Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! I wanted to replace the carpet in the living room and laminate in the entry and dining room with luxury vinyl plank flooring. I selected Kanters partly because of their big selection of floorings and partly because of their excellent reviews.When installation day came, the guys arrived on time and worked throughout the day (until about 8 PM!) to complete the work. It was a big job (removing old flooring, removing a few layers of plywood in one area, laying the new flooring, and replacing all of the baseboards). I was really impressed by their attention to detail, their cleanliness, and the care they took during the job (there was 1 minor scuff on a wall that wiped right off with a damp towel). They also moved a few items of furniture back into place when they were done, which was much appreciated. When its time to replace the bedroom carpet, Ill definitely go with Kanters again.

Kanter’s is a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately, we had to purchase and install our new carpeting during Covid and they made it as easy and safe as possible. They would only let 1 customer in the store at a time and you had to have an appointment and a mask. Same with coming to our home to measure.... all done very safely. It took two weeks longer than expected to get the carpet and to have it installed But again, not bad during these difficult times. The installation took a day and the guys were great... masked... and we were in another room, masked with the door closed. We are very happy with the results and would definitely work with Kanter’s again. We recommend them highly!

We had been looking for a nice carpet for our stairs and although many carpet places carry almost the same merchandise Kanters variety was much better. We liked a carpet they had in stock and were able to scheduled the installation within a couple days. The carpet installers were punctual and courteous though once they finished the work a couple of steps had a different pattern direction. We called the office and they were understanding and able to rapidly take care of the mistake. Kanters Carpet and Design Center has not only a great selection but the most amazing service! I had some issues with Hunter Douglas motorized shades I had purchased some time ago, and they sent their service person several times until the issue was resolved. I was so pleased that they kept at it and didnt forget me! In one instance, they actually had to remove one of the shades for repair and they brought a temporary shade so the window would not be uncovered. Excellent service!

Needed two area rugs to fit under dining room table & for an adjacent sitting area but all the regular sizes area rugs come in were not a good fit. Then, they came to my apt to measure, set a date for installation and installed. The two men that installed were kind, professional, impeccable workers. My floors look beautiful. I have purchased custom drapes, blinds and carpet from Kanters over the years and have been 100% happy with each experience. I am always nervous about making a mistake with what, to me, are big ticket items (though less so at Kanters where the prices are in line with the quality and customer service) but Brian Kanter has made the process a pleasure. He has come to our home at the start of each project to survey the scene and bring samples and always steers me in the right direction. I cannot recommend Kanters, and Brian especially, highly enough. You will be in expert hands and come away with a quality product.

They definitely live up to their high rating. I ordered one of the more “affordable” carpets for a stair runner and it feels super plush and has been holding up fantastic (even with two cats). The install guys even went above and beyond working extra hard to fit the runner on our 100 year old stairs. Very glad I found Kanter- will definitely use again.

Replaced dingy, dull, off-white carpet in a 40x14 living room with beautiful wide plank maple flooring. Installers did a fantastic job of ripping out carpet and installing hardwood flooring in just two days. The result totally transformed the living room making it very open , bright and airy. Amazing!
