This was a nightmare. I arrived for my 4:30 appointment and was directed to a room to change. After changing I was told to go up two floors to the dress department. After walking up two floors in my bridesmaids dress I was told I didnt have an appointment, which I pulled up to verify. The woman on duty was extremely rude and haste. She rushed my fitting only for the actual tailor to arrive later with another woman and tell me to leave. Two pins were placed in my dress. Two. Somehow, this is sufficient for them to finish the job. I am not confident that this job will be completed properly and truly wish I brought it elsewhere.
