They changed my U-Haul pickup location last minute. I spent about 3-4 more hours to pickup a truck from the new location. And they never gave me the guaranteed $50 because of the location change...Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady on the phone was very polite.

The young lady who answered my call was awesome,I think her name was Angela. I hope thats her name.She answered all my questions, gave me confidence that I had reached the right place.She took great care of me in person and got me in the road with a smile on my face face.It is such a game changer when someone is as equally pleasant as they are professional.She really made my day. Because of her I would definitely rent with them again.

Wonderful service. May wait a bit on the phone due to them having a very high demand currently. I left my glasses in my rental truck and was able to retrieve them next day without a problem. Thanks for the wonderful service guys!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! They replaced my front axles in July and in September the front wheel came off on the highway AND I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED!!! Yet the Owner John didnt even look at the car to inspect the so-called WARRANTY he claims on his BUSINESS CARD, saying WE DID NOTHING WRONG and took a PICTURE OF ME that I was walking without my cane that I had just misplaced. And I NEVER AUTHORIZED THE WORK in the first place which he DID MANY TIMES. I DOUBT HE EVEN DID THE WORK. (as I have seen suspicions posted). In the beginning he said I will never hurt you. Now I have NO CAR and NO MONEY FOR A LAWYER BECAUSE OF ALL HIS OTHER RIP-OFFS. I ONLY USED HIM BECAUSE OF HIS LOCATION. Why is it called DJ when his name is John? Why no warranty mention on the invoice but so on the card? Does he rip-off the GOVERNMENT by asking less for CASH PAYMENT? I would give him negative stars but I need 1 to post.

Great experience based solely on this location. Uhaul was horrible and booked me for one place and switched it to here. The women came in early to help make sure I had no problems, which luckily she did because the online check in wouldn’t work. If you have a choice to put up here vs Virginia Rd in White plains do not hesitate to choose here. You will thank me

DJs auto clinic completely ripped me off! They charged me $293 to replace a new tire!! If I had known what the cost would be I would NEVER have had the work done! I will NEVER bring my car there again!! I do not even give 1 star rating, but I cant submit a review without adding a star. Do not use DJs auto clinic!!

Highly recommended for U-Haul rentals. Better than the U-Haul on Virginia road.

We have brought our 3 cars to do the annaul inspection there. Every time, we were told there was one light needed to be replaced. They are all relatively new cars. so, we only took one car there this year, and the other 2 cars to some other places. Again the car we sent to DJs needed to replace light, but the other 2 did not. Just kinda fishy!

I Took my Acura TL to the Dealer & was told it needed a $3500.00 repair for a new Head Gasket. In horror I had my car towed to Djs Auto Repair. My car was diagnosed for a stuck thermostate . I had it repaired & 6 months later Iam still driving my car with no problems & no over heating. Thanks so Much!!!!

Real bad service . just hated it. charged to put a plug on a tire $45 dollars.collected the money and took off. tire still leak.left w/ out even putting air to the tire..
