I just had my car detailed here and WOW! AMAZING! Samantha Scullion worked with me and went over everything. I had a few areas that had water damage on the interior roof that I was concerned about and an area in the exterior that I had gotten into a minor accident that needed to be buffed out. Samantha was very honest with me about expectations saying that these areas may or may not come out completely but said they will try their best. They did a phenomenal job! It seriously looks like it just came off a dealers lot. They got the water stains out and buffed the exterior that you cant see any damage at all. Honestly, my car looks like it did when I bought it in 2015. The price was extremely reasonable for all the work they did to get it this clean (it was pretty gross when I dropped it off!). I would highly recommend them and to work through Samantha as she is very professional and honest.

I subscribe to the monthly outside wash. I use twice monthly so I lose a little money. I always give them a couple dollars because the rinsers, dryers, check in people all work so hard and efficiently. I am grateful for the service. My car looks beautiful when they are done

3rd time visiting this carwash and the last time giving them my business. I purchased two packages the super interior for $34 and full service for $19 that should’ve cover the entire inside, air blown vents, full wipe down seats, windows, mirrors and floor mats.The front mats wasn’t washed it was wipe down. The rear mats wasn’t touched at all. The back seat wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down. The front needed another vacuum pass through. Rearview mirror still waiting for attention. I had to ask if it was covered for what I paid for. One team member went over it a second time but till wasn’t done right.Folks just keep it simple and get a regular wash.I left a $5 tip at the start and another $5 tip at the end.I have had better service for less. I have photos to prove.

I just went to this car wash to get a full service car wash expecting to get my vehicle tidy and cleaned. What I didn’t expect was the bare-minimum to be done to my vehicle, leaving most of my vehicle dirty as if it nothing had be worked on. Inside interior was vacuumed somewhat, but huge chunks of dirt and stuff remained in the back of my car. “Full service”, huh. Funny, because it should be renamed as “bare-minimum service”. I will never return to this car wash. Thanks a lot, because this was money wasted for nothing.

This is one of the few places I do not have to worry about when taking my car in for a wash! The service is always fast and my car looks brand new both inside and out every time I leave there. Samantha is friendly and helpful and amazing for customer service. She is very detail oriented and is extremely knowledge on the services offered. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the customers know exactly what they are getting and helps in any way she can. She will never let me miss a discount and always reminds me to check and redeem rewards. Excellent car washes and excellent customer service keeps me coming back.

I took my car to have my headlights restore but the job was not done properly. What I’m disappointed is that I was never told if the restoration could be done as you promote. instead I was charged first and expected a well done job but unfortunately that was not case. I complained to the manager and his response was “let me give you your money back because I don’t want you to tell your friends about this” that’s when I realized your employees need some training in customer service. Also your employees need to inspect the issue first and then inform the clients before they pay if the issue could be fixed properly or not and have the client decide. Yes I was refunded what I paid but that’s no the case. I expected more.

Not bad the car was pretty clean. Price was alright. Couple of spots could have used some more cleaning but overall it is a good wash.

Washing is OK, but the poor communication of the clerk messed things up.I signed up for the membership and when I cancelled, the process wasnt done properly so I was charged again the following month. Well, I inquired this kindly but they treated me like I was inquiring without a proof... No apology from the manager and told me to just call the Corp.Why would a customer be treated this way when a clerk did not process the cancellation properly. Who keeps a-month-old receipts?UPDATED: The corp. kindly resolved the issue right away.

They make it so easy to sign up for monthly car wash that automatically renews - telling you all you need to do is let them know. But then when you need to cancel, all of a sudden, its no return calls, no one on site can help and just plain rudeness! Unless youre planning on a lifetime relationship, avoid like the plague.

This place does a great job on the inside and out of my vehicles. I highly recommend the monthly membership definitely pays for itself and sign up for rewards I would get $15 off every month with my membership to use on polishing or other services. Very respectful crew and professional as well. Go inside and grab a coffee while they shine up your ride. My 5.0 comes out looking like the day I bought it e very single time. The crew (I love these guys) they value loyalty and make you feel like a VIP everytime you pull up. Just had my car washed and detailed today. As soon as I drove off I felt my car wasn’t operating properly. I looked at the dash to see my check engine light and ASD/DSC light on. MY CAR WAS FINE BEFORE THIS SERVICE! 10 minutes later my flat tire warning came on. Pulled over and my tires were fine. They must have power washed the engine bay too much and set off malfunctions with my sensors. I’m very upset about this. The reason why I was getting it cleaned to begin with was to sell. While the parts that they did clean were done nicely, they forgot to vacuum behind the backseat headrests and didn’t clean the outside of the glove compartment. Really livid with this experience and will not be returning!Update June 3rd: I reached out to them after their comment and gave them my number and I was assured Id hear back from the district manager. I heard nothing. In the mean time I took my car to the shop and the damage was consistent with water accumulating around the engine. I had to replace the spark plugs, wires, and the ignition coil. I reached out to them a second time and I was completely ghosted. So, not only did I pay them over a hundred dollars to mess up my car but I also had to shell out an extra $360 to fix their mistakes. I gave them plenty of time to rectify this. So, consumer beware! And realize if they make a mistake they will not call you back and they will not pay for the occurred damages.Copied and pasted from the internet... The most common side effect of an engine shampoo is water collecting around the vehicles ignition systems coils, wires, and spark plugs. If these components get wet, poor drivability is immediately felt by the driver. The unwanted water provides an alternative path, allowing the ignition coils electrical charge partially short out to the engine block instead of it reaching the spark plug. When this happens, the weaker spark only partially ignites the fuel, causing the engine to stumble or skip, also known as a misfire.

An employee crashed my car into another vehicle. They wont be responsible for it. That is negligence. Avoid this place at all cost. Their employees must be drunk or high because how does this happen. I thought that they did a decent job cleaning my car. I am a Veteran and I called them about the free wash for Veterans on Veterans day. Since it was raining they were not doing car washes. So I left a message about a possible rain check and no one ever called me back. I was a little disappointed about this. But as a business they are good people.

I always have an unlimited plan for both of my cars here at Splash. They do a great job washing and vacuuming and Samantha is super helpful when I have billing issues!

Since having switched ownership, Splash has made it an amazing place. Not only did they notch up the quality of car washes, but also had a fun flaming squirt gun for the kids and added snacks. The free coffee adds a very nice touch and is especially appreciated on those weekend mornings.When I first looked for car washes around the area a year ago, there were few and far between...and NONE after 6PM. Their late hours are so convenient since I come home from the city late. Note- they only do exteriors at night. I bought the monthly pass and no longer worry about the prices which can give steep if you are paying one at a time.The express detail is very quick and very thorough.My favorite part is the friendliness of the staff. They work so hard (especially when it was 90+ degrees this summer) and always greet me with a happy face. Please, always remember to give them a tip, even if it’s extra change or a dollar. They work so hard!You guys are the best!Linda

Hands down one of the worst car washes I’ve gotten. I got “the works” for $30 The exterior of my car is still dirty. Inside was not vacuumed well or wiped down at all. Customer service was mediocre. It’s upsetting because there’s so many raving reviews, makes me think that there was a promotion offered if you post a review. Don’t waste your time or money here you will be disappointed.

I reached out to corporate office to help me with the situation and they never got back to me after many phone calls. Worst car wash Ive ever been to. Got an exterior wash done and this is how the car looks. Lazy idiots couldnt even scrub an entire side of the car. Plus took well over 25 minutes including 10 spent in the wash while everything was just stopped for no apparent reason.I will never go back and you shouldnt either. HORRIBLE.

I have the monthly unlimited car wash and as an Uber Driver its the best decision I made. I was my truck everyday even when its not dirty and regardless of how long the line is it moves very quick and my vehicle is cleaned inside and out. Pretty quick turnaround on a sunny Saturday afternoon and decently priced. They do a great job cleaning the car both inside and out. They make sure to get the doors and trunk dry so there’s no watermarks after you leave

If you want someone to do a mediocre job vacuuming your car, go here. They left the car mats in a wet pile on top of the barely vacuumed carpets. They didn’t even vacuum the kids snack crumbs off the seats. They they told me I should have gotten the more expensive cleaning package. Just rude. Just terrible. Will not go back there again. The place in Sleepy hollow is amazing. Will only go there from now on.

I can wash my car everyday if I want being that I have a white car comes in very handy the guys do a absolutely wonderful job. Love coming here and leave satisfied every time. I think this place is growing to fast and unfortunately loosing touch with their customers. I went in for an express detail both inside and outside and left with a scratch on my screen where I use Apple Carplay. This week was back, they had sprayed window washer fluid and forgot to clean the windows. I tried to tell the woman but she only spoke English. I asked for her towel and wound up cleaning them myself. I wont be going back.

This place was fast, thorough and efficient! After weeks of winter weather and salt making my car look unrecognizable, a quick stop to the Splash carwash has my car looking like new! I usually get full service when I come here and it gets the job done. Places to sit and nice staff.Recently, I got a full service and super interior. I was not completely satisfied. The staff member spent some time on the interior. The inside floors and seats were still dusty. Not enough attention to detail. Also after, the full wash there were still leaves on my front window near the windshield wipers. They did not spray the car before it went into the wash as well.I will return because I am a loyal member but I hope they will spend more attention to detail especially if you are purchasing upgraded service. I might only stick to full service and do my own detail.

Wow can i say that you have not heard already. The services i received were awesome. I was very impressed with a young lady Samantha.Wow was she on her toes. Had everything under control.Answered questions i had, also was very outgoing. Where customer service is nonexistent It was refreshing dealing with her. I wanted to take her home to help me get my life in order. All kidding aside dont know what you are paying her i just hope it is enough for this gem of a young lady. I will be back again. Closest car wash to where we live, sometimes a line, pretty expensive for the wash. Its pretty quick though once you are through. The guys that dry do a good job on the outside, just check and they will find that one spot missed.I usually get the car hand washed, but when you need a quick fix decent place to go.

The inside of my car was not done. Cup holder area and front seat never touched. Paid a lot of money for detailing and had to clean it myself. Happened on the 2 times I went there.

I have a white BMW. Somehow there was little dots of paint in the bumper. I have been going to other car washes asking people who work there to take care of it, but it seems all they care is just getting you out the car wash ASAP or they just give you an attitude . When I took it to splash there was a kid with a hug smile, i think his name is Irvin. I told him if he could take care of it, to my surprise unlike many others in other car washes, he erased all the red stains from the front bumper. He didnt made any excuses not to do it he just smile and took care of the job, really nice kid. Im definitely satisfied I will be coming only to splash for now on.

I love Splash Car Wash in White Plains. The staff is over the top detail oriented and really do a fantastic job. They are super friendly and very devoted to their jobs. I have a large dog who sheds and so my car requires frequent visits to the car wash. I have been to other car washes and there is no comparison, Splash in White Plains is the best in the business.

I just had my 2008 Yukon XL Denali detailed with the Complete Five Star Detail and it exceeded my expectations. I dont keep the truck very clean and never wax it. Aside from the fact that the car is as clean as factory new inside and out, they even repaired minor scratches on the bumpers that are no longer visible. Also, I thought the wheels were beyond the point of cleaning but they too look brand new. The woman at the register today was awesome to deal with; she is very friendly and helpful.I always get my car washed here. I would highly recommend Splash White Plains for the detail package.

I was here last Friday October 25, 2013 and I just wanted to express how happy I was with the service. From the minute i pulled up to the wash I was greeted promptly and courteously. The prices are very fair and the options a very wide. When I entered to pay for the wash I was greeted by the manager, Juan, who was very friendly and made sure my experience there was perfect. I just moved into the neighborhood and due to Juan and his staff, they have just gained a new customer, as well as my recommendations to my friends.

They do a good job there monthly is very cheap and you can access more monthly locations for an additional $5.

The service is impeccable. I pay for a service that allows my car to be washed 365 days a yr (worth every penny).

12-27-2018 This morning was my first and last time at this facility, this place does not deserve one star not to say the least .. came in for a simple car wash inside and out but got involved with a super clean worth 56 dollars, the valet person tried to explain what was supposed to take place but I didn’t understand much to be honest ..The cashier had an attitude and looked like Im the biggest idiot going there , well I did pay 56 dollars for a half job, leaves were left close to the wipers and tires were soaked in armor oil ..... some of the guys cleaning it were on their cell phones, reminder I declined the whatever 45 minute service they had ..So called manager came outside and honestly made it worse raising his voice and once again the client is wrong thanks for your money good bye not sure how this place can afford to be in business but I happened to be in the area and needed my car cleaned ..Bottom line is i want to be treated fairly and with respect which was not the case with this car wash and just wanted everyone to know what really goes on if you’re a new costumer !!! Meanwhile I’ve been going to Oakley’s in Central Av and that is a fun , quick, affordable place to get your car professionally cleaned ..Unfortunately this car wash in white plains was one and NEVER AGAIN

Got ripped off. Purchased a Groupon car wash for The Works which allows for 2 visits. Went once and the girl at the desk had trouble redeeming the coupon, had to go in the back but she finally put the voucher through but in doing so she redeemed BOTH of the car washes at once. I asked about this and she told me she wrote down my name and its in the system so next time I wouldnt have trouble redeeming the second wash I already purchased.When I returned the next visit, I went to the register and met with Juan who refused to redeem the second wash. Said I wasnt in the system nor on his paper that would indicate this.Now paying the full amount for something that I already bought and apparently there is nothing he can do. So essentially Im paying for their mistake.Wont be back.Not sure if this has happened to anyone else but writing this being that it feels like a bait and switch.
