I love the staff, they are always so friendly and helpful and they really work hard to accommodate your needs.. thanks guys so much and I will miss you so much Dr. Carolyn Case 😢😢

My therapist Dr. Francine was very good and nice but my medications were late every month. I would have to call the office everytime. I came there a few times and the authorization questions were not filled out correctly after waiting days and nearly a week late for my medications. I had to switch doctors and locations.

My therapist was rude and made some problems, then I spoke to a director, but she was mad and didnt call me back. I god stress too much here.

Medication will never be filled on time. You’re lucky if you get your appointment once every month and a half and even if you do, you’ll be waiting in the waiting room for 30+ minutes past your appointment time. Do yourself (and your child) a favor and go elsewhere. Waste of time and insurance’s money.

Dr fontane was a waist of time and money. She had no idea what she was talking about and I had to explain what learning disabilities was to her! One time she took me late, made me sign some papers and rushed me out. What the hell was I paying money for that. Another time all she DID was talk about herself and ask me how did that make me feel. Absolutely no beneficial insight or counseling.

Love it there the staff is amazing place is clean I never wait that long . Im happy I attend there .
