My situation was very unique in finding a property to live in as a person with a new found disability and my life being upside down and only having a certain amount of resources to be able to help myself. Carolyn was a guiding light in the process and despite the many obstacles there are during this housing market and for people with disabilities in general , she made it her mission to do whatever she could to be creative and make it happen for me. She went out of her way to contact the head of the building departments to get the papers we needed on time and did triple the footwork to secure me a nice and quiet place to live. I could not thank her enough for assuaging my constant anxieties of the process and all that she did to take me on as a client with unique needs that were not the common everyday needs of a client. She made it happen night and day no matter what to be there for me. She was super knowledgeable and extremely compassionate and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help finding a house or selling their house her knowledge is beyond what i could have imagined and showed in her creative attempts to contact the right people to make life happen for me. Carolyn was super professional, efficient and thorough! If you want a realtor that gets it done it’s Carolyn. She was honest and upfront and treated us like family. We didn’t feel for one moment she was just trying to make a sale and would say anything to get her portion. She was flexible, and we saw 100s of houses until we found the perfect home. She stayed on top of our bids and once we closed she still kept in touch to see how things were going. I even asked her to research something after the sale for me and she gladly did it.
