This is my second year going to Jackson Hewitt and ive had great experiences both times. Ive always been a little hesitant to go to a tax preparer because ive always done my taxes online for free with TurboTax, but since Ive gotten a little older and my tax needs are becoming more complex I needed a little more help. Jackson Hewitt has been very helpful with the transition and making sure I get my moneys worth. This year I had a small issue because I worked in multiple states in 2019 and Steve Bagwell took his time to make sure he entered the right information so that I wouldnt overpay and get the max refund. Even when he found the answer, because of his doubt in the moment he reached out to an outside source to ensure that I received the proper information. He took his time and I really appreciated that, I would recommend Jackson Hewitt to anyone .
