I brought our pre-owned Mini into this service center to have a roof leak inspected, warning them about it ahead of time. I also asked for a 40-point inspection. They did the inspection and found some things, but they waited till after a holiday weekend and left the car out in the rain (completely unprotected--not even using the car cover that was in the trunk) for days. The floorboards were soaking wet when they returned the car to me.

Hunting for a manual S Countryman is like trying to find an Easter egg in August. After much searching I inquired about a manual S through the website. Although there were no pics available Danny sent me all the information on all 3 vehicles to compare. I decided on a beautiful metallic blue Mini. The problem was I live 1.5 hours away making a test drive difficult, further complicated by my work schedule at a hospital. Fabulous experience all the way through. Knew I liked the mini after doing some test drives at some poor dealerships in New Jersey. It is hard to imagine a better experience at any car dealer. This is my fourth MINI from MINI of Westchester. Patrick Forman is a great Motoring Advisor. I will never forget my first MINI when he picked me up at the local train station (in a MINI) and drove me to the dealership to take delivery. Patrick handled everything over the phone and via emails to make my experience the best and most efficient possible. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional as he answered my many questions about the car, options and pricing by email (for all four MINIs!). I shopped at a number of dealers and the pricing was the best by far. Clinton Ma, the MINI Sales Manager, helped me to finalize the pricing and delivery on my latest MINI (pic below). My experience was nothing short of fantastic! This is my fourth car purchase from a dealer, and by far the best. Patrick Forman contacted me about a car I was interested in right away and had me in it for a test drive within 24 hours. We did a quick sale at a fair price he negotiated with me, and I drove it away two days later (due to my schedule). I got a better interest rate (only 1.9%) than my personal bank and credit unions were offering and better interest than other comparable local dealers, AND no hidden detailing or delivery fees. I think I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership including the test drive, and I didnt have to go to the DMV! They did everything for me and the process was seamless and I didnt feel pressured at all. Thank you Patrick and thank you Mini of Westchester! I love the car and highly recommend this dealer!

Danny was my salesperson. I knew exactly what I wanted and he worked with me to get the perfect car. When I went to pick up the car my husband couldnt make it.
