Very nice post office in white plains ny. Staff is friendly and they follow COVID precautions well. They limit the number of people. They also have PO boxes and some packing supplies.

The worst post office that I have ever encountered. Hoping to file a formal complaint. Lose your mail on a consistent basis.

This post office never opens on time. There have been countless days when I arrive when it SHOULD be open... only to see no-one is inside. A complete let down, unsure how they could get away with such consistent tardiness. Im talking about an hour or more late to open, not just 10 mins.

I dont understand the personal that works at this post office, always have a bad attitude, now in here in front of the the door, they closed at 6 PM but some lady have to take a break, so shes closing take her break and then open at 5:30

Attempted to send out PPE to our Frontline workers across the county. Cashier Raul continues to close the main office early. Explained that as an emergency worker theres a limited amount of time to make it during post office hours and the office has since been closed earlier than scheduled hours. During these times we need unity, not lazy inconsiderate postal employees. Especially when it comes to shipping out protective equipment to other nurses and Frontline workers.

Stay away from this office. Im very polite and I think everyone is the same. However, today the attendant in this office was so rude to me that I simply left the office and went to another one. He doesnt understand that he has his job because of the customers. He should treat people better.

The only reason this isnt a 1 star review is because the men in the office are much nicer and more helpful than the light-skinned Black woman whos there a few days per week. She has an ATTITUDE. I spend $30,000 per year on postage. Youd think people would appreciate my business. I guess Im just a nobody.

This might be the shadiest post office I have ever been to. I was dropping off a box with a prepaid label and wanted a receipt for proof that it was dropped off to the post office. He would not give it to me because the post office wouldn’t be responsible for the way I taped it? The box was completely sealed. Basically it means that he is going to open my box and wouldn’t be reasonable for it not getting to the person especially since i would have not have proof. Avoid this location at all cost! I have never heard of such a thing.

PLEASE READ TILL THE END(I would give no stars but you cant post without oneDO NOT go to this post office. A cashier named nando had an extremely rude attitude over cashing a FORTY DOLLAR money order i recevied from a family member. He said nothing and got on the phone for a few minutes AND THEN raised his voice in frustration to tell me I am not going to cash this after no explanation of why other than him not wanting to. He then claimed he couldnt verify my USPS money order because there might be fraud. He yelled out next customer! and made me get back in line, BEFORE he would answer my simple question of what my other options were. I left White Plains and went all the way to the Mount Vernon post office location. Here they did not question fraud or and say that there was verification required for my forty dollar money order. Prior to this day, I had cashed a money order for sixty-five dollars without any problems. WORST experience ever and it was a specific employee.Im not making allegations, but i felt very racially profile from the moment i walked up the this cashier and stated my business. This specific office has gotten the same complaints Dont go here.

This is not a negative review on USPS we all know what to expect from the post office. The guy who was at the counter has exceeded all expectations to the downside. He rushed the two people ahead of me to make a decision when they asked about the type of ways one can mail the package. Once I got to the counter his phone rang, he picked up and signaled for me to slide the paper in my hands over to him for review. I went to pick up a package, as instructed by USPS on the note. He put his hand over the mic on the phone paused his conversation with his friend and said I got not here for you bro gotta go to the other location. I asked if he can make sure it is there, the least bit he could do after I waited on hold 50 min with USPS. He said how do you expect me to look it up? Go figure it out. Unreal service!

This is the nastiest post office I have ever seen! Filthy. Garbage on the counters and on the floor. There were 27 people waiting in front of me. I saw the one employee there, a hispanic male, be extremely rude to many of the customers. Stay clear of this place. Junkies were hanging out in the lobby.

In and out in less than 10 minutes six days before Christmas. Not bad at all.

Twice in two weeks they have updated my package status as “out for delivery”. Then nothing shows up. THEN, their inept drivers update the status as “notice left”, but there was no notice either time. Both times I requested redelivery and my package was not delivered. I had to go there to pick up the package. Left horrible review on BBB. If you can avoid this USPS location, do it.

Antiquated office. No stamp vending machines. Long lines. Frequently out of Priority Mail Stamps - strange but true. I have complained about this branch to the district office. It is located near the courts and government buildings yet doesnt even have a stamp vending machine.

Lost my Package, and cant even talk to a real person. My tracking updates just stopped and cant find a number that will let me talk to a person. Horrible service from this branch and the USPS in general.

They never listen people and never try to help. When we call no one pickup the call if the pickup the call they hangup. Also postman never deliver packege but they mention they delivered but after 1 or 2 week we get that packege. Had complain many time but still nothing.

No one picks up the phone. They have had my package in their sort facility for over 15 days. I cannot get my package nor am I able to speak with anyone about it because no one picks up. I live in a different state and my USPS office in GA cant do anything about it. Never ship anything via USPS. You will never get your package on time. In my case, I may never get my package period.

Ive seen more cheerful and happy USPS employees elsewhere. Why so emotionless or sad looking?

Rude customer service

I never really ever have a need to go to the post office because of all of the other services out there but wow is it this bad now it took forever which was bad alone but then the service was just as bad.

I send a envelope with 2 money orders and it got lost.

They got package on March 31st and they departed my package when I look it up it doesnt show anything where is my package at that package been stolen or gone for good no progress no so ever 📪 office is horrible delivery my package

No one picks up the phone confirmed!!!!
