used to pay another company. I will be happy to hire Tim in future!

My compressor stopped working at 9:00pm Friday night, right before we were having people over from out of town. I called 4 other companies(including the one that installed my HVAC) and nobody had anything available until Monday. Tim Benjamin said no problem we will be there tonight.Clint arrived within half hour and easily identified and fixed the problem within the hour. As soon as my guests arrived, the AC was blowing cold once again. Their prices were very fair as well.

The tech showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable. Worked effectively and finished the task in a timely manner.

I called Tim about repairing some ductwork that was damaged during some rewiring and replumbing that was going on in my attic. After assessing the situation and the condition of the original 48 year old duct work, we decided it best to replace all the ductwork. They were out the next day on time to get the job done. They are very professional and did great work. Prior to the duct replacement, my AC would struggle to keep the inside temp at 78 when the outside temp was over 85. Now, the system has no trouble keeping a much more comfortable temperature. I will be definitely calling Tim when it is time to replace the aging AC system. I highly recommend his business if you are in need of any HVAC work.

Everything met expectations or exceeded.

I had my new air conditioning unit installed by someone else during the warmer months last year. When it turned cool last winter, we tried turning on the heat and it did not work; instead, we just got more cold air. When we could not reach the gentleman who installed our A/C originally, we contacted Tim Benjamin. After a few minutes of research, he figured out something had been wired incorrectly involving our Nest. He was honest and genuinely concerned with our happiness with his work. Five stars!

Tim is professional, honest, trustworthy,knowledgeable, thorough, and is competitively priced, or better, than the others. I have counted on Tim to replace my entire system, including all the ductwork, and for over 15yrs hes been the guy to maintenance my system, he put in, to keep it running efficiently. Efficientcy and ease of operation is extremely important; especially, during our hot Florida summers. An important feature Tim installed with the new system, over a decade ago, was a programmable thermostat to keep the house cool and the power bill as low as possible. I have had the power company (many names over the years) do surveys every 4 or 5 years and they are always impressed with the a/c system and the program schedule, which they said was set for max efficiency and comfort balance (78 till 9a, allowed to rise to 84 till 5p when it drops to 81 then steps down to 78 at 9p). Definitely helps to have ceiling fans to make that work and have the vents aimed to blow along the ceiling and over the ceiling fans. Air moves better along a surface, and in conjunction with ceiling fans in every room, can provide a feel like temp of about 5-10 degrees cooler than what the ambient temp shows. Just something to think about. So, give Tim a call, you be thankful you did.
