Called Prestige Flooring after a horrible experience with another company. From the initial Phone call, on-site estimate, to the actual work being done, everything was done in a professional and courteous manor.They repaired some damage left by the previous company, re-sanded and stained and the floors look awesome. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Do not waste your money here. My husband and I recently purchased a house that had to have the floors redone. Where do I even begin, they left holes in our newly painted walls, the floors did NOT end up the color that I wanted them, they spilled polyurethane on my bookcase and instead of cleaning it up, covered it with a swifter box (which we noticed after it had already dried), they left all the molding in a pile in our garage which my husband and i then had to piece together and put back on ourselves, and lastly, there’s parts on my stairs that they missed with the stain so it’s just bare wood. Carelessness and poor quality work. Don’t waste your money.

I ordered additional hardwood flooring from Hudson Vienna and he promised me the wood will be delivered in 2 weeks, Unless i pay additional $ 350 for expedited services, I told him 2 weeks is fine. 2 weeks went by and no wood was delivered, Tried to get in touch with the salesman the excuse always is he is with other customer or out for the day while he is in the office. Do your self a favor and dont deal with Prestige flooring & interiors. they are always try to scam you for extra cash.

Avoid at all costs. Wood provided was not as billed and Prestige declined to take any responsibility. Lousy customer service from beginning to end. They blamed wood condition on storage without even seeing any pics of wood (incorrectly milled mix of red oak and white oak sold as select white oak) or knowing anything about temperature control of storage conditions.
