There is only one word to describe Maria and thats PHENOMENAL!!! I started to see Maria in February of 2020 and from the moment I met her she was very comforting and kind towards me. She immediately demonstrated her expertise in a delightful manner that made me feel comfortable and content to discuss personal matters. Her positivity is infectious to all around her. The consistent dedication that she possesses to her clients is exceptionally loyal and trustworthy. I truly appreciate everything that she does as it inspires me to be a better me.

Please excuse this long review as Im not sure where to begin and I have so much to say about Mrs. Diaz.I had been searching for a therapist for about 6 months and I was starting to feel discouraged. I reached out to Mrs. Diaz as a last attempt to try and find someone who I felt would understand my needs. I reached out to her via email and she responded quickly, through our short interaction I found her to be down to earth and very professional. We had out first appointment and I was nervous as heck, but man did she make me feel comfortable. There was something about her that made me feel at ease.Now here I am today still working with her and shes still amazing. Shes helped me through my highs and lows. The biggest thing I appreciate about her is that she really listens, she remembers things I forgot I told her but somehow she always finds a way to help me grow from it. I also like that she holds me accountable in a gentle but firm way. She also uses a holistic approach, not quick to send you to someone for medication. She likes for clients to use their natural resources over quick fixes. She is very smart and you can tell she does her homework, oh yes by the way she does give you homework, as she says you have to do the work outside of our sessions in order to really see and make the change.Okay im almost done! If youre looking for a great, down to earth, and enthusiastic therapist Mrs. Diaz is the one. My only recommendation to anyone seeking her services is to reach out via email first since I know she responded fast to my request.
