P.J. treated my daughter and I like family and you can tell he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. Went to meet with the sales manager Denise Friend to discuss working as an agent for BH&G. Let me just say, she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Everyone in the office greeted me with such genuine warmth. There was a nice amount of diversity represented...age, race, gender...very nice to see. Denise was thorough and answered every question I asked. I am still determining which brokerage I am going to go with, and they are still in the running!

He staged the apartment with a creative eye using my furniture to accent the size of the home. P.J. creatively pre-marketed the apartment leveraging his large social media following and specifically targeted agents to generate a tremendous volume of showings and attendance at open houses.When my apartment came to market there were several very similar apartments available in the building. Ultimately P.J. was able to secure multiple offers in less than a week and assisted me in selling my home for more than the list price, even while competing apartments languished and took price reductions. Very slow service. Never received any responses to my emails and messages from the Trulia app. When I finally got a hold of a cell phone number, the responses were slow, and sometimes Id have to double text to get a vague response. No wonder I missed out on a place.

We had an an appointment to view an apartment near Bronxville (beware: apartment was listed as a Bronxville address and was not). As I was desperately searching for parking in the CITY neighborhood Ms. Hanson texted to see if I was there. I called her to confirm that I was parking and explained that my girlfriend could not longer attend the meeting. I asked if it would be better to reschedule. She responded by HANGING UP on me mid conversation, rather than coming to a solution together. If that display of unprofessionalism wasn’t enough, Ms. Hanson responded with two angry text messages saying: “I drove over 30 minutes to get here” “huge inconvenience”.BHGRand reality states, “Our more than 1,000 agents combine deep local knowledge with sound representation, respect for transactional detail, and service driven by heart and kindness.” Did Ms. Hanson display respect or heart and kindness? Not from what I encountered. Is this professional and behavioral standard that is set for all of the “more than 1000 agents” employed by BHGRand.I am a service professional and it is rare that I am greeted with such ineptitude and lack of tact. Severely disappointed. If I could I could rate 0 stars, I would.
