I was in a bit of a pinch for my hair. I have an event coming up and my regular hair lady is unavailable. I am a wash and go low maintenance girl. Last time i got highlights was 6 years ago some where else. I would also rather sit in a dentist chair before sitting in a hair dresser chair. Just to give a little background about myself.I walked in first thing this morning. I said I definitely needed a trim and if there was time a pop of color. Luckily, I was able to get both.So, after explaining my event, where I needed my hair trimmed and showing some highlight ideas, MICHELLE, laid out a plan. I agreed, she went to work.Michelle is AMAZING! She is so friendly. We chatted the whole time. I dont need to chat, but I will in these situations. By the end of the hair session I felt like I made a new friend. I was ready to come back just to talk some more.She worked quickly. After everything was done I checked out my hair. Wow! I was so happy with it. I didnt expect to be happy immediately. The length and color were perfect. The color was the pop I needed and just natural looking. I went home to check it out further and I just couldnt stop smiling. I felt like a new person.Once I got to work I immediately got so many compliments from my own clients and other people. One of my Co workers just couldnt stop telling me how much she loved the color. She is more thinking about going here to have Michelle fix her hair.My boyfriend, LOVES the color. I think he stared to drool a little when he first saw it. He just kept saying wow and nodding his head, smiling. Im feeling like a million bucks right now.I will most definitely recommend Michelle to anyone who needs a trim and color. I cant express how happy I am with today. I will come back in the future and specifically ask for Michelle. She works magic. Shes just overall awesome.This is why I am giving this supercuts 5 stars, and really its because of what Michelle did today! I hope this is very helpful to anyone in need of a trim and color. I went to great clips in town first when I moved here and they made a mess of my hair. I have been going to this supercuts since and couldnt be happier they are awesome and polite. I will continue to go here for as long as I live in Williamsburg.

I started getting my haircuts here a few years ago (they were nearby at the time) and still find myself coming back there. Over-all, I like them. Never get the same one cutting my hair but Im terrible with names anyway. They remember what I get and Im happy with that. Very uneven haircut. My daughter told them it was uneven and they said to go home and wash it. Needless to say I had to bring her to a different place to get her hair evened out. Avoid this place

Better stylists have left and you get much inferior results now. Old adage you get what you pay for seems to apply at this place anymore.
