Rude, unprofessional and ourrageously uncaring .two of his staff members said they no longer wanted to work for him because of this behavior. He took my check in the beginning after the contract was signed and then Never put me on his schedule. Told me he would let me know when I would be scheduled.It took him a month to be called. We persistently called. Once he gets your check, you have to wait to be called. Don’t bother calling him. He acts like you are our to rip him off. Before he finished the tree he made sure you knew how much to pay him. He was supposed to grind stumps as well and we agreed on the cost of each stump and when it came time to grind them he asked if I called miss utility. Like I should know. Never mentioned this for 30 days , only on the hour of the stump grinding needless to say, he did not want to do them. This was his way out. Professionally, he should have said in the beginning, you need to call miss utility not on the day of the service. Also was supposed to be there as finally agreed in the morning. He wasted my day and did not show up until 5 that afternoon only to say it would be the next day. Your time is not valued, but his is. Go elsewhere. He is not worth a dime.
